Travis Howard closed on our home in 9 days flat. He sets the bar really high on customer service and works really hard for all his clients. The communication from all of the staff at Waterstone far exceeded any lender we had previously worked with and is critical for a smooth and successful closing. We would have lost the home of our dreams without this entire team and we could not be more thankful. I highly recommend Waterstone for the mere fact that buying a home is already stressful enough, and they take away as much of that stress as possible with answers and actions. They get it done!!

I applied for a loan with Waterstone Mortgage Corporation after I was referred by a realtor. Initially, I was qualified for the loan but when I parted ways with the realtor who was not being effective, the branch manager at Waterstone Mortgage refused to release my updated qualification letter which negatively impacted my ability to make an offer on my first home purchase and refused service. I would not recommend Waterstone Mortgage Corporation to anyone interested in purchasing a home.
