Everything and avrybady nice bat you have to weyte all day to get loaded even a small pieces

Attention guyss dont ever come here for pickup or delivery its a horrible place for that its been 20 hours now they finally loaded me and asking for another hour or so for paperwork so stay away drivers

The worst place to go no point on going in early the won't load you until appointment time got there at 1 pm left at 7 pm

Im not gonna pick up any other loads from this factory. You will spend here at list 8hr.

This is one of the worst places to get loaded or unloaded . 4 f***ing hours of my life wasted !!! Don t come here unless you like being treated like garbage .

Started loading my trailer 4 hours after my appointment time, another 6 hours to get loaded ( drivers be prepared to spend all day here ) they don t care about appointments

Checked in at 14:30 for a 15:00 appt. 11 hours later and they've put two pieces of dunnage on my trailer. Last time it took 10 hours and the time prior was 12... sigh...

Why they have apoimant? If you need to wait more then 2-3 hours to start loading 0_o

Just toooo slow. I had appointment time at 11:30am I got here at 10am now is 2 pm and they haven t even started yet. I have to more stops after this and I wouldn t be able to make it there on time.

This location is the absolute worst. You will never be treated with respect here. Never loaded ontime. Always here a minimum of 10hrs.

If your looking to work here, take the other job offer. Unless you stay here for about 10 years your job is going to bottom suck, they save money by laying you off for days and even weeks at a time and they make you try and run and fix long broken machines that they refuse to fix even if its unsafe. Take the other job.

If I can give this place no starts I would. Worst place in the USA to get loaded for a flatbed trucker. Please take these warnings and don't load from here EVER

Load time was unbearable just to check in took about 30 minutes 3 hours to load plus additional 30 minutes to check out

Very slow unload on a Friday. Arrived at 730 for 830 appt, didn't get a door until 1900 didn't get out until 2100.

Avoid if possible. They don't care if you have appointment. Was there18 hours before I was loaded up and rolling. Never again.
Supervisor could care less.

The least amount of communication possible between employees loading you up. 99% of employees have a terrible, nasty attitude. I thought other drivers were exaggerating about load times, but not so! Expect to wait here 10 hours at minimum. The security guard did not treat me like a human being, just a robot. Mismanagement at its finest. Avoid taking any loads from here unless you want to get some extra sleep or don t need to be anywhere fast. This is my honest review of this place. I will not be back.

Very awful customer service up front at the desk women will ignore you and get upset if you say anything.plan on bringing a lunch because they are very slow.never see such rude and disrespectful ppl in the shipping office

Supervisors treat workers horrible! The entire place is ran by half trained new guys who cant run machines. Supervisors constantly rush them to get trained. No pride in product they will sell you anything! All around horrible place

Complete and total ineptness at all levels of this organization. The only thing that surpasses their blatant level of incompetence is their inability to return calls or address the needs of customers. I would have given a "zero" star if that had been an option

If it takes more than 6 hours to get loaded and get help with pulling a tarp over your load you're screwing up. Hire more employees!

2 stars because there are a couple of cool/friendly employees here, other than the extremely rude lady at the check in desk.

EDIT: Everyone may have been having a bad day the first time I went. Last time I went, things were extremely fast and everyone was friendly and straight to business. There was no waiting whatsoever to be loaded or get help tarping despite how busy it was. Thought it'd be unfair to leave this as a 2. If I go again and its as good as the last, this will be a 5 for sure. As if anyone cares.

The laziest workers; nobody cares about the driver. If they wanna eat, they will leave you half way loaded and go to eat. Never come here!

Positively the most awful place. It took 10 hours to get my truck loaded. Then another 45 minutes for the paperwork. Some guys had to wait 16.
Why in God's name should any truck take that long to be loaded?
I won't return here.

Buaaaaaaaaa if you want death to be delayed before it comes to your life when it comes for you, tell it to go to this place first and you will surely last more than 100 years imagine the delay buaaaa

I'd give a negative if I could. 1pm appointment, here at 12:15pm. 45 minutes early, it's 9:45pm and still haven't touched my load yet. I've never been stuck at a place longer than 6 hours before they started working the load. This is just rediculous. 8.5 hours so far. I'm sure it'll be another 2 hours once they start. Stay away!

Just spoke to someone who told me that they couldn't help me and call back in the morning then hung up.

I went about a year ago and it took 17 hours to load and I returned due to confusion to unload last week and it was relatively fast just because it was unloaded and there were no trucks. I remembered that it is always on appointment.

Can load you 8 hours , when you need them for tarp everyone try to look busy , and after all this when you get bill of lading you have to wait again for one more hour

Union shop. They are allowed 3 hours to load you and by God they'll take every second of that 3 hrs.

Never again in this place. It's all owners fault. They dont load drivers cuz they are union and the union is having issues with the owners they dont wanna pay thier workers. So in return forklift operators take there sweet time to F%$@ with the company.

Had appointment for 5:00 P.M. finally got loaded, and left @ noon the next day. They refused to sign for detention pay.

Do not pick up freight here. They do not honor appointment times and it takes way too long to get loaded here. Don't let the rate fool you, you are better off elsewhere. They do not pay detention if you drive for Prime, and likely the same for all other carriers as well.

No need to be as rude as lady s are at check-in. Unwarranted the time I was there. Room full of people waiting for paperwork after being loaded

Picked up a load of steel today. Excellent staff in steel coil shipping. Fast service.

Only reviewing because there's a fake 5-star review as the most recent. Tell your dispatcher to get you another load unless you really really need it. Loaded here three times, took hours and hours each time. Never again. Some of the guys that load are OK, but many are rude jerks. And I wouldn't wish the blonde chick in the guard shack on my worst enemy.

It s been 8 hours to get me loaded . This time i wass lucky.

My dispatcher sucker .DVL Express. The fourth pickup from here and 2 delivery. earlier than 7 hours will not upload. Make sure you have water and food. Coffee machine is constantly cheating. The food they have in the evening in the car ends. Do not take a load from here.

Lazy and rude people. Usual time for loading or unloading 5 hours. Coming early- you wait, coming in time - you wait, coming late - oh , man you in trouble. Ladies in shipping office are so rude!!!

Keep you waiting forever, you run out of hours. Lady working nights at shipping office always has an attitude, even if you're nice to her. Only good thing I can say, tarp machine is sweet, overnight parking with bathroom (one holer) open all night, lady at scale house very nice.

Zero stars! About 40 trucks waiting in line, other 20 in bays getting loaded very slowly. Drivers waiting for hours and hours. 8, 10 is normal. Ridiculous place to load. Never again. Not worth the money, stay away. 7 hrs and counting.........

Too bad I can't do a 0 rating. I never rate anything but this place sucks. I got here at 2:50 pm. They didn't call me in until 7:30 pm, I fell asleep at 9 and they still hadn't started loading me. They finished loading me at 12:40 am and the paper work wasn't ready until 1:05 am. After being here 10 hours they refused to sign the detention slip...... this place is a joke
