Good. But with a very unfriendly receptionist who made me wait almost half an hour to check-in. Sorry, they receive the people like that.

It is a 3 star! Excellent cleanliness, you can always smell the detergents for the corridors and the rooms are impeccable, however it is a bit spartan, the bathrooms are small, the rooms basic. The centrality of the area, however, makes us forget these small, completely negligible shortcomings.
The only service that's really missing is the laundry service
Horrible. This hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. It is filthy, bad odor, towels are dirty and stained, people smoking every where, poor lighting, rooms smell bad. The only good thing that we liked was the location. They need a lot of upgrades and cleaning to make this place livable. It has a lot of potential if they improve it
The staff is so friendly. The hotel is extremely accommodating! What an absolute GREAT location!
The price, location, staff and no resort fee 100% make this hotel the place to be!
They upgraded our room for my husbands 40th birthday. We are extremely happy with our stay here.
Perfect location, attentive staff, my flight schedule at 10:00 PM Mr Jorge kept my luggage at no cost, At check In I was attended by Frank, very attentive and quick. Close to Lincoln Road, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, bakery, snack bars, beach, ocean drive, large rooms, comfortable bed. The next trip to Miami will be my hotel.
Great location, close to everything. Perfect for those without a car too.
First had tiny room and very loud neighbors. The hotel is very clairaudient but got an upgrade for a suite at a fair price and felt comfortable
The staff is fantastic and the pool magnificent. Right in the heart of Miami Beach.
The hotel was decent for the price. Nothing crazy. The pool was nice, location was fantastic, although it was pretty loud at night. Room was a little musty and the AC leaked a bit, but nothing we couldn't handle for a couple nights. The hotel staff were superb. Very friendly and had a ton of great advice for a Miami Novice.
Nice place. The rooms fresh with great beds, the pool is big enough, the breakfast is decent. The "fitness center" is in a sad state but their is some dumbbells at least. Overall, for the price, it's pretty good!
Only had breakfast here but it was nice and the staff are friendly
Pros: Great location. Quite. Great pool and area. Good room. Great beds. Nice room closet. Clean. Very clised
Cons: Breakfast. Xtra-Small bathrooms. Odd furniture with limited drawers.
Conclusion: good place to come back to.
Super located, there is a bus that you take at the Miami Airport, it costs you 2.5 dollars and leaves you in front of the Hotel !!!
Friendly very helpful staff. We were made very welcome on our arrival.
Great advice on dining nearby
Rooms are small, bathrooms are small but adequate
Clean
Beds and pillows are comfortable
Site of the hotel is close to just about everything
Ideal
Hotel in need of refurbishment, plus cost benificio within the standard of Miami, pessimo breakfast, not different from other hotels
Cheap hotel that ages badly. The shocking thing is the ubiquitous smell of humidity and mold all over the hotel, especially since all windows are doomed ... the room is small and the carpet dirty (take flip flops to walk on). The air conditioning was struggling to work. The bedding is very comfortable. The bathroom is dilapidated (faucet ripped off, taken out ...). The pool is nice but the transatlantic area deserves a good cleaning ... in short the hotel is a little depressing for a holiday, but good at 80 euros per night, no wonder.
Great location next to Lincoln Rd.
Very clean rooms.
Nice lobby.
Beds sleep excellent.
Bar was closed most of the time even in the weekend. When opened the bartender tried to rip an elderly couple off. (supposedly the bar is not managed by hotel). Couple of cockroaches squashed on the bar.
Right hand lift takes you to every floor and direction that you do not want.
Breakfast is ok but basic. Worth the $10. Coffee is good for US standards
Decent hotel, the room does not have drinking water, kettle, teaspoon. It is inconvenient to plug in the outlet. TV not working. The room itself is small but cozy, clean. The linen is fresh, a lot of towels, 2 disposable glasses, the mini-fridge works well, the clock-radio did not let you get bored (in a good way).
The hotel is located quite close to Lincoln Road Mall and to the beach (5 minute walk). The room was huge and the staff friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Miami Beach because it is a good hotel. I would certainly return next time I fly to Florida!
Great location.... elevators needs to be upgraded and rooms are small and desperately needs to be upgraded also. Checked out shortly after we checked in... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE
Pros:
- Five minute walk to the beach.
- Within walking distance to many awesome restaurants.
