Albion Hotel Review

Nice hotel for $ 30 per day. Stayed to spend the night. In principle, clean, the staff is friendly, the room has the necessary.

Very bad experience. Valet parking pick-up was very slow. Took a century to get my car.

My boyfriend and I stayed 5 days and enjoyed every minute. The hotel was clean. The location to the beach, parking and dining was perfect. Not too congested as Ocean Dr was and I appreciated that. The courtyard and pool was very relaxing.
The staff was very friendly and accomodating with anything we needed. We will definitely return here on our next stay in Miami.

The best attention, Everything is very clean, very organized. Super friendly staff. Love it there!!! Planning on going back soon. The location is perfect near to the beach and near Lincoln Rd.

My parents and I were staying in this hotel after we came from a cruise. IT WAS HORRIBLE! Both my parents said they felt something crawling on their back while in bed.It stinked and was EXTREMELY dirty. WORST HOTEL EVER!!! I advise you not to go there if you want to come back with bedbugs and a frown on your face. It looked like a hotel for crackheads. The pool looked like a bug cemetery. They should fish the bugs out. The maid looked like she came off the street. In conclusion, the hotel is so bad I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

I Really like this little gem of an hotel. Nice time, super cool decor n pool, and nice friendly staff.

We only went through the "Repour" bar inside the hotel. The drinks were very original and interesting. They have a Nintendo 64 system, and several table games. The atmosphere is a little calmer compared to other places in South Beach.

I hated my hotel but loved the location. The hotel smelled of old mold. The young ladies at the front desk were very rude. Two days into my stay they asked for a carbon copy of my credit card and i didn't understand why. when i asked the woman got angry with me and said everyone has to do it i don't see the problem. there is no ice machine so you have to ask the front desk every time you need ice. Also if you don't get extra towels from housekeeping during the morning. The night person will not give you any. The bathroom had mold and the shower got water all over the floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room is hit or miss. Superb location close to the beach. Park at the Washington St. Garage ($20 a day + an hourly rate if you plan to go in and out) and walk to the hotel (4 min). Hotel has valet parking at $35 a day.

HORRIBLE customer service. The actual MANAGER who I spoke with today 09/03/2020 he answered the phone was very rude and would not even let me speak. Kept cutting me off. I was respectful & tried to get my point across to explain my situation. I was due to come and stay there last week for a few days to celebrate my 30th and due to Covid in my family & my flight being cancelled by the airline they still charged me a cancellation fee even though I cancelled prior to the hotel stay. They refuse to refund the money even with the circumstances. I understand times are tough for many businesses and you can not expect for anyone to want to stay in this hotel if they have emergencies & you d still charge them for a hotel stay, but the least they could do is at least be respectful and professional. Not book with them they have low ratings for a reason!

They asked for a deposit of 50 dollars per night with a refund when I checked out and I have been waiting for two months to get my money back.

Super cute hotel with an amazing ambiance and really helpful staff. The pool is clean and the lobby is just too pretty!!!

The rooms were a little outdated and the view looking out the windows was cloudy, due to the filthy windows.

We went to Repour with some friends. It's a chill place with really unique cocktails and mocktails. I loved the N64 and board games :)

Nice inexpensive stay on south beach in a great location, but the real gem here is the staff! They were very kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice inexpensive stay. Lobby has had a nice facelift, bar looked fun and the pool was nice!

Customer service was not consistent. Once we checked out it was done. Front desk wouldn't honor voucher that we were given. No manager around to handle it.

It's a very nice hotel with the best price/quality I've paid for in Miami Beach. The pool was under renovation and I didn't like the fact that there was no guest showers (since the check out is at 11AM). The WiFi was extremely nad, my room had no reception and it was extremely slow in the lobby. They had beach towels which is always a plus.

The room smelt of cigarettes and damp and we received terrible and rude customer service in granting our agreed compensation for pool closure.

Hotel with very good value for money, I think breakfast could improve, but the best thing is that it is very well located in South Beach

I didn t have a good stay in Albion. The room smelled, I think the carpet was wet, and probably it was caused by the window or a whole. But it is well located.

Hotel good, comfortable and with a great location, close to Lincoln Road and the beach! It has a transfer service to the main outlets in Miami! Loved it !!!

Albion Hotel has an extraordinary location. You turn the corner and you are on Lincoln, two hundred meters away begins Ocean Drive. Hundreds of shops and restaurants within 300 meters. Stops for important transportation just outside the hotel, including the free Trolley. The structure of the hotel leaves something to be desired, it would take a complete restoration. But the staff is nice. Decent, not fantastic rooms, small and uncomfortable bathrooms. Decide what's best for you. The convenience of the location or the beauty of the rooms ...

The repour bar is very cool, the drinks are super delicious! The bartender was friendly, and the place isn't too crowded.

Cute little hotel in the heart of the action and two minutes from the beach. Its prime location and its very clean swimming pool are a big advantage. The rooms are spacious for the price, but the bathroom is rather outdated and the lack of ventilation makes it really humid.

