Our little doggy came home super happy from this place, and seems keen to go back when we drive past. So it can only be assumed this is a great kennel.

After an inspection we would never leave our dog at your pet resort. Only thing I wanted, to get out and never go back. It seemed run down, the smell was awful, the dogs were unsupervised outside. Actually SPCAs south Auckland shelter seems much better. We have been advised to check Southern Comfort, which was a bit better, but dogs were still unsupervised. And that's a red flag for us. We decided to go with Creatures Comfort.

Your dogs will love visiting here. Great service and great staff.

Excellent knowledgeable service and friendly reception. A real affinity with our dog Monty. Did a good job of the grooming, Monty was happy so are we. Have booked again for the next session.

Used to take our dog to the doggy daycare last year.
Should have stopped using the place when I arrived, before closing time, to find the staff had locked my dog in a crate for "only, like, 25 minuets" as he was the last one there and they wanted to clean so they could leave early.
Did stop using after ringing the guy to say we where going to be late by 10 minutes after closing (due to a crash on the motorway) and being bluntly told he didn't care, he was leaving ontime and would be putting our dog in the kennels when he left. As it was a Friday we'd be allowed to collect him on Monday after we'd paid for the 2 days in the kennel. Broke the speed limit to make it on time and never went back.
No real love or compassion for animals shown, only in it for the money.

Staff were friendly and the pets were well cared for.

We put our Molly in the very capable hands of all seasons staff. Very friendly and although Molly didn't look happy I knew they would treat her with love and respect. She went in for a cut and came out a new dog. Very happy with he service and will be using their services again.

I have a dog with "dog on dog aggression". Its mainly due to fear. Thank goodness I was able to find a place that could separate her from other dogs. She is fine with other dogs as long as there is a fence between her and them, I guess thats because she thinks she is human . I would recommend this facility to anyone. It is a clean, safe and secure environment with a friendly and helpful team.

We've done the kennel search, through multiple places and since finding all seasons our search is over.. Nyla our lab. has been back several times, always returning happy, relaxed and clean. Thanks guys

Friendly stuff that looks after my little ones. The dogs always come back happy, tired and smelling like they had a good bath I know they love it cause they are getting excited from the moment we make the turn from the road

I've been using All Seasons for about 11 years, having had cats, mixed breed dogs, a pomerianian, and now a retriever. Alan and his team are fantastic, Dennis The Retriever leaps out of the car with a wag on his tail and never looks back, and Lulu The Cat comes home relaxed and with more weight on (which for her is a very good thing). Having a daycare facility is fantastic because I quite often have to travel south for work, and the team is really flexible if for some reason I don't make it back to pick Dennis up in time.

We LOVE All Seasons. Our dog is always so well looked after. We have used All Seasons for several years and can highly recommend their services.

We drop our dogs off to All Seasons Pet Resort on a monthly basis and I love your set up, almost as much as our dog does. Quality Auckland kennels are few and far between and your pet resort is one of the best without a doubt.

Pandora loves these kennels. She comes home happy and settled.

When we collected our dog, she was returned to us covered in mud and smelling of urine. We were told she had received a complimentary bath the day before, however this did not appear to be the case.
Her toy and blanket were lost and not returned upon collection.
When we returned home, we washed our dog and found a few scabs on her.
We phoned the business to kindly tell them we were not happy with the service provided. The manager returned our call - yelled at us and accused us of being rude to staff, and our dog smelling of urine was not his problem. Our items were found, however we were threatened and told not to set foot on the property to collect our belongings.
He proceeded to hang up without allowing us to say another word.
Would not recommend this business!!!

Wouldn't take my dog here. Actually can't take my dog here. There are much better kennels in the area. The dude couldn't even handle my boisterous, friendly and excitable dog. For 2 hours ( assessment )

We love this kennel! Just picked up our dog from a long term stay and we get detailed info from the girls on how she did. Prices are reasonable and she gets a great mix of playtime and rest time and you can tell the employees really care about the animals staying.

Great place to take your pets. Our two cats and dog spent a couple of nights there recently and seemed to have enjoyed their stay and came out happy. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

My puppy came here for daycare when he was younger. Would not recommend. Had several circumstances which were not handled professionally. Once my sister had gone to pick up our two dogs from daycare to find there was nobody watching them. She took a video through the window of two other dogs snapping at her dog and waited ten minutes before staff showed up. We had a couple more situations similar but the final straw was a similar situation to another review (after bringing two dogs to the daycare three days a week for 3 months with no problems on our part). We had had a miscommunication in regards to who was picking up my dog (me or another family member) and by the time we had realized and were on our way to pick him up (not late at this stage) we couldn't get anyone on the phone and nobody tried to contact me. We got there about twenty minutes late and the place was locked up. I understand that they can't stay late every time someone is late but a call would've been appreciated letting us know they were closing and were putting my dog in the kennels, especially after being loyal customers for a while. Everything was handled poorly, we were always in the wrong according to them (even with video footage). I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Have found this Auckland cattery and dog kennel facility to be a very professional and excellent set up. I drop my dog off during the week whilst working in Auckland and I feel great walking away in the morning knowing that she's in very good hands.

Took my dogs into this dog kennel whilst in Auckland on holiday last weekend and I was very impressive with their services and the overall set up of this place. Will definitely be using them again!!!

All you can want in one place to look after your pooch..lovely caring staff..peace of mind care
