Beautiful garden of tulips that you can easily spend hours there. I'd recommend going earlier rather than later to give you more time although I was there later and did notice the crowds start thinning about an hour before closing. Definitely worth a visit. Bring food because the entrance fee isn't the only costly thing..

It's world biggest tulip garden and only available in April to June. It's huge garden so be ready to walk a lot. You still find many varities of tulips all over the garden. Also there are food courts, tulips info buildings, maze, windmill, small lake, play area... Parking is also very big but it's easily accessible by special buses in season. Must visit for everyone whether you are fan of flowers or not.

Good things first:

Good things first:
Bus (858) is every 10mins from Schiphol Airport
Bus do get busy but you can always wait for next one if you want seat
Garden inside the park is well maintained

Bad things or should I say con:

Felt like a rip off for money and time

Even though inside the park flowers are ok(no massive fields) they are just flower beds... But there are brown fields all around where you expect massive fields of Tulips. What I felt that farmers around the place are not growing because this place is highly commercialised and farmers are not getting paid by park people. I have been to better parks in UK without paying...

Crowded.... Yep people everywhere and too many... There were queues even in kids play area...

Recommend to anyone : I don't think so... I would say if you really want to experience the keuknhof the just cycle or walk outside in the fields rather than coming into an expensive park...

Verdict : Disappointing

A MUST SEE in Amsterdam but in Spring because it's not open rather than Spring. It's a great place to see thousands of the lovely Tulips. Multiple tulip colors and maybe all the colors can be seen there. You definitely have to visit this huge garden if you were in Amsterdam between March and May every year.

Great place to be with family and friends. If you d like to avoid crowds, try coming early morning or weekdays and book tickets online (incl. parking). After an hour long traffic jam on the Easter weekend, the sights were 100% worth the wait!!!

Nothing much to see in end of march. Fields are empty and its not yet ready. May be towards last wk of April hopefully it will be good. Lot of crowd. Food is expensive(ofcourse it is a tourist spot). Better to carry your choice food from outside

Truly a paradise! A place where you see different kinds of flowers, especially Tulips, smell the fragrance of the flowers and hear the chirping birds.. Amazingly awesome! Although of course, you have to expect that it is always crowded in this place. Nevertheless, this is a huge Tulips garden and shouldn't be missed when in the Netherlands!

Whery nice place. Was here in late april, and there was 20 degrees and flowers everywhere. Whery nicely layed out park, and friendly staff that answered all my questions. Many different flowers all over, and you got to sit among them some places.
The fielda are about 15 minutes walk from the main enterance, so I did not go. But I saw them on my way in. I feel like they advertice the fields also, but you are not allowed to enter them irl.

A must for tourists. Be aware that the best time to visit is mid April until early May. Avoid weekends, especially when it is bright weather. Don't forget your camera and a backup, just for sure. Come early!

Incredible garden. Wooooo,it's so beautiful. It's not very far from Amsterdam. If you're in Amsterdam you can go there with two ways. One you can buy ticket of kokenhuf,s tour and two you can go to central railway of Amsterdam and go to the schiphol airport and then go to garden by bus.

I felt lost in this place. It felt like I was in the heaven. Lots of lots different colors of tulip. The place is huge and well organized. Worth money to spend on. I was fallen asleep in the park. One of my dream come true.
You have to buy the tickets online, it's much cheaper and fast to get in.
Would love to come again someday

My second time visiting. Quite easy to get to but the line at the airport for the buses can be huge depending on when you go, fast moving thankfully(30 minutes)! The park itself is gorgeous, The arrangements themselves are beautiful and great care is taken in presentation around the park. A lot of interesting flower art in the pavilions so do expect to spend 4+ hours if you want to see everything.

Well manicured and curated display of tulips. The garden is spacious with well defined walking paths. There are many benches around that allow for rest or reflection breaks. There are also no shortage of food and refreshment stops within the garden ensuring that the lines are short.

World class flower garden!!! It will be great if you go by your own and spend the time as you like.
If you are going with bus try to get the last bus, that will be lesser tourist and nicer weather.
And this is a place that you will never forget!

Beautiful but so big! You need the whole day to see it, take a hat for the sun, a light bag because you need to walk a lot. There are places to eat, rest, read, share with friends and family, you can take your dog. Bring a fully charged phone to take pictures, and if you have a good camera! Recommend to buy bus tickets online.

In my opinion a great day out. The park is so lovely for a walk, a hang out, different playgrounds for children and of course beautiful flowers. You can keep making pictures because it is just so beautiful. The park looks very nice, this was my second visit and since 2 years they have changed the main entrance.
If you are visiting and going by public transportation (from Schiphol or Haarlem of The Hague) you can better by the combination tickets. For children until 17 years it is cheaper, adults pay 24,50.
Definitely worth a visit!! Open in March and April.

Beautiful garden, definitely worth going. The variety of flowers is amazing, especially the tulips. Be sure to visit during spring time, mainly april as the flowers are fully blossom. Also please buy yourself some fresh made stroopwaffles while you are there.

If you are buying the ticket to the Gardens, expecting to see long stretch of beautiful Tulips, PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEM.. the long stretch of tulips are outside the garden, in the farm and is FREE for visitors.. I felt the tulips farm was much more beautiful than the gardens..
But the gardens have varieties of tulips, and cool photo-worthy places. The beautiful lake (or pond) inside makes the garden even more beautiful

Despite the fact that I was raised in the Netherlands and observing tulps is not spectaculair for me, Keukenhof is very recommended not only for tourists but for the dutch people as well. The place is much bigger than I expected, and this is an amazing opportunity taking pictures with your loved ones.

Incredibly beautiful, even in the rain. Could spend an entire day walking the paths and getting coffee at the cafes. If you re into photography, there are a ton of great photo opportunities and you ll be entertained all day. The bus to get here from Amsterdam is quick and easy to figure out. Lots of art displays and carefully cultivated gardens. Would recommend this for anyone visiting Holland.

Wonderful landscaped tulip gardens, beautiful colours. But too many people. I think that a concept that limits the number of visitors per day (like the van Gogh museum or the Anne frank house) would be highly desirable.
