Never again never never never.
They don't care for truck drivers and they eat your time from ELD.

Got there at 11:18am. Loaded one bundle of pipe in 6 hours. Went to bed around 22:00. Got woke up a little after 6am to tell me it's almost UNLOADED. I said cool (actually I freaked out), grabbed my trailer and left. I'll never darken the door here again. 18 hours for nothing. Accept loads out of here if you have bottles of urine to throw only.

The lady at the counter is always nice as long as you're patient with her don't try to get her in a hurry though. I always pick up pretty loaded trailers from here it's always fairly quick

This is the absolute worst place to get loaded or unloaded. The employees here are incompetent on the best of days. Ill be turning down this load from here on out. 8 hours to get loaded?!?! Ragtag bunch of misfits with no work ethic.

horrible place. people here working very very very slowly. waiting for pickup over 16 hours, still not loaded

I m still waiting to finish unloading here it s been almost 6 hours and they ve removed 2 bundles from my trailer. Also when you get in line to check in or checkout make sure you bring food or water in case you get hungry because it might take 30 minutes or more to talk someone there. They ll be there but they will just ignore you until they re ready. Overall avoid this place like the plague.

If I could worse I would car here last night appt was at the night crew said 130 they said no we changed it to 530 tomorrow without notify anyone .then they said well we will try to get you in its 830 PM still nothing

Horrible place to get loaded!! Last time I was here was six years ago and they tried to blame me for the load being short 2 bundles!! I noticed dents in the pipe and went around my trailer and took pics from every angle before strapping and tarping. Then when I was leaving the security guard sent me back saying the I wasn't heavy enough. Empty weight + pipe weight = x number of pounds...right? Well I was 9000lbs short of what I should have weighed. When I went back to the shipping office and handed them the scale ticket the guy called security and ripped her a new then told me I was good to leave. After arriving at the customer I pulled my tarps and took more pics to show that the load was the same as when I left. That trucking company I was with is still to this day fighting with Allied Tube. Total B...S...!!! NOTICE TO ALL DRIVERS AVOID LOADING HERE AT ALL COSTS THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!

Came here at 11am, already waiting for 7 hours and they are not starting to load me. Avoid this place

Extremely disorganized, at least in the office. Plan to spend a good number of hours there.

I am here from last 15 hours and get loaded in 14 hours but still waiting for paperwork.

Extremely too long to unload. Communication with drivers lacking. 11:30 appointment, arrived at 11:02 unloaded at 4:16pm

This place has tubes and all the workers have one up their A%@.

This place is a lack of respect on the part of the workers took 4 hours and I have not mounted a damn pipe or the forklifts are walking from one place to another as if it were a dance floor should close the place for anyone to come to load here and take out all the workers for the street to see what they're going to live on so they'll die of hunger

This company treats truck drivers horribly. They are rude, nasty and have little concern for drivers. They insist on appointments THEY dont keep. They think nothing of making you wait hours to get loaded or unloaded, and curse at you if you object. I had a 7am appt, and after 3 hours, I asked what was going on, and was told to sit in my truck and keep my mouth shut. They show total contempt for drivers, and that gors for their Houston warehouse as well. It dorsnt matter if you try and be nice, they hate you and are happy to let you know it. Ill quit driving before I ever haul anorher load for these people. And they are vindictive, speak up, and they will punish you with indifference. Truly a hateful nasty bunch. Too bad.
