Terrible customer service. Went in 1 day about 9 months ago to talk about a car. I just wanted to look at it and they wouldn't allow us to until they ran a credit check. We said no thanks. I know my credit is excellent and told them my plans of a $15k down payment. They finally brought the car over and let me drive it. I didn't have alot of time bc I needed to pick up my daughter but he took down my info including ssn and scheduled an appt for the next day to discuss numbers. We go in when we were scheduled and had to wait bc he was talking to another potential buyer. So we wait 20 mins before we finally talk to the manager. Manager basically tells us that even with our $15k down payment, he would have to ask the bank for a favor so he refused to give us numbers unless we committed to buy the car. Sorry but we came for numbers bc we have another appt with Mike Shaw Toyota and need allstar's numbers to compare to Toyota. He basically told us to go to Toyota and when we decide against Toyota, come back and he'll run the numbers. Mind you, we are a Toyota family. We've had several Toyotas throughout the years. We were willing to try something different but then we get salesmen and managers like this who don't take us seriously. So we went to Toyota and drove off with a brand new 2019 Toyota Camry. We even forgot to bring our checks with us and they still let us drive off with the car. I brought the check to them 2 days later. All-star, take a few pointers from Mike Shaw.
