My first stay at the B Hotel will also be my last...

My first stay at the B Hotel will also be my last. My confirmation email stated that for 3 rooms I was to pay P 11, 067.30 at a rate of P 3, 689.10 per room for 3 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived at the hotel, i had to get out of the car and approach the security personnel who were looking at us but were apparently too busy to ask us if we needed help, so that he could point me towards the parking. After having parked, we were held up at the reception area because apparently, our room was still "Occupied" We were expected to check in at 3pm but was held by about 15 mins because the rooms were being cleaned.
I was also told that I am now supposed to pay 13,502.11 and about P 3,000 more on top of that for the deposit.
I asked about the price discrepancy I was offered no explanation. I still did not complain.
When we went for breakfast in the morning, I saw a hotel attendant asking my brother about the ages of the kids in our party. Apparently, we had to be charged extra for the breakfast for the kids! This is after the charged me over P 2,000 more the initial quoted price! For the price I paid at this hotel I might have fared better at nearby Acacia where there is at least a pool.This hotel offers no such amenities and no other activities other than sleeping and watching TV. I could have stayed home and got that for free!
I hope this hotel would attempt to do better by their guests. But I am afraid it will not be us!
