A visit to Vienna should never be without a visit to the Albertina.
Modern and old art gathers in excellently conceived and curated exhibitions.

Logically arranged exhibitions, magnificent interiors and very well-lit exhibits. It's really worth to go.

Great Museum with classical and modern classical graphics and paintings. As almost everywhere in big cities, count on many other visitors to be there at the same time as you. May be Google visitor' stats helps a bit.

So sorry about the bad organization! Blood-hot halls, far too many people in the halls, chaos at the cloakroom, little info at the entrance.

Palazzo rich in history and with unique collections

Another wonderful museum in the Austrian capital, highly recommended if you like art. Care and with exquisite pieces.
The price of admission is about 16 per person.

Impressive Picasso collection...It is a lovely mid size museum with a decent contemporary dept include a massive Warhol and 2 top notch Richter. However the Picasso collection is high-end with several early painting and a world class landscape. Have a look... also do not forget the Durer and Michelangelo.. do not miss

This museum is a must in Vienna. Apart from several temporary exhibitions this is a home to the Baltliner collection. This is a collection of modern art that is shown as a separate exhibition. Buy the ticket in advance through internet and you won t be disappointed - the presentation is perfect and very interesting.

Beautiful museum with a beautiful collection of watercolor and oil painting. The price might seem a little expensive but the visit is worth it. Once again, the building is superb. Count 2h of visit if you take your time.

Great experience and very reasonably priced for the amount you can see. We went at 3pm on a Friday and there was little to no queue.

Price at 17.50 seemed a bit steep at first but it s all worth it. 4 floors of excellent art with meticulously described art.

One of the best museums for modern art. The only downside is that hall's for temporary exhibitions are a bit tight and therefore crowdy.

It is unimaginable to travel to Vienna without a visit to Albertina. The exhibitions here are memorable!

Gigantic, the Monet exhibition! The waiting time (despite online ticket) was definitely worth it. From all over the world Monet's wonderful, impressive works have been collected and his artistic development represented. This is unobtrusively and didactically skilfully accompanied by information about Monet's biography, so that in the end a very comprehensive picture of the artist emerges. I would highly recommend using the audio guide. This completes the visual experience pleasantly.

Nice exhibitions overall really interesting. Unfortunately we visited place when classes for primary school were hosted which was quite annoying beacuse of noises.

Albertina is a beautiful museum in the heart of the city with a mixed collection and post-modern, modern and renascence artwork. The building is amazing and a former residence of the Australian royal family. Go early in the day to avoid crowds and use the coat check as you need a couple hours to visit all the exhibits. Enjoy art lovers!

Beautiful art galleries are aplenty in Vienna and Albertina certainly ranks comfortably amongst the best of them. I normally prefer not to post the photos of the artwork if I feel they warrant he appreciation in person. What I can say is that the gallery contains some excellent collection of art pieces from some of the most influencial European artist spanning across.a number of eras. I learned a lot of artists, their styles and techniques. If you enjoy art and history than it will be well worth it to immerse yourselves for a few hours here.

Good but expensive museum for people who are fans of artist and paintings

A very interesting place but here I would rather recommend school visits to learn more about the history and also edit the topics just go there does not make sense. Nice are the workshops where you can do something yourself after seeing the paintings and looking at them, then you can either leave it there or take it with you.

No consas. Anyone who loves history and is interested should definitely not miss a visit to the Albertina.

Well laid out galleries showing the history of modern art. Other exhibitions were a little disappointing.

Free for students under 18, rich in art ...... A marvel.

I was in the Monet show because my German teacher and that was recommended and I have to say I really enjoyed the show. I generally think that exhibitions are a super family activity because even though you are in the same place, everyone can take their time to look at the pictures themselves.

Good. Loved the Picasso and Monet paintings. Good intro to realism, impressionism and surrealism

In more current topics: always the same names ... boring. That also very well serves the usual vision ..
.Sorry that most are just about food, queues, staff, and stuff like that. Partly spectacular works can be seen displaced, because the museum shop, as everywhere, uses them x-fold ....
Tickets expensive!

The most complete exhibitions in a magnificent palace.

The works are many and of high quality. However, the organization of the museum is bad. Endless rows even to go from the ground floor to the first, same doors for people to enter and leave (which becomes a problem when there are hundreds of visitors), few lockers to store backpacks and jackets, very few bathrooms, no place to sit for a moment between floors. Too bad, also because the price is certainly not low so the visitor deserves at least a decent quality in the visit.

The drawings of the great masters Raphael and Michelangelo are beautiful photographs and this disappoints the visitor

Great exhibition to see the work of C. Monet in this quality in one place, is unique in the world. In addition, the permanent collection of the Albertina with important artists guarantees the enjoyment of the finest art.

Was very nice, was just a little disappointed by the famous pictures of Monet, because a little out of focus, probably because he was almost blind to the end of life!

The magnificent gallery is very stylish, but I would like to see more ... At the time of the visit, only two floors worked.

A great museum.
As part of Albert & Tina (Wednesday in the summer) there is a well-attended disco on the ramp for those who need more reason than the great collections to get a visit.

Very nice museum, theme of the pressureists during our visit. French painters well reoresentes. To visit absolutely !!

There was a beautiful private collection with Money, Magritte and Picasso.
