Appts don t matter to this company & if you have low hours just turn back

Worst place ever for flatbed drivers. Last time it took over 12 hours to get loaded. Front office staff are rude and incompetent. If you arrive before your appointment time they will make you stand in line, and by the time you get to the window it is past your appointment time, and then they refuse to pay your detention because they log it as the time you checked in at the window. It s a scam. I waited about an hour In line last time. Total joke.

7hrs before they even started unloading. Arrived at 1 and its now 8 still not unloaded.
Gettin loaded is the exact same if not longer. I don't understand their process at this place but it is trash and most definitely my last time here. Even one of the ladies at the window, get ready to be disrespected BADLY.
Lost in time and that puts a hurt into my money. Not worth it anymore. If you decide to work with these people, then all i can say is that you have been warned. And anyone giving 5 stars on the reviews are the employees working here. GOOD LUCK and sincerely mean that.

This will be my 4th and last time here. These people are so disrespectful towards drivers who would rather be home with their families instead of waiting for hours at some factory 1k miles from home.

This place has no respect for the HOS rules that the NOBAMA administration corrupted.

Bring a lunch. Slow for loading. Never less then 6 hours. Parking for trucks pre and post appointments. Vending machines and bathroom available.

This place is no different than a Walmart DC, I have now been here 14 hours and still waiting to get loaded. Currently in the process of speaking with dispatch to be removed from this load and go elsewhere. If you can avoid this place do so no matter what.

Super slow, rude, no respect to drivers. Slow, starting from the scale ppl to loaders. Oh yeah you have to wait forever to get your ppwk no matter picking up or delivering.

To enter use Center Ave, gate 5!!! Came here at 5 pm yesterday, 6:30 am - just started loading me...

Truck Drivers: Be prepared to spend the day here. It took over 6 hrs to get loaded. Also, if you have a passenger under 18, you will not be allowed on the property.

Total garbage with garbage employees. Treat people like garbage, just give it right back to them thats what i do.!

Had a coil to deliver, paper said hot roll, went to gate 1, which is hot roll, but i had a pickled which you enter through gate 4. If closed go to 5. Guy was courteous at 1 to tell me where to go. They had me in and out pretty quick. Glad i didn't get stuck loading at the other end.

Drivers avoid this place. They'll waste your entire day.

As a truck driver its a little bit congested but will try and get you in & out as quickly as possible

This is the sorriest place to try to get loaded. Waited 11 hrs. Roughly 25 trucks in line for a outside load and 1 person loading

Been waiting for over 2 hrs now. They don t seem to care if you re losing your driving time. Hate such people. Other truck drivers are also complaining about waiting too long.

This place is a disaster to pick up at. It takes hours for something so simple. I don't know how this place stays in business.

I really like this place. The staff are very friendly and they load you on time. I also appreciate the overnight parking. The loads are loaded well and I have never had an unbalanced or over weight load.

Do not even think about coming here 12 hours waiting

Would give 0 star if I could, pickup by appointment but then it takes forever to get loaded here. Avoid at all cost!

This guys will load and unload you in average 6-7 Hours

Showed up an hour before my appointment time to be unloaded, 8 hours later they finally got to me. Staff was friendly and cooperative just well understaffed to accommodate the company's expectations apparently.

Rude people at check in. Long loading time. Each time the same problem.

every time we deliver to Allied Tube we have to wait at LEAST 5 hours after appointment time to even be touched! This will be our last load with this company. Our appointment time was 3:00pm. We were told to back into a dock at 2:45pm. It is currently 7:00pm and still have not been touched. It has been myself and one other truck waiting this entire time.
IF YOU ARE A TRUCK DRIVER AVOID THIS 'BUSINESS' LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Bad place to come and deliver. Had appointment set for 1:30pm. Didn't get called for unloading until 2 hrs later.

Flatbed. Picking up here. Came here by my appt time. Already 4hrs here, only 20% loaded. One of the worst companies. If you can avoid this place. Don t hope that u will be loaded faster...

Very slow check in an loading scale house lady has horrible attitude and the loader I had was just as bad.

Was there 15 minutes late for a load because I was held up in traffic and they let other semi's get loaded in front of me. I waited 15 hours to get loaded. I ended calling around and getting a different load. This place is a joke, and I will never ever go back there for a load. So if you are 1 minute late, they will push other trucks before you and you may be waiting there for an awful long time.

