In the Covid era, I expect customer service to be even better especially at hotels where they have frequent visitors and staff. Are used to love this hotel but as I stay here overnight, it s clear that my room was not cleaned with dirt in the bathroom, dirty towels in the hallway on the fourth floor, and there s no supervision of anyone wearing facemasks including the staff. It s when things go wrong like Covid, when customer service matters the most.
