I cannot day enough good things about this hotel and the staff! We are from Canada and stayed here for 3 nights for a hockey tournament with two of our centres teams-from the moment we got there to the time we left they were so incredible! They had a meeting room where they allowed the kids to play mini sticks (a favourite thing to do when staying in a hotel for a hockey tournament), this way they were contained in a room, door closed and not bothering anyone else in the hotel(brilliant!!!! More hotels could learn from you)! We also drank and had a good time as parents in their lobby which had access to a bar, live music on the Friday night etc. It was again the perfect spot to allow the parents to have a great time and not bother any of the other people staying at the hotel! Well done Aloft! If only ALL hotels could be as accommodating and understanding as you! Would stay here again in a heartbeat for a hockey tournament or just with my own family!
