Probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Buffalo. The design of the room is probably the most unique one of everywhere I've been, and the beds are as comfy as can be. They have plenty of bed side outlets, which makes things so convenient for charging your phone, while playing pubg mobile in bed.
My only issue was with the shower head, it wouldn't stay in place for me, unless it was in a lower position.
It was great seeing rooms so clean!! The customer service was amazing!! Very friendly and happy people. I didn't have to wait long to get my room. Bar has great atmosphere and yummy drinks! Gets a Five out of five in my opinion.
At the hotel for a hockey tournament this hotel is not for hockey teams,
there is nothing for young kids to do, I've been down to the front deck to ask what they have kids do and was told they can stay in there rooms, I also spoke to the front desk about the pool its freezing and nothing was done staff at front desk laughted it off plz if your thinking of staying here for a hockey tournament with young kids stay away.

This was a really nice place. Very comfy beds. They have made to order breakfast down stairs. The coffee was good. Real creamer. I don't care for the little cups of Creamer. Everyone there was very nice. I would stay again.

Did a park and fly. Service at the desk was great. Rooms were well decorated and clean. Only complaint is the planes are loud and can be heard early morning. Would stay there again.

My daughter and i have stayed here a bunch of times. She loves the pool, but im more a fan of the excellent restaurant/bar. Cool modern feel, and the staff is helpful and friendly. One of my favorites.
Where to start? I will not being staying here again. I'm a long term Marriott customer, staying 50+ nights a year in hotels. I picked Aloft since it was close to the Buffalo Airport and the Courtyard was sold out. At checkin they had to swipe my credit card for "incidentals". I reserved and paid with my credit card and showed my ID, that should be enough and has been at all other Marriott properties. When was the last time you used incidentals at a hotel?
The room was spacious but poorly laid out and had a dated feeling. The bed was so soft it almost sinks to the floor. They had an apartment size ironing board with an iron that had burnt on starch and polyester from other guests. I should have checked before ironing my white shirt.
I usally dont write negative reviews, but I felt I had to warn others of making the same mistake. There are plenty of choices in the area and I'd suggest any of the Marriott choices over this Aloft.
My main complaint is that it was either too hot or too cold in the room. No happy medium. Idk if this was due to poor ventilation or not. Also there was a "stuffy" feeling. The room overall was very clean and very spacious. We had the king bed . We used a blow up mattress (provided by them) and a pack and play for our infant and still had room to move around. I also enjoyed the shower. Nice water pressure. I appreciated the indoor pool was open until 11pm. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fine but felt a little cheap. Bar staff was lovely and Patty's wings were really good. The lava cake and my breakfast were almost certainly microwaved. My room could have been cleaner--I saw some old toenail clippings under the bed and edges of the room weren't as clean as I'd have liked to see.
A perfectly serviceable hotel for an overnight near the airport. I known planes were coming and going and I couldn't hear them which is a huge boon.
Nice airport hotel. No frills, but clean and comfortable. Lobby and bar area are nice and trendy and perfect for an informal meeting. The location of the hotel is great as well if you want to be near the airport. I would highly recommend this property.
This place should probably be rated much higher. Rooms are modern and super comfortable. Don't skip the cocktail bar. The food and drinks there are exceptional and their wings were pretty amazing too.

In the Covid era, I expect customer service to be even better especially at hotels where they have frequent visitors and staff. Are used to love this hotel but as I stay here overnight, it s clear that my room was not cleaned with dirt in the bathroom, dirty towels in the hallway on the fourth floor, and there s no supervision of anyone wearing facemasks including the staff. It s when things go wrong like Covid, when customer service matters the most.
The stay was fine until a billing issue came up after the fact. This is my first time staying at this hotel chain, and I won't be back. They incorrectly charged my business credit card for an additional night. After I called they assured me that it would be refunded. No problem. Then, they refunded the wrong amount. When I called back yet again, they assured me that the refund must be coming in parts and not to worry. It didn't. Upon ANOTHER call...the office manager told me they had charged me wrong the FIRST time and so they wouldn't be refunding my card for the balance after all. I'm not really one to complain, but I then had to wade through a mountain of paperwork on my end as this is a business trip, over something that was the hotel's mistake, not mine. Aloft doesn't seem to be looking for repeat business or customer service awards. I will be going back to Hilton.

