Have a vacuum cleaner for repair (warranty) sent.
Website does not work! No description of the repair process.
Telephone calls with the service point were very unsatisfactory! Employees unhelpful, could not make any binding statements, did not answer back and were at last snotty and loud on the phone.
For a world company too unprofessional and embarrassing!

After the promise of the battery action 2020 to get another removable battery per device, I got an LMO 36-46 lawn mower with 5Ah battery for 600 . The disappointment was very great when only a half-sized removable battery with 2.5 Ah came.

For me, this is misleading advertising!

Incidentally, the mower's Push Assist function is an absolute joke. Only one wheel is driven, which then spins when actuated and does not generate a bit of propulsion. So far so bad. In addition, however, this wheel locks when pulling backwards and the mower pulls off the track on one side. So if you let that go through in product design, you probably won't mow more than your 10 sqm suburban garden.

Contrary to various negative reviews, I can happily report on the handling of my request only extremely positively !!
Unfortunately, our window vacuum cleaner had stopped working for inexplicable reasons, which of course can sometimes happen even with the best devices.
In my opinion, this doesn't necessarily make a product or a manufacturer bad or inferior.
The most important and gratifying thing is that the customer service online helped me directly, unbureaucratically, professionally and above all extremely friendly to my complete satisfaction!
And contrary to the first announcement that due to the current exceptional situation and the very limited staff, a longer delivery time could result, I received a package with the replacement device only a few days later.
Thanks again for that !!

Recently I bought a Karcher K7 Full control plus and to my surprise ,when I unboxed it there was no "3-In-1 Multi Jet " and "Extension 0,4" . I dont know if it was the factorie's or the transfer's issue . This resulted into a huge suffering for me. I would recommend you to use a more careful way of packaging ( metallic clips ,or tape with the companies name printed on it). Furthermore ,some years ago i had bought a K740 but I didn't have such issue ,but this experience will make me be careful even when buying sigarets from a supermarket

A small part is also strongly criticized.
If you then write a negative review, this is blocked with the incomprehensible reference to "... unfortunately not all the rules for publication ...".

Paired with decreasing material quality very unsatisfactory.
I can not always drive to Winnenden to reclaim defective parts and get replacement, especially since the nice staff at least shortly after the opening of the factory sales had no idea about the devices.
The online shop is confusing, devices are illogical assigned and a return is apparently not intended.

Here there is an acute need for action, especially for a premium manufacturer ...

After getting in touch with a very friendly colleague, some explanations and the commitment to improve many of the points, I've upgraded the rating from one to three stars.
I very much hope that actions will follow ...

Yes, of course they are answering on my comment. This what they always do to make it looks good for the future colleagues and customers. I know their techniques, but actually they don't care about nobody. Just pretender.

I Purchased a Karcher K5 from Builders Warehouse in South Africa
Less then 2 weeks of use and the hose has a hole in it.
I returned the unit to the Builders and the staff contacted the Karcher representative.

The outcome is that Karcher refuses to take any responsibility for their poor quality product.

1) The unit was advertised with a 24 month warranty. No where on the box or equipment does it state that this applies only to the unit and not the accessories

2) The hose lasted less then 2 weeks

3) The Karcher representative told me, it is like buying a car. The same as when buying a car, the tyres and windscreen wipers are not under warranty.

I have an issue with that comment. When buying a car, one is provided the opportunity to read the warranty prior to purchasing. With a Karcher unit, one must first purchase the unit, then go home and read the manual to find out the T's and C's

I sent in a WV 2 Premium Plus for repair. The entrance was also by e-mail on 04.08. approved. Unfortunately, only the fourth employee has the order then properly processed today on 30.08. The others have only diverted me, where then no one was to reach, or have just hung up! So unprofessional service in Germany I have not experienced!