Delivered a coil here. Paperwork said gate 1 by the time I pulled in and checked in I was unloaded in 5 minutes.

Always sucks and grandpa will break your tarp just for make you feel better after 5 or 8 hours waiting on parking lot.

6 Hours of waiting and still not loaded

In and out in 3 hours. Out of that 1 hour was waiting for paperwork.
However, these people are seriously angry and intolerant towards customers. Don t say, don t ask; pretend you re a robot and just wait for your turn - it will be faster this way. Or better yet - get a different load.

This is the worst place in the world to load, they don't care about your appointment. I unfortunately have to go 2 times, the first time, I have my appointment for 8:30pm, I arrive there at 3:30pm, do the check in, and they give me the door at 10:20pm and finish to load me at 3:40am. So the first time 12 hours of waiting. The second time I have my appointment at 9:30pm, I arrive there at 11am in the morning, do the check in, and they call me to give me the door at 9:10pm, so far so good. But, I go and park at the door, and they finish to load me at 6:10am, and then I have to wait until 7:30 am for some one to come and put the tarp on top of the load. So almost 10 hour to load the truck. But the worst thing is not the waiting time, is the attitude of all the people that works there, everybody is mad at you whit no reason at all. So avoid this place if you don't want to suffer. Or like the TV advertising say, it a sneakers if you go to load there.

These people are not going to help you out if your a truck drive, they are rude and vindictive. On one occasion when I was here the plant super got in my face to scream at me even thought I was only asking for my load to be adjusted so I could safely secure it. On this latest occasion they saw future to try and seek retrabustion from me because of the actions of the freight broker. Only come here if you want to get pushed to the breaking point. I am never coming back.

I've seen worse, but this place could usea little help. This is only my 2nd time here and I must say, it is better than the first. I've only unloaded here so I can't comment on the loading process. I delivered lumber also & not steel.

Told me to to the gate number 4 instead gate number 1 and i lost about 45 minutes..Then i had to stay in the lane at the gate number 1 .. she is a spring chicken

15 hours to get a suppose to be preloaded trailer called me at 230am to tell me its ready

Over all this place is not trucker friendly they are too slow but you can't judge all the employees that work there based on the fact that overall the place is way too slow. I had a 12:30 p.m. appointment it wasn't until 8 p.m. that night they finally loaded the last bundle of pipe on my trailer. How do you explain that? I'm not going to mention any names because I don't like to put people under pressure like that, but when I approached supervisors on several different occasions to inquire about why it's taking so long to load pipe on my flatbed trailer I was given this response 'we have no problem paying detention" as if I'm supposed to be impressed by this. But then you have the forklift drivers and other personnel out there who assist in tarping these people are not to blame for this inadequacy I think they have a very serious problem with the way they stock their merchandise and the placement of their inventory gets buried under other inventory and they spend more time trying to dig out bundles of pipes from underneath other massive bundles of pipes just to fill your order this is unacceptable they need to revamp the system and discover another way because the system in place now is costing this company millions of dollars a year paying out detention. I would give it no stars but being it's Christmas holiday I'll give them three stars they don't deserve the forklift driver who loaded my truck was an all right dude he was cool the lady up front in security she was a sweetheart too the guy who assisted tarping my truck was very professional my load was loaded correctly it was straight, positioned in the right place on the trailer but the forklift driver and the guy who assisted in tarping did an excellent job but I still can't get over being there from 12:30 p.m. in the afternoon till after 8 p.m. at night in this industry that is what they call the Killer your day is dead at this point..

Way to long to load and getting paperwork takes just as long. Nice people tho so.... that s why they get 2 stars

This is the worst shipper I've EVER been to. They are slow as hell and anal retentive, and VERY disrespectful. Will NEVER come back here again don't give a damn if I need it to get home or to company yard!

Same as the other drivers. I showed up between 0430 and 0500 to get unloaded I didn't get done until 1030 to 1130

Terrible company, the work is not organized, the employees are of course friendly but they do not care about you.company rules prohibit stepping on a trailer, I waited almost two hours until someone came up and helped, they have a tarp station, but the remote control is at the loader
