I arrived earlier than my appointment and a nice gentleman began immediately on getting my car into the servicing area. The waiting
room is pleasant and contains everything needed by waiting customers.
Everyone was friendly and very responsive to the needs I had. They made the car buying experience as quick and painless and possible. I will come back for my next car.
Took my daughter to buy her first new car. Excellant customer service by Josh. He was upfront with all information, accommodating, polite, courteous, and an all around good guy. Great experience here at Alexander Chevy. I was passing through on a road trip and felt something strange in the steering of my vehicle. I stopped and they got me right in for an inspection and I was back on my way with the peace of mind knowing nothi was wrong. Big kudos to my service advisor Patricia Hager and the technician Thomas Sanchez. They were both pleasant and knowledgeable and proof that customer service is alive and well.

I was there with my 2 year old daughter. The waiting room was very comfortable and they had a small table for her and some books to keep us occupied. The associates kept me up to date throughout the visit which made the wait much better as I was not left to wonder 'how much longer" thank you for the attentiveness.
They worked me in to get my oil changed quickly when they found out I was late in changing it.

8/25/17 - Well Alexander has corrected the problem with our keys. They have had the key made, at their expense, and gave us a loaner vehicle while they had ours! We are satisfied. Great recovery, Alexander! I'll bump up to 4 stars!
They were very nice, maybe just a little pushy. they promised they would have my 2nd key in 2 or 3 days. It's been a month and I still don't have it and can't get a return phone call. So I have a Jeep that I paid a lot of money for and someone in a neighboring town has the other key. Makes me feel a little uneasy. Get everything you need from them up front.
I am very happy to say that my truck is running perfect. It is better than new. Thank you to everyone who helped me and my wife. You were so kind all of you. What a good group of people. paid a ridiculous amount of money for an oil change, fuel injector cleaning and "full inspection". The rear wiper blade was ripped off and was marked as "good condition" (was already like that before going) So there are likely more things that were just completely disregarded

Service department is the worst I've ever experienced! Per "trish" well I'm sorry our online system isn't accurate and we have 4 scheduled for the same time so we can't get you in any other time! This will be my last purchase with this dealership!
A bit expensive for service. Also, they are not very flexible with service appointment times. I understand I am going to be a late afternoon appointment but all I need is a filter changed and I asked to come in an hour before close and they refused. I initially went for this service days ago and they couldn t do it because the part was out of stock. It s frustrating the service department doesn t even attempt to accommodate customers. People seemed nice otherwise.
Out of all the vehicles we have purchased in the past at other dealerships, Alexander Chevrolet blew them out of the water. I could not have asked for a better experience. It was great and have already recommend friends and family to see this dealership if they are in the market for a new vehicle. I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future. My time at the service department was very pleasant. They were quick and professional as they always seem to be. I messed up the online service set up, it wasn't very user friendly for me but the people at the other end was able to decipher what I was needing done.
Scheduling online was a breeze. Everyone was in a great mood. They immediately got my truck back in the shop on time while I used the lounge WiFi to continue my work. My truck was finished before my work was so he told me to take my time and just come settle up whenever I'm ready. Truck was serviced without missing a beat of the day.

Called service 'receptionist' who did everything possible to NOT allow me to ask a question to an actual mechanic about a stuck hatchback latch. At same time telling me "Well, I've never heard of that happening before." Car on warranty. Next time I want a worthless opinion on auto mechanics I'll ask my dog. Called Barnett Chevy in Manchester, service manager walked me through a solution that WORKED to resolve jam issue. Suggest you take your Chevy business there, they were great.

The people here have been amazing. I broke down on a Saturday and they were there to help me. I do not own a car from Chevrolet, and they were still willing to help me. They even offered a complimentary rental car until Monday when I could get one on my own.