I love the Aloft very classy Hotel the prices for the food items could be reduced a little than people will not have to go out and eat but put that money back into the food items at the hotel. Imagine you have kids it would be cheaper to go get breakfast/ snacks than buy from the hotel otherwise you guys get a 9

This Place was the most pleasant experience i have had in a hotel in a very long time. The rooms were very modern and super nice and luxurios. I stayed at this place because the Hilton across the street was booked and i am more than happy that i got to try out an aloft. I had the burger at the bar for dinner and it was pricey but delicious. I also drank some of the local beer that they had on tap and that too was so good and matched perfect with the food. The management and amenities of this hotel will definitely have me coming back to stay at an aloft again. I like to say Ive stayed at super luxurious to super 8's and very rarely am i suprised by a hotel anymore but this hotel really got me exited about trying them again.
Friendly staff, good accommodation, very modern layout. Breakfast is not included, they have combos as options or individual snacks for purchase. Fresh coffee is free until certain time (I think is until 11am). If you decide not have breakfast in the hotel, there is a Mac Donald's five minute walk, right on the corner. They have a nice and comfy reception where you can play games, have a drink or watch TV enjoying the nice gas fire place. They have a pool table but kids are not allowed to play.
Made a special request for low floor away from elevator due to making a road trip with the dog to get away. 100% honored. Bed is almost as good as my one at home and the simple yet stylish nature of the rooms work for my needs when I travel. Aloft has quickly become my one of my favorite hotel chains nationwide thanks to great customer service. Also, haven't heard any airplanes yet but I'm not sure if that's because there aren't as many or the window are just that soundproofed. Either way, I'm happy with the Aloft Buffalo Airport.
Great place for a stay of small business meetings. I've had a few meetings in conference rooms and Kelly was very helpful in setting everything up and ensuring we were all set. The bar area is awesome and a fun atmosphere.

We booked for New Year's Eve party! What a great room. Clean and modern! The bartender Christine was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the Hotels amenities. We ate at the bar went upstairs and came down later to a GREAT duo for our entertainment. Hats , noisemakers and even champagne for the toast! Can't wait till next year. Thank you all.
Stayed here two nights and was a great hotel for the price. Clean and comfortable beds. Pool is a little small. Close by to shopping centres. Would stay here again. They have a pool table and a bunch of board games for guests to use in the lobby which is a nice touch!
The worst Customer Service I ve ever had at any hotel they took $100 dollars off my card and the deposit was supposed to be $50 dollars then when I called they said they only charged me $50 dollars when my bank account clearly says otherwise they rob your money. I will never stay here again.

Hotel was very clean including ultra modern room and great shower and TV. All employees were very friendly, especially the front desk manager who is a huge basketball fan.
Very convenient shuttle drive to and from the airport which is right across the street. Great and friendly shuttle driver. Makes it very convenient to park your car there long term. I had to stay there two nights before my flight to Florida due to a security concern at the Orlando airport which caused my original flight to be cancelled. Will definitely be back.
I cannot day enough good things about this hotel and the staff! We are from Canada and stayed here for 3 nights for a hockey tournament with two of our centres teams-from the moment we got there to the time we left they were so incredible! They had a meeting room where they allowed the kids to play mini sticks (a favourite thing to do when staying in a hotel for a hockey tournament), this way they were contained in a room, door closed and not bothering anyone else in the hotel(brilliant!!!! More hotels could learn from you)! We also drank and had a good time as parents in their lobby which had access to a bar, live music on the Friday night etc. It was again the perfect spot to allow the parents to have a great time and not bother any of the other people staying at the hotel! Well done Aloft! If only ALL hotels could be as accommodating and understanding as you! Would stay here again in a heartbeat for a hockey tournament or just with my own family!
We originally booked a normal double room but upon entering the room, we found it disorganized and uncleaned; however, the staff at Aloft quickly rectified the situation by giving us a free upgrade as well as complimentary breakfasts. Everyone makes mistakes but showing that you learned from them makes for a truly good customer service.

Cool, hip hotel right across from the Buffalo Niagara Airport. Staff - great. Room-great. Lobby- vibrant and energetic. We re old people, but really enjoyed our stay.
Really Aloft? I call and get redirected to someone off-site? Then I am told to negotiate my rate at the counter?! I have to go IN to get a rate quote?! Seriously amateur. You can and should be encouraged to do better for your customers. Disappointing.
Checked in and things seemed great. Atmosphere is cool, bar and bar tender are great, and shuttle service is awesome. Unfortunately the front desk people couldn t access the for sale items in the cabinet because they couldn t find the key. It s frustrating that we paid $120 a night and can t access the things they have for sale . The shuttle service made it right and took me to the closest corner store. The other frustration was we were told that the kitchen was open till 11:30 but tonight they closed early so we could not get dinner. The shuttle service made things right, but overall I expect more for the price. Front desk did their best. This seems like a management issue.
Room is clean, everything is new and nice. Good place to stay if you don t wanna but stuff or eat dinner.

