Very nice selection, you get everything but rather upscale prices a la Edeka in Germany

Corona rules are not respected in this shop, too busy !!! Too many people let in, crowded corridors, Shame the sales are above the rules, ah do something about this!

Joooo, the Albert Hein supermarket. Very customer friendly. In such a small "Kaff" as Callantsoog Bus open 22 hours - and even on Sundays. These are just the Dutch

Otherwise fine but a lack that there is no fresh spreads / cheese department and no fresh bread department. Then AH Ootmarsum is perfect.

If the Dutch are otherwise extremely accommodating and calm, forget that when shopping, because we Germans are more relaxed. You should also always keep an eye on the best before date. Otherwise a great supermarket. No discounter prices, but if you stick to the offers, own brands and get the free AH bonus card, the price-performance ratio is definitely right.

Clean, modern shop with almost everything. The shop was open 365 days at the time. The staff were friendly and there was a parking space in front of it. Unfortunately there is far too much plastic waste, because for example carrots are packed, or other fruits and vegetables. Likewise, vegan and organic products are not yet very represented in Holland.

Great tidy supermarket with daily fresh bread and friendly staff. During our holiday in Callatsoog this was our daily starting point. It was fun to shop here and we appreciated the wide choice.
The parking is free for 90 minutes.

Very busy on the day of the bed change. Fast checkouts anyway. You should also get a bonus card at the cash desk for a short stay. As everywhere in Holland, groceries are more expensive than in Germany. Bring your supplies (including coffee) with you.

Very well stocked supermarket! The selection of sausage, meat, cheese, fruit, vegetables and Co. leaves hardly more to be desired. The beer department does not have to hide either. Even if the market is full, at the cash registers you never had to stand long until now. The parking lot is small, but so far we have still found a place.

In the Randstad the average Appie is open until 9, under the stone called Callantsoog they are open almost all year round until 10 in the evening!

Very nice village to stay, if you also like the beach, this is highly recommended, in the high season there are also markets and fun festivities.

This branch of AH has undergone a metamorphosis last winter. The range has been expanded and the store is more spacious.