- Extremely helpful and courteous staff.
- Smaller rooms maximizes hotel space for cheaper costs.
- Amazing outdoor area with a pool.
- Across the street from a bus station and CVS.
- Personal thermostat in each room.
- Beach towels and blankets provided upon request.
Cons:
- Paper thin walls.
- No microwave or toaster.
- Cheaper costs brings in some sketchy guests.
- No drinking water fountains.
- Seemed like the hotel hasn't been renovated in a long time.
In 5 days they done even want to change the towels in room, I never seen any Houskeeper cleaning anything in that hotel, glass doors were so dirty that you don t want to touch to open, in this pandemic zero hygiene in this hotel, but besides that, we were evacuated at 5 am because of fire alarm because in room 518 group of guys where smoking the full of alphabet of drugs, and 3 days in the row i keep telling night time receptionist to fix that situation because it was impossible to sleep, this hotel should be closed immediately this is absolutely dangerous for life, the most disgusting hotel I ve ever seen in my life.
The actual room was nicely decorated. There was no microwaves in the facility at all for guests. Housekeeping was horrible. Has to call to request room be clean and when they did clean the room they left one wash cloth. Called the desk multiple times to request ice due to there being no ice machine and was told someone would bring up ice. Never received the ice. Rented a cabana for $25 and was told by beach attendant that they could not rent cabana due to storm. The front desk girl stated she would remove the charge from my room but never did. No one knows how to remove the charge and no supervisor will follow up with me. I would not recommend this gory. This vote is in a good location amongst Lincoln Rd and Collins but the customer service is horrible and we regret booking with this hotel. You get what you pay for is what I will say. I am very disappointed in my experience.
Very kind front desk, nice location, will come again
Rick the hotel staff was amazing, my family and I loved him his customer service he was awesome. I would go back to visit Rick. Due to COVID no breakfast was given. Was there 3 days staff never changed sheets the tub was stopped up but the 1 thing that was nice was the comfy Beds and the Pool. And the beach was super close. The Room looked nothing like the pictures online.
Great location and beautiful art deco style building. Slightly outdated and rooms. Noisy
Stayed at the hotel last week and it was incredible everyone has great costumer services and made me feel like home!
Great location, great staff, excellent experience.
Great cocktails, chilled vibe and most importantly - they have a Nintendo 64 with lots of games!
Hammer location and good value for money. The hotel was already a few years behind.
Perfect! Clean and perfect place to visit Miami beach
Very cool Low key bar in the craziness of South Beach. Bartenders are great drinks are better and the best part they have Nintendo 64.
I will start off by saying that the staff is lovely! And that s where it ends. This is a depleted hotel that deserves a1-2 star rating. Certainly not a 3 star hotel. Smells like mold, there is visible mold, and the rooms are completely worn down. There are almost no amenities and best of all, there is an overwhelming stench that just can t accurately be described. Just avoid it.
Old, dignified hotel that is getting old. Here and there the paint is off, the pool is not always cleaned. Breakfast is not worth the extra charge. Who likes it a bit louder, is right here.
Good location and very friendly staff, unfortunately in my bathroom I found a cockroach, I contacted reception to request cleaning staff and they never came, additionally they offered me a change of room but they didn't either.
Great experience. Had a minor issue that maintenance quickly resolved on the weekend. Staff was very helpful & professional! Highly recommended.
Small, friendly hotel, well located near South Beach. The decor of the hotel is top, and the pool nice. On the other hand the rooms are very small and the parking is very expensive (prefer parking at 16 at the link of 35 on the 16th St).
Overall a nice hotel and good location - the hotel is neat but dated and could do with some updating. Photo of pool for anyone interested :)
Although the pool was great in size water was always freezing, even colder than the ocean. The cleanliness of the pool was also a concern with leaves and de-bre. Never once did we see a staff member attending to the pool on our 4 day stay. Jr. Suite resembles a normal hotel room size in most other hotels. Beds are great, you can sleep like a baby. No microwaves or coffee machines in the rooms...not even in the suites.
Nice hotel...however a bit dated though and needs some upgrades
Do yourself a favor and just don t book here no matter what. As soon as you walk in it smells of mold and the halls are even worse than the lobby. Valet was a joke took us 30 Mins to get our car and bags done. I ask where I can get some water for my wife and they tell me to go to CVS across the street?? ARE YOU SERIOUS? Room was disgusting with bugs in the shower. Go somewhere else, pay the extra 50 for the next lowest thing if you have to. It s simply not worth the cringe.
