A definite must visit! The park/garden is huge, well arranged and simply gorgeous! Come early to beat the crowd. We arrived at 9.30am and it was still ok. After 10.30am, the tour bus crowd start getting in. Whatever it is, there is no escaping the crowd but nothing rawdy. People tend to respect the rules and nature. There are some places to grab a drink or even lunch but they were really crowded. Take your own snack and have a little picnic rather than waste half an hour queuing just for a coffee. Wheelchairs are available for free and need to be bookes in advance. Quick and efficient. Parking is ample at a small price, payable online. Budget at least 4 hours to see most of the garden.

Beautiful flowers. It's a must visit.
However, my best experience was when I rented a bicycle (~10 ) and rode around the surrounding areas. I highly recommend doing this.

Very pretty but super busy and expensive, in my opinion. During the opening period, especially on weekends, the traffic around the area gets crazy so I do not recommend going by car. I would rather cycle or drive throughout Lisse and stop at the tulip and flower fields. It s nicer, less busy and it s free ;)

Nice

It's so beautiful there. Entry ticket is very cheap. They have a play area for kids too. Lots of souvenir shops inside. And a huge cafeteria with freshly cooked food. Souvenir shop outside is more cheaper.

The Keukenhof is a great place to walk around and enjoy the sights and smells of thousands of different types of flowers. A must see, especially since it's one of the biggest flower gardens in the world.

It's a place to be in Spring as it's the only place in the world where the largest and the best varieties of tulips are being showcased. It's colorful, beautiful and scenic everywhere inside the park.

What a beautiful experience. I love and respect that this parks purpose is just the beauty of nature. Amazing stuff. I recommend buying tickets directly and ubering to and from the location (tickets on their site are cheap compared to travel agents around town). Uber will run you about 70 euros each way but at least you don t lose a whole day dealing with bus transportation meet ups etc. Using public transportation will be very hit or miss so I don t suggest that. Lots of locals told us not to do that.
We headed there at 11am and were back in Amsterdam by 3pm because we went the Uber route.

Parking area for buses is slightly away from the entrance. We had to walk some distance to reach the main gate.
Small flower beds were all along the way, with colourful tulips in them. Thus we were getting a preview of a bigger picture inside. A lot of crowds was there waiting & eager to appreciate the beauty of the garden.
The garden is vast. But one could get a printed map of the area.
Informative boards were also there. However, there was no recommended path of movement. The mob was in Brownian motion. Besides, we had to manage through lots of persons clicking photo & selfie.
It was a riot of colours inside the central hall. Countless varieties of tulips were on display. A typical fragrance of the flowers was making the atmosphere very exciting.
Alas, it was almost the end of the season. But still, the impressive line-up of colours was unforgettable.
The florist on watch was clipping all the tulips showing signs of drooping.
A pedestal was decorated with a bridal dress & surrounded by lots of tulips. Ladies could go inside the dress & project out their head. Excellent preparation for grand marriage in tulip garden!
WIFI is free all around. Enormous help for staying connected with the group.
A lot of eateries were there inside. So one can get invigorated & be ready to adulate the garden further.

Outstanding beauty everywhere your eye can see!
Cannot praise enough all the effort and imagination that goes in creation of this paradise on earth.
Came on 12 May, one week before it s due to close for the season on 19 May, the blooms were abundant, the displays stunning.
Tips: allow yourself plenty of time for going around, I didn t expect to spend that much time there, over 6 hours.
Absolutely must go inside the pavilions!
Orchids were absolutely amazing!!!
Book tickets online and print them out, for both gardens and parking, they have to be scanned.
Parking ticket costs 6 euros and gets scanned on the way out.
Bring your picnic if you can, at least snacks. You will need it for all the walking. Food is lovely in Cafes if you prefer to buy it there.
Overall I cannot recommend enough!

Haha, it's my fault. We went there too late to see the tulips. They were almost blooming or withered.
Yeap, spent 28 euros and only saw maybe 10% of tulips at the end of flower season. Somewhat disappointed!

I think the best time to come is early April to mid April I think, but the temperature can be low below 10C.

This is place marvelous. If you ever have the opportunity, go and visit it. You will not regret it. They have also a great shop with beautiful souvenirs which you cannot find anywhere else in The Netherlands. I regret not buying more of them.

Visited from Toronto, Canada with my GF on our first real vacation together. This was one of the cant miss destinations on our trip and did not disappoint. The flowers were beautiful in full bloom, the weather was excellent, and it was truly something to add to your bucket list. Very few places look like they jumped out of the page of a fairy tale, this would be one of those places!

Had a great day at Keukenhof walking round and admiring all the flowers.
You need a full day to see everything.
The place is well organised and was able to cope with the many visitors.
On the day we visited it was very busy and took a long time to get parked so allow plenty of time on busy days.

Great place

One of the most wonderful garden I have ever visited. It's really easy to get there by bus from the airport. I visited there in the end of season, but all tulips were beautiful and colorful. I spent my day there, after a long walking I bought ice cream and seated in front of the lake just to admire the view and relax.

Keukonhof is a very huge tulip garden. One of the best and holds various verity of tulips and other bulbs. The garden has a canteen where you can find lunch and snacks.
It also has an area for kids to play with live animals like goats, turkey, rabbits and chickens.
It has a windmill, small ponds and they hold flower sale in dedicated area.
Takes around 2-3 hours if you want to quickly go through or 4-5 hours to go through it throughly.
It is also possible to hire bicycles outside at the gates to go around the area that have tulip farm.

End of season without much left to see but still hefty full price admission. Not exactly the way to go Keukenhof. Paying over 30 Euros to see dead tulips and not getting any advance warning or ticket price reduction smacks of sheer opportunism. Next year, end your season earlier or give half-price tickets on the end of season weekend.

How can you not love these these gardens?! It was beautiful and we spent all day wandering. Especially enjoyed the orchid exhibit and smelling the hyacinths! Few things: come late April to see the most blooms and bring a picnic (their food was pricey).

This place is wonderful. So many varieties of tulips that you even cant imagine. I uploaded some photos, and i show you how worth it to come to that place. But, in the previous year, i didnt get inside this place because i thought it would not worth the money, it was 18 euro. I decided to go to the field flowers which were very good and picturesque. However, both are wonderful and i recommend anyone to come to both places.

If you enjoy flowers and beautifully landscaped gardens or appreciate the wide variety of tulips, this is your place. I was impressed and really enjoyed all he flowers, even though the admission price is not exactly cheap. Still definitely worth it!
