Over all this place is not trucker friendly they are too slow but you can't judge all the employees that work there based on the fact that overall the place is way too slow. I had a 12:30 p.m. appointment it wasn't until 8 p.m. that night they finally loaded the last bundle of pipe on my trailer. How do you explain that? I'm not going to mention any names because I don't like to put people under pressure like that, but when I approached supervisors on several different occasions to inquire about why it's taking so long to load pipe on my flatbed trailer I was given this response 'we have no problem paying detention" as if I'm supposed to be impressed by this. But then you have the forklift drivers and other personnel out there who assist in tarping these people are not to blame for this inadequacy I think they have a very serious problem with the way they stock their merchandise and the placement of their inventory gets buried under other inventory and they spend more time trying to dig out bundles of pipes from underneath other massive bundles of pipes just to fill your order this is unacceptable they need to revamp the system and discover another way because the system in place now is costing this company millions of dollars a year paying out detention. I would give it no stars but being it's Christmas holiday I'll give them three stars they don't deserve the forklift driver who loaded my truck was an all right dude he was cool the lady up front in security she was a sweetheart too the guy who assisted tarping my truck was very professional my load was loaded correctly it was straight, positioned in the right place on the trailer but the forklift driver and the guy who assisted in tarping did an excellent job but I still can't get over being there from 12:30 p.m. in the afternoon till after 8 p.m. at night in this industry that is what they call the Killer your day is dead at this point..