Horrible night, we only stayed for one night. We were woken up at 2 in the morning until 3 by a madman who knocked on all doors without security intervening, WE WERE AFRAID! The bedroom doors are not equipped with additional security. Great staff and location, clean but old rooms. High price.
Looked after very well and the facilities are very good. They do need do something about the cannabis smells in the corridors. Our room was very clean and without any cannabis smells thankfully.
Pool area is run down and needs an upgrade. No wet bar. No breakfast. No bottled water at check-in or in the rooms. Bedroom/suite was okay, but bathroom was subpar and had shower curtain in lieu of more hygenic shower door.
Very central location in Miami South Beach. Clean, quiet (pool view) rooms. Nice, heated pool. Two minutes to the beach. Slightly slow Wi-Fi.

Great location bar needs refurbishment n facilities basic but adequate.
Where do I begin!! First & formost I want to say Rick & thee entire staff were thee most attentive, helpful & accommodating group of people I am blessed to say I ve had the pleasure of meeting!! My Wife & I were in town for our anniversary as well as her birthday ! Long story short we originally booked with another resort (The Newport Beach Resort) which let me tell you is a Poop stain of an establishment needless to say my wife & I checked out within the first hour! Here s where it gets good! My wife is In tears and I find this wonderful ad for the The Albion, I call & I m greeted by non other than Rick aka Superstar Concierge) Who gave a us a incredible deal to accommodate our weekend! Location was amazing the decor was very beautiful, Rooms were very clean and comfy & the cafe makes amazing drinks!! Our permanent home away from home is now The Albion Hotel !! Thanks again Rick and to all the staff that made this trip a super memorable one for us !!
save yourself! Aging rooms, the bar downstairs makes evenings with the music thoroughly until 3am, if you are not very high in the floors do not expect to sleep! I complained and the front desk said "sorry it's like that here" i spent 4 nights and i hardly slept.
there are many other quieter and newer hotels at the same price in Miami Beach, only good point, good location, or 1 star.
The hotel is a dump. As soon as you walk into the lobby you get a horrible damp musty smell which carries on through the building. Beds are small noisy and uncomfortable. $15 for two bottled beers at the bar! We had booked 4 nights here but left after 3. To top it all off they stole the security deposit paid at check in. After being home for a couple of weeks I noticed the security deposit was no refunded to my credit card, when I inquired they said it was not being returned because of damage to a wall which is complete lies!! Go elsewhere.
I love this hotel! WE were so well received last year that we booked again this year! Maxiomo is wonderful! He remembered me and our special needs and worked diligently to make sure that we could book a fabulous room, at the last minute at a very reasonable price. I love the design, color and art-but most of all everything was clean, comfortable and the people on staff are great!
Only visited to check out Repour Bar. The drinks were really unique and inventive, with fresh herbs from their own local garden! The bartender was really nice and personable. They also have a ton of board games and a working Nintendo 64. Me and my girlfriend played Mario kart 64 while sipping on some libations, very cool.
Good location, good room and Wi-Fi and coffee
Ruins !!
The front desk staff doesn't care and it shows. They are rude and clearly inconvenienced by the guests.
The staff attentive and very friendly, the hotel needs something to improve
The good: excellent location, attention, cleanliness, shopping packages are received at no cost, luggage is stored at no cost, you can shower after checkout so as not to miss the day at the beach.
The bad: very bad WiFi connection, bad sound insulation in the rooms, they have parties and you can hear everything
Info: no parking
This is an older hotel setting with friendly staff and clean rooms. A big "shout out" to George who has to be the most pleasant and smiling gentleman staff member ever.
The hotel is very good and everyone was very kind during the stay.
The problem was that I forgot a pair of new and very expensive shoes, I wrote to the hotel the next day and I did not get a response to any of the 3 emails I sent. I called on the phone and they said they weren't there. Unfortunately I was stolen by hotel staff and no one took charge. They tarnished an experience that had been good.