I was given a complementary update to my booked room..

Arrived some hours before check in- Was told my room wasn t available but they gladly secured my luggage in storage while I left to have lunch and site see ..

Location is perfect..Less than 5 minute walk to beach...Right at the famous Lincoln Road strip..Eateries,bars, shopping, everything you would need is right there in walking distance..

Great outside pool area: very relaxing.and great scenery..

Rooms aren t really fancy; but are comfortable and decent..

This hotel is a joke and definitely tops one my worst hotel experiences, and I travel a lot. The staff are disgruntled, rude, and could not care less about customer service. The hallway smells like bleach and cleaning products. The room was tiny and claustrophobic, feels like a cave. Almost no water pressure in the shower and the WiFi was useless. All you will hear during the night are doors being slammed.

With over an hour before it was time to checkout, an employee opened the door to our room without knocking, and then instead of apologizing, scolded us for not putting up a sign. Immediately after that, we were called by the front desk with a friendly reminder that checkout was at 11. Seriously? STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if your goal is to enjoy your time in Miami.

Beautiful hotel, clean, in the heart of Miami Beach right next to Lincoln Road Mall

the location of this hotel is perfect in the area..nice view to the beach and streets, you can walk to the lincon mall as is on the same street, it has lots of stores and restaurants. If you need something you will find it in here, this area of Miami Beach is very pretty...we were installed in the PH5 top floor for 3 nights.. my wife and my daughters enjoyed it a lot...

Amazing location! You can walk around all South Beach area (or easily ride the free trolley), right next to Lincoln Rd Mall and lots of shops. It's not a fancy or too comfy hotel, but it's sure a great affordable place to stay in a somewhat expensive area. Just be aware of pricey parking in South Beach and all Miami. The hotel has a $35 daily fee for valet parking, I used a self park public garage one block away for $20 (up to 24h). But if you can, you should skip the car when in South Beach.

We stayed for 2 days here at the Albion Hotel, location is excellent near the beach, room with plenty of space and comfortable.

Smelly hotel and rooms - mold-like smell - poor customer service and dishonest Operations Manager so far. Avoid booking at this hotel.

BAD: out dated, I killed a bug running across the carpet, the elevator IS A DEATH TRAP THE INSPECTION on it is outdated the door opened and closed 3,4 times on it's own when preparing to go to the floor selected.

Good: Breakfast only $12.00 or so, pool area, hotel location 2 blocks from the beach

Despite not being a 5-star category, it has the basics ... good cleaning ... the Stuff strive to help you ... very polite ... they maintain the cleaning standards for COVID-19 EXCELLENT DEFINITELY I RETURN !!!

this is a very good hotel. I slept here for 2 night. the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is good and not expansive ( 12$ )

The rooms need to have a good maintenance, bathroom Small. Due to covid-19 most services are limited, gym is closed. The hotel is ok little noisy sometimes. All the personal that works there are friendly and attentive.

Staff brought two towels per room in a four guest room. Absolutely no in room coffee.
Hallways are dark and sketchy looking.
Did not get murdered, so I'll give it one additional star. Others from my group took one look at the rooms and left immediately.

This hotel has a great location. extremely comfy beds and is kept clean. but is in desperate need of refurbishment inside and out. the pool is large and has good availability for loungers. but parking is at a premium $35.00 per night. there is also an awful smell in the lobby and lifts.

Lost for words, it's that terrible! I could write a detailed page of complaints but im too busy sorting out arrangements to stay else where. This is clearly not a hotel of high standards and i refuse to stay here for the remainder of my holiday. My opinion... the pictures on the site are very deceiving, save your money and book else where, trust me!

Staff not helpful. For 200+ USD per night, not even a bottle of water in room. The only amenity this hotel knows about is a soap bar. No shaving kit, no dental kit. I say charge 10 bucks more and stop telling your guests that a CVS pharmacy is across the road where guests can buy a razor

Very nice Art Deco hotel in the middle of the abundant life of Miami Beach, superclose to the crossroad of the 2 most imortant streets: Lincoln Road (luxury shopping,) and Collins Avenue. Beach, Delano and Ocean Drive with the house of G Versace at walking distance. Pool and cocktailbar approved .

Great place and location. Very good service Something old and lift something old. They should change carpets. Rest ok

I was not able to stay, they discriminate against people with disabilities. I have filed a complaint with the DOJ. They refuse to allow my service dog who is fully trained even after I told they the law and where to find it. Booking.com even called and told them it was discrimination.

Hotel perfectly located 1 block from the walkable area of Lincoln rd and 2 blocks from the beach. Everything is walking distance shops, restaurants, clubs and bars. The establishment per se has a good structure and personnel. The rooms are ok. Overall price/quality is a good deal.

3 star is generous not to far off from being a motel 6 might as well spend a little more for something better
