The supermarket has almost everything and is open every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

It is too busy in the supermarket. Impossible to keep social distance

In the store a mess, uncomfortable access, tight parking, prices at the competition are more affordable. In addition, the store cheats customers. Goods like in the promotion and at the checkout it turns out that it is much more expensive. I strongly advise against.

Corona proof? Certainly not!

In this Albert Heijn, entire families and hordes of tourists are let in. This is very indecent. What's funny is that EVERYONE has to bring a cart. As a result, there is a family with 5 carts in total. Friends groups of 8 students who come to buy beer, are all allowed to enter with a cart. All the baskets have somehow disappeared. There is also a maximum number on the number of visitors. During rush hours this Ah still lets everyone in and when they run out of disinfected carts, other carts are simply given that have not been cleaned. Since everyone has to bring a cart and there is NO LIMIT on the number of visitors, NO DISTANCE can be kept at all. If you even let go of your cart to get a product, an employee will come to you and say: you have to grab your cart now, do you understand me or not? You will be called crazy as you stand.
Incredibly cheeky employees. If you then say: you let too many people in, you will not receive an answer.

Spacious. Qualitatively and quantitatively excellent. Price very high.

clean and nice supermarket. However a little expensive and we were suprised about the prices. For sure it is in a holiday region and so you may need to consider this.

Gute Warenauswahl. Breites Sortiment. Sauber und ordentlich. An Samstagen sehr sehr voll. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. An den Kassen geht es schnell auch wenn es voll ist. Es sind immer genug Kassen offen.

Always happy in Callantsoog and thus also at AH. Everything in the only supermarket of the place what you need; fresh, well sorted and versatile - of course Ah uses the fact that there is no direct competition, but that's okay and I would not handle it myself ;-)

We bought something for EUR 2.99. Have given 2x EUR 2 pieces at the checkout. Get EUR 1 again. When asked where the remaining EUR 0.01 would be, I was informed that the supermarket would be rounded up without being asked.

So what is that? Curls with EUR 2.99, but then costs EUR 3, -? Cheek! In Germany I would go against it, in the Netherlands as a tourist I couldn't do anything about it.

365 dagen per jaar open! Wat wil je nog meer. In het hoofdseizoen soms erg druk!

Yes it is big for a small nest but also expensive and Aldi is better there.

Very good range, friendly staff, long opening hours. Get the free Bonus card before you shop and save real money, as there are many very good offers only for Bonuscard owners

All the essentials are there. Lots of different beers! Only the paths are somewhat narrow.

This weekend during our vacation the Germans had free time. Not possible with 1 supermarket. They didn't even follow the rules. Not 1.5 meters and just enter the store with whole families. Perhaps there should be a stricter door policy to protect the customers but especially the staff. Furthermore, good store, but this is really not possible. How should I do this during the summer holidays? Now the campsites were largely closed due to the sanitary ...

Helemaal in de vakantiestemming nog even na een strandwandeling naar de Albert Heijn in Callantsoog, waar we helaas hartelijk werden ontvangen door Maartje bij de kassa met waarom moet dat nu nog? Waarom komt niet iedereen gewoon om 16 uur?
Bijzonder klantvriendelijk moet ik zeggen!

Here you get everything you need for a stay in Callantsoog. And: there are self-service checkouts that we were very happy to use (no waiting).

Even if most of it is packaged: everything is fresh and tasty. We can especially recommend the packaged dishes to cook yourself! We miss something like that in Germany (who still needs Hello Fresh?).

Friendly, busy branch, but always friendly to the masses

Nice store only very busy in the season also in terms of parking. Fortunately, they have plenty of opening hours and that is just as well because you can only cash in the village here and at the Dea and the Dea has no opening hours.

Nette niet mega grote AH met een goed assortiment. In het hoogseizoen is het hier denk ik niet fijn winkelen het is nu in het laagseizoen in de weekenden al geen pretje qua rondlopen. De bewaker bij de ingang is echt een mega vrolijke en vriendelijke man die alles gedaan krijgt met een lach.

With the current Corona regulations, every customer has to shop with a shopping cart. But which is often left standing everywhere. And so it feels even tighter and fuller than it already is.

HERE there is a large selection and low prices. Very centrally located and parking is available. The supermarket is also open on Sundays.

Spacious supermarket. Prices are slightly above the rest of the country. But yes where not on the coast.

Really a shop where you can get the forgotten groceries.
It is only too small and cramped for the large numbers of people who come to do their shopping there.

Good that the management of this store is trying to comply with the corona rules. At the entrance there is professional security, where visitors' hands are disinfected. In the shop, however, it is chaos: everyone walks past each other.

I think this is a wonderful AH. Maybe also because I only come there when I spend the weekend at the campsite, but this shop just has it. Excellent staff and a wide range. The store is very neat and I have never missed it. The store is now being expanded into a larger store, but you will not notice it.