Cozy hotel and helpful and friendly staff, we had a problem with the room but it was fixed immediately
Great hotel, great location for a fantastic price. I give it 4 stars because I wonder how much the same room I got would go for on a higher season. I felt I was paying a good price for it given that the window faced a wall, meaning that there was no view or much light coming in.
The pool is very nice and the atmosphere is generally good.
The breakfast is decent but also decently priced (10 dollars) so that s a good option.
I would certainly come back here if the prices are similar, considering there are so many hotels in the area and so much competition.
The attention of its employees is excellent and the warmth of the manager Mr. Giancarlo. The pool Ame
They can improve some new stuff at the hotel!!! Is quite old fashioned
Good location clean rooms and the hospitality was excellent.
I would recommended it
We stayed with a friend in November 2019, we had a great time, the hotel is excellent, the staff very friendly and professional. Always willing to help and solve any inconvenience. The hotel very comfortable, beautiful pool and solarium, spacious and comfortable room, all very clean. The location is unbeatable.! I would stay many more times !!
Stella Nazar and Mirta Echegaray
Superb hotel. I stayed here twice in December 2018. The rooms are a decent size, in the heart of the city and less than 5 minutes walk from the beach.
For small purposes, CVS is across the street and open all night.
For parking, I recommend parking in the 16th street parking lot. It's three blocks away and it only costs $ 20 a day or less.
Good Hotel, comfortable accommodation in Miami Beach, too bad it rained in my room for a whole night and they didn't even change my room nor discounted the extra parking fee for late departure on the day of checkout ... they could at least deign to subscribe me $ 20!
It is an art deco hotel very well located, has a pool and beach service for an extra fee. The rooms are of a standard size. Every time I spent x Miami I stayed at this hotel. Good value for money
Excellent location, very friendly employees, nice and comfortable rooms,
Micro rooms. Indifferent front desk. Bugs everywhere.
I am very disappointed with my stay. I booked two room and we did not have a/c on neither room for one entire day, "with my kids". This hotel is definitely not kid friendly, the hotel smelled like marijuana from the front door, elevator, everywhere. I even had to take my kids out of the pool because they were several guest smoking near the kids. The elevator was acting up and kept getting stuck. All I got was an I am sorry, I was not even able to get a discount on the night that we didn't have any a/c. They should be more reasonable since there's no room service, bellman service, no valet parking.....
Very good hotel, very well located. Friendly employees.
The only bad thing was that, supposedly by protocol, the gym was closed (in others it is open)
Comfortable rooms but with bad acoustics, because I could hear unpleasant noises and music from the other room.
The service is good, but especially by Jorge who served us in a PHENOMENAL way!
I found breakfast with very little variety and expensive, as I paid 12 dollars (with tax) per person and outside I got a more affordable place with more diversity.
The location is great, it has a valet in the front but I found the values high.
Had a pleasant stay here. Good location. Within walking distance to south beach.
Located in a central, relatively clean and tidy area and good kisses.
Good price for change
I stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago when it just opened , it was beautiful. I stayed there last week and was shocked that nothing has been updated , renovated or improved. They use air refreshers to hide the smell of the filthy carpets that I can bet haven t been shampooed in years. The rooms are outdated and dirty . During my 5 day stay I Never saw anyone wiping down the fingerprinted lobby doors or for that matter I never saw anyone cleaning , dusting or vacuuming the lobby . This was such a beautiful hotel and the convenience to the mart is great but I would Never stay here again . It s too bad whoever owns has let it go .
Good location, rich pool, but very old facilities. But price is ok
Very good location and nice staff. A renovation could not hurt.
So far I love this place. Rooms are clean and big. Beds are comfy. Really like the design of this place too. Marine kind of blue and white , even the pool looks like a ship in the way. Btw pool is huge and dip, that's a big plus to me. Even more its open 24 hours .
Location of this hotel is great, 2 blocks from the beach and many stores and restaurants around it, everything within 15 min walk distance. Not far from espaniola way , has cabs across the street, liqueur store not far. So far I love it and will recommend to everyone. Will be happy to stay here again when I came for vacation.
The most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Perfect location to walk anywhere. 5min walk to the beach and the iconic ocean drive. 5 min walk to the Lincoln mall. 15 min walk to miami ink. (Hustler store is on the way lol). Quite a few bars nearby, 1 strip-club, 100's of restaurants (literally 100's!). Hotel has a nice pool. I will be going back!