Our experience with the sales people was amazing. It wasn't until we got to the finance person Mike that our experience went completely down hill. We had the car fianced through a credit union so when we came we had a check in hand. Mike was completely rude and when he had the numbers off by $8 he got an attitude when we didn't want to pay it. The dealership sent a fax to our credit union showing the amount the check should be for. We were also provided with a copy of this fax, when we got there to sign all of a sudden the numbers were different. He went somewhere and came back and didn't say a word about what he was going to do about the discrepancies, he just started printing new paper work. So we continued on and started signing paperwork and apparently it is wrong for us to want to know what we are signing and when we were presented with a paper that was not filled out with any car information or any information at all just a blank paper that could be filled in with any information they wanted we questioned it and he got mad about it. We asked for a copy of the things we signed and he told us we had the copies we needed. Well due to the circumstances and previous experiences with family we realized we did not have copies of everything we signed and we had to ask again. He got mad and slide the folder towards us and told us to show him what we wanted copies of. After getting through this whole process we were in the hallway waiting for our tags to be put on we heard Mike up at the front talking to two other guys about us. This guy could not even wait til we got out of the building to talk about us. If we did not already have a check from the credit union we would have walked out yesterday soley based on this jerks attitude. I WILL NEVER go back here to shop for a car and would HIGHLY recommend that others not either. It's bad to realize one person ruined the entire experience.

I had called into dealers warranty department regarding an issue with our truck before I had brought my vehicle to the service department to confirm it was under warranty as the man on the call stated it was under warranty still and I had explained I believed it had to do with the power steering and he again confirmed that it would be under the warranty still. I went into have it fixed as they then stated it wasn t under warranty because it wasn t under Powertrain. I called the main chevy number to see what was going on as the woman I spoke to stated she would be able to get us a refund on the $117 we paid that day to have it looked at and was never refunded. Then got a call back from a different rep after 4 days to say that it wasn t under warranty that they wouldn t be able to help us at all. As I told the woman the day I first called in I didn t want to pay to have it checked out as she insisted that we did in order to get the refund back. The receipt shows that they had fixed the issue that it was brought in for but was never actually fixed it. Needless to say we won t be back to that service department again!
Lied to chevy corporate and said my 16 camaro SS was heavily modified when it was stock as could be, went to another dealership and car was in fact deemed a lemon and purchased back by chevy, now they're denying all warranty work on my parents car because they're butthurt about the whole situation and I guess they also put a big scratch on my mother's 2017 camaro ss 50th anniversary and denied warranty work.

Scheduled an appointment 3-5 days in advance to have tires rotated. Arrived Saturday in the morning and waited 1 hour and 50 minutes before the car was finished. Very disappointed. Obviously my appointment time had been taken by someone else and I was put to the back of the line. Definitely going elsewhere.
Great people... even though I wasn't an actual customer they helped me out with a suprise gas cap lock that didn't have a key. It put me in a real tight spot after buying a private owned used car with no gas and no way to put gas in it 70 miles from home lol but they helped me out and didn't ask anything in return for their time or effort CAREFULLY breaking the lock open. Even turned down at first the $20 I held out. I have no basis to judge their cars or service department but the facilities look nice and the salesmen are helpful, friendly, and trustworthy in my opinion.

The most undesirable experience I have ever had at a service department. Walked in after a diagnosis, I paid them for, then to find out there diagnosis was not truthful. Wound up paying a heavy dollar.

The friendliness of the staff from the moment you speak with them over the phone, to the time you walk into the dealership has always been exceptional! Tony Richardson was my salesman and after I found out the truck I bought didn't have working left side speakers, he went to great lengths to pull some from vehicles that were being detailed to be put on the lot. After he was unable to find any speakers that matched, he pulled 50$ from his own wallet and gave it to me to go buy some new speakers from walmart.
Dropped off our truck for some recall servicing and ever since we picked it up it has been acting up. So I took it back to the service department, (obviously I m mad I dropped my truck off and not a dang thing was wrong with it and I get it back and something is wrong with the motor). First, one of the service people says that I may have dropped it off in good condition.., NO EXCUSE ME BUT I KNOW FOR A FACT there was nothing wrong with it, then another service woman is saying woah toward me like I have no reason to be mad... then they keep my truck for an hour and a half and give it back to me telling me nothing is wrong with it... BS!!! I know how the truck drove before I dropped it off and it was most definitely wasn t driving like it is now. So obviously there is something wrong.
All the meanwhile I m not able to be at work while having to deal with an issue that wasn t happening before leaving my truck with them.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT YOUR SERVICE DONE PROPERLY
