I spent a couple hours checking out this museum while I was in Vienna and I would definitely recommend it to other tourists! There was an amazing exhibition on Keith Haring when I was there, and I really enjoyed the state rooms as well.

Phantastic Museum in the heart of Vienna. The exhibits always change so it is worth going back. A teacher of mine is retired now and holds a membership so he can visit several time a year. We were lucky to see Albrecht Duerer. His works are so precious that most only come out every 10 - 15 years.

The Albertina's long opening hours on Wednesdays and Fridays unfortunately don't meet with the ventilation system inside the Raffael exhibition. It was a bad idea visiting the Raffael exhibition late in the evening, past 7pm. After 10 hours the air quality was so poor, I searched for the exit the moment I entered the exhibition.
"Raffael" was not their first blockbuster exhibition. So why not come up with a proper ventilation? I feel sorry for all the tourists who came in excitement and left with very pale faces.

Great museum with different focus of Arts comparing to the Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien that is nearby. The art exhibited is more "Modern". Before you visit, make sure you check what is the current exhibition as it could make up for 10~20 % of the total art work exhibited. There are some art of Monet and Picasso available. For those of us who are less savvy in arts, audio guide is available for rental.

Great!

Choice for lovers of modern art only. (The only room it deserved was one with copies of the Museum of Ancient Greece!) If you are not, do not waste your time. Right next to it is a super canteen. Eat a hot dog. Incredible! Don't miss this!

A splendid museum, kept in an exemplary way. The graphics and Durer collections are rich and exciting. In addition to the permanent collections, you can come across other interesting exhibitions. I was lucky enough to see a three-storey Biedermaier exhibition, set up in a simply perfect way.

I came to see you for three hours without thinking much, but I missed you more.
Even though I didn't study much, there are many artists who have listened to art class at least once.
From the basement to the second floor, go to the second floor right now. You can see the works of great masters such as Picasso Chagall Munch.
I've also distinguished and guided each art history.
There are many works by modern famous artists like Andy Warhol on the first floor and basement, but if you want to explore for an hour or two, start from the second floor.
Young people discount (less than 26 years old)
Admission is better than group discount of 15 people or more
I envy them
Oh, and if you have an app called artivive, you can have a mysterious experience by putting cameras on certain works.

As well as Mane, Monet and Picasso, there are also sketches and works by Kle, Rubens and Rembrandt. If you are busy, see the second floor and take a look at the first floor. The first basement was like a special exhibition. When I bought a ticket, I asked which country it was, and it didn't give me anything.

The exhibition is really interesting and takes place in a very nice and pleasant building. Unfortunately, the entrance fee is not really right. Per person 16 Euro are required. So if you want to enjoy the exhibition as a family must be very deep in the bag. Too bad.

Again and again great exhibitions, normal price of tickets is relatively high. Many lockers in the basement. All levels with lift also accessible to people with walking difficulties. I am always happy to be there. Shop also has 'kitsch'.

Albertina is my favorite museum in Vienna. The former palace features both restored magnificent interiors and art museum rooms. There is a permanent exhibition of 19th - 20th century classic art as well as temporary exhibitions of contemporary art. The museum shop is diverse.
