Demolition work planned in a building two houses a...

Demolition work planned in a building two houses away in the Christmas holidays. On New Year's Day you can't understand each other about the noise. We measure 80 dB of noise here at 10 a.m. and they have been busy for a few hours. That house has been uninhabited for more than a year and they could well have planned the demolition work outside the holiday period. We are not informed about this.

Google let me give only 1 star. However, the Alliance does not deserve one !!!
Allow a long wait and take no action when necessary. You should be ashamed of yourself! Letting tenants live in a house that is already so old that it starts to become bad for health, but what does the Alliance do? Nothing at all!

Very bad in 1 word .... ask nicely to have called several times why I had not received an e-mail for the rent (by telephone) so to the alliance at the counter they cannot help you further than your client no to give well that I have 38 years.
But now let's see if you transfer the rent too late .... then you will be overwhelmed by the mails and mail then they will know where to find you
Alliance hats off for your trained counter staff (there used to be people working !!!!

De woningen van alliantie zijn naar mijn mening al...

De woningen van alliantie zijn naar mijn mening altijd wel in redelijke staat. Als mensen uit de woning gaan en de gene heeft er lang ingewoond. Plaatst de woningbouw een nieuw keuken blokje. Nieuwe douche en soms nieuw stuc werk Alles ziet er wel toonbaar uit voor de nieuwe huurder. Maar wat er op kantoor werkt in Hilversum is echt beneden alle nivo.

1 De administratie is drama. Ik kreeg zelf een rekening van de oude huurder die uit mijn vorige huis was vertrokken, 2 jaar later. Bellen ? niet aan beginnen ze snappen niks. Ik heb het gewoon betaald om maar niet de discussie aan te hoeven gaan met de administratie .

2 De advertenties op Woningnet staan vaak met fouten verkeerde foto's, platengrond of zelfs soms taalfouten. Dat hoort niet voor een bedrijf !!!

3 Als je belt krijg je altijd een vriendelijk persoon aan de telefoon die feitelijk nergens over gaat. Daarna krijg je iemand aan de telefoon of word je teruggebeld door iemand die probeert dan op een zo vriendelijk mogelijk manier je probleem te bagatelliseren omdat het probleem /oorzaak niet zo snel gevonden kan worden. Bij mij was het dak lek. Ik werd elke keer wakker van de druppels op het laminaat. Maar de woningbouw had pas een jaar later op de planning staan om het complete dak te vernieuwen. Of ik er bakjes onder kon zetten. Tja !!
Later met mijn verzekering gebeld en de verzekering zei we betalen 1x je laminaat en verfkosten de volgende rekening is voor de woningbouw. Ik weer terug gebeld naar de woningbouw en dat verteld aan hun. En toen werd er wel actie ondernomen en kwamen er dakwerkers kijken om het probleem tijdelijk op te lossen.

Bij deze woningbouw moet je goed voor je zelf op kunnen komen anders worden je problemen niet opgelost. Terwijl het sociale woningbouw is en dat is jammer want niet iedereen kan goed voor zich zelf op komen.

Ik geef de drie sterren voor de woningen Maar voor het personeel op kantoor 2 sterren

Terrible organization.

Losing information every time. Really bizarre how that club works alongside each other.

This organization is arrogant and they mainly hide behind rules.
Bunch of civil servants whose administration is far from in order.
Just try to deliver an empty house ...
They are busier with "rules" than they are in thinking in terms of solutions.

The motto, "safety and living comfort" is a long way off in reality. Moldy home, with the previous tenant already. Locks that are not being replaced. If a fire breaks out and the front door guest is not open, you are there. Very bad

Against all my expectations, I am very satisfied w...

Against all my expectations, I am very satisfied with the Alliance. I never thought in advance that a housing corporation could be that customer-oriented. I have been renting a house for two years now and they act quickly and appropriately with every defect. The property is very well maintained. That does, however, have the disadvantage that the building has already been completed three times. Anyway, that is part of it and they work with a super party (Van Wijkvastgoed, very friendly professionals). The customer service is generally very friendly. Once I had a somewhat lesser experience with a staff member who had less emphasis on customer focus. The only sad thing I think is that you do not get priority over other houses of the Alliance. For example, we recently had to see our dream apartment with garden bypass our noses. We are still disappointed!
