I came in with a low tire. It had a screw in. The staff was nice and the tire didn't take long. I use Alexander for most my auto needs. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Had a warranty issue on my truck. Took it into the service department and was able to get a loaner car and excellent service. Jason kept me updated the entire time with daily calls. Every member of the service team I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. I even had to get something from the truck after service hours and they helped me out. After a not so great experience at another dealership, it was really nice to go to a dealership that truly cares about your needs. From hello to goodbye everyone that we encountered was extremely caring. They were completely transparent about the whole deal and worked with me to get me a great car at a price that worked for me. I can't thank Allan Ledford, James Steward and the Alexander Chevrolet team enough. I have never had such a phenomenal car buying experience, or any consumer experience, like the one I had with Alexander Chevrolet. I am a very detailed, difficult, tactical buyer, taking "kicking the tires" to the next level. Allan and James, were patient, informative, consultative, professional, friendly, experts in the field, and flawlessly guided me in my journey. I would recommend my own mother to purchase her next vehicle from them, and she lives in a completely different state! Their service, knowledge, and professionalism is that outstanding. I was told upon check-in that I would wait about 45 minutes to an hour for my service. I waited approximately 2 hours along with other people who had been waiting for over an hour longer than me. There was no communication regarding the delay. My tires were not rotated although it was on my appointment paperwork to rotate them. My paperwork was also filled out incompletely.

I really like Alexander Chevrolet because there not like other dealers they make you feel like home . They get you what you can afford and really friendly and they work with you unlike other dealerships in have told everyone.

Tried to buy a car and they weren't helpful. A week later I went to Steve Jones Dodge and they put me in a brand new car and worked the payment close to what I wanted.

Awesome group of people. They always go above and beyond. They keep my vehicles in great shape, even though I have a tight budget. They tell me what needs done now, and what can wait.

Bought my car there last march i got two years of free oil changes tire rotation services, i started noticing a strange noise in my engine and a jerk once. I took it in bc it needed to be serviced soon anyways. i dropped it off at 12pm and i recieved a call by 4pm. There was some internal engine problems that would be covered under warranty and they ahd me a rental car already set up. My rental was a very nice newer fully loaded version of mine free of charge to me and my car was ready by wed at 4. Miss Albi in the service dept was amazing!

Great service. Helpful staff. Took much less time than anticipated. The guy who handled the oil and filter change was friendly, polite, and knowledge. A great change from my last visit to Alexander s, where a grumpy old man ignored me when I arrived and treated me with apparent contempt. I hope he retired.

Our experiences with Alexander Chevrolet has been good until recently,my wife took her Saturn in to get the usual tune up and the service tech told her the water pump was going out.I had also told her I thought it was going out.After she got back though I learned they had charged her over $700.00 for labor alone, it seemed high so I checked some online resources and then called my nephew who works at a large dealership in Indianapolis. According to everyone except Alexander it was supposed to pay 3.4 hrs so unless they're charging $200.00 per hr something is not right.I called their service mgr and he says he put 2 mechanics on it.#1 if you put 2 mechanics on that car they would just be in each other's way #2 I don't care if you put 12 on it you shouldn't be able to charge more. I think they just took advantage of my wife because they figured she wouldn't know the difference.We've done business with them for years,bringing them many customers over the years but if they can't man up and admit they made a mistake then that'll be the last business they get from us!