Great stay in this hotel which looks amazing and trendy. It is extremely clean and ladies at the front desk were helpful. I only think they are priced about 20-25% above their actual value as I compare them with similar class hotels.
Extremely dirty! Carpet was very dirty too. Would not recommend until a proper cleaning of the hotel is done.

This hotel is right across from the airport. It's not close to much else, so it depends on what your stay is for. The look of this place is great! The rooms were clean, and had a lot of nice features. Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired. I ordered the 'ranchero' and it was a bunch of crushed up chips, a ton of salsa, one poached egg (that had gone very hard) and a tiny slice of old avocado. The bar menu at night was tasty though.
Outside the room-5 stars. There s a pool, pool table, and great fitness center. Elevator was kinda dirty but that doesn t really matter
However, the room itself had confusing design choices. Such as there being a panel that the light from the bathroom went through, which woke me up when my partner went to the bathroom at night. Also the bathroom door didn t go to the ground or the ceiling, leaving awkward gaps.
Overall, nice hotel, recommended.

Aloft Buffalo Airport is a decent hotel, which is pet friendly. The outside of the hotel and lobby are modern and have a fun vibe. The rooms are nice with the basic amenities such as free wifi, coffee maker, desk and fairly comfortable bed. There is a kitchen in the lobby where you can order different meals and snacks for a price. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Solid airport hotel, with hip, modern decor and nicer amenities than you would expect for the price. The room was clean and well appointed, and the lobby is a fun, casual place to hang out. It's not luxurious, but it's not trying to be. Great value for the money.

Good clean rooms and bathroom. Standard hotel fare. Couple of things i would pick on were that I brought in soft toilet paper but they removed it during room service when I wasn't around. It was a whole roll! Also, what's with a litre bottle of water being $6 at the front desk!!!! $6!! I haven't seen such a huge markup at any other similar hotel.
Stayed a night at this Aloft location across from the Buffalo Airport recently for a moving trip. As with all the Aloft brand hotels, the decor is loud and modern. The beds are relatively comfortable but the rest of the room layout feels overly designed to the point of losing some practicality. We definitely recommend the hotel for quick overnight visits, but probably not the most comfortable place to spend more than a few nights. Huge perk is the free parking and pets allowed. Didn't really get to try out any of the amenities during our short visit this time.
Wow! This hotel is amazing. Very modern and interesting. Everyone was nice and informative. The beds are amazing and so comfortable! (What pillows do you use? haha!) The shower is refreshing and I love the glass door. By the way, the soap dispenser and shampoo& conditioner dispenser was GENIUS! I sell Bliss products and I was stoked to see them in the room. Didn t check out the pool but next time I will :) There s so much to the hotel such as a bar, place to eat, pool table, pool, fitness center... please take my money! I m going to stay again and again!

It s only been a few stays in Starwood s Aloft brand, but I am an early fan.
The hotels follow a similar architecture and feel and while I appreciate the modern feel, I recognize that others may not.
This particular location is ideally located - literally across the street from the airport. In addition, there is Walden Galleria in close proximity - if you want to do some shopping and / or see a movie. It is also close to downtown - making it a great hub for your day trips.

Great hotel with awesome value. A quick Uber ride to downtown and right across from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. The staff has always taken care of me and made my experience exceptional.
The hotel was very nice. With the covid crisis business has been very slow but the room was very nice and the staff are very friendly.
Room was awesome. I wish i could have taken the bed home. Lol. The hosts were very helpful with places to go and see. The thing I was looking forward to, but didnt have was a Continental breakfast. But had a great experience.

Loved that it was super close to the airport, could see the terminal from my window. Lobby area had a millennial luxury hostel type vibe. Cool bar, pool table, giants connect 4 game etc. room layouts were nice and the black out pull down curtains it the room helped a lot. Don t miss out on Aloft s breakfast it s one of the best I ve had just don t miss the breakfast window; currently it s 6 to 9am on weekdays, 6 to 10am on weekends.
