Alabang Meet E and B Review

I stayed one night. The staff was polite and friendly. The room was bright and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had enough choices of international food. But the restaurant is not too spacious.

Hotel is no longer supplying bottled water for quests.
It is necessary to go to nearby stores to purchase potable water.
Breakfast buffet is not comparable to nearby hotels.
Service requests are ignored.

Had the opportunity to stay there during my SEA games 2019 as an athlete! The hotel staffs have been amazing, with facilities close by and great food options at the restaurant (hotplate pork belly!)

We stayed from April 10th-12th for our wedding on the 11th. They have a very satisfactory services. My husband said if we visit Philippines mext tim, we ll definitely stay again in this hotel.

Things I like:
1. Very convenient. Close to malls which I really like.
2. There is a shuttle service.
3. Staff are very accommodating.
Things I don t like:
1. The room doesn t have a carpet, you can hear the sound of a moving chair or something from the other rooms.
2. The refrigerator is untidy, needs deep cleaning.
3. The room is a bit dark at night.

Place is great but no swimming pool, need to transfer to bellevue for swimming amenities. But overall nice place due to very accommodating attendant and clean room.

Me and my partner spent a short vacation in B Hotel one weekend. Everything went well. Next time, maybe you could work on your buffet breakfast menu and serve more desserts!

I advised you enter the elevator with caution... doors are not sensitive to detection... got hit on my way in. Pissed the hell out of me!!

Very impressed with your effort to go green, keep it up. Everything was clean and neat, had a very restful stay. Great idea to cut down on plastic water bottles, hope more hotels would follow suit.

Prime Cafe: I highly recommend the. pasta zuti because it is really creamy yet has a bit of sour taste from the tomatoes. Truffle cake is worth to look forward to...Just make sure that you brace yourself with new taste ...it`s permanently closed?

I was misinformed when I called to ask about in-room dining service a few days before my B Hotel reservation. I am definite that I will be checking in late after a days work and preferred not to go out anymore and have dinner inside my room. But upon check-in I was told that in-room dining service is only until 9:30PM - I arrived at the hotel past 10:00PM. I ended up walking outside the hotel to look for a place where I can eat dinner - such a hassle. Room given to me is a corner on the 9th floor (901) - which have a tiny window. Another negative point for B Hotel for giving me that room.

The people are accommodating and the place is so accessible.

bHotel is a comfortable business hotel and has decent facilities. Some areas of improvement are the quality and spread of the breakfast and perhaps more options for in room dining. Internet speed was sometime slow and required reconnecting.

It is a hotel with a high cospa in a relatively safe area.

The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. whenever they see you in the hotel they greet you. Nice stay indeed! Foods are very great with different variety of it. 4 star hotel with 5 star services but pocket friendly. Definitely gonna back there!

I stayed at the B Hotel for 3 continuous months, MAY - JUL 2015. The staff, service, food in the restaurant, and the free morning breakfast buffet were great. The B Hotel rates are a good value. Also, I woke up one day unable to walk, due to a sudden affliction with gout. The hotel had a nurse on the staff, who took me to a doctor, helped me get my prescription, and I was back on my feet in no time. The hotel also has a convenient shuttle service, that will satisfy your transportation needs. It is without reservation that I strongly recommend the B Hotel.

This is my 2nd stay here and am definitely coming back.

The hotel is located about 30 minutes by high speed from the airport.
Anyway, beautiful, security is good around!
Hotelman and doorman are very nice people.
Just because all rooms are non smoking, underground smoking area.
It is tough for smokers

courteous desk officer..nice sultry dinner with my wife celebrating her birthday..thats why we are booked by the kids for us to while away our time.

We had an overnight stay here to develop an application.

The room ambiance was business like, which I expected since it's supposed to be a budet business hotel. We had good service during our stay.

We ordered their sausage pizza! It was amazing! I don't recommend their fries though it tasted a bit bland.

All staff have quite nice hospitality.
Without them, my business trip definitely will not go well.

Located in a quiet area but not far from Fiesta Mall and Alabang Town Center, hence having all the facilities around. No gym/fitness available and rooms need refurbishing.

Great and clean room! Nice service. Near restaurants and malls. We walked 5 mins to reach molito. Only concern is we waited for 15 mins for us to check in.

The B Hotel Alabang is our main hotel if we have a visitor from Japan head quarter. Service is average. Price also average. They should give us more lower corporate rate. Food is also okay according to our guest. Today I have encountered a problem when I called this hotel to connect to our guest room, they guy who picked up the phone said there's no such guest evwn though i told our guests full name and company name. Sl I had to travel vwry long distance which is from Calamba to Alabang to reach my guest. such a wasted time and money because of the guy who picked uo my call.

1. There should be a choice between bar soap and liquid soap.
2. The room air conditioner did not cool the room sufficiently.
3. There was a list of things at the bar in the room but those things were not there.
4. There was only one bathrobe in the room for 2 persons.
5. Maybe a welcome bottled water would help quench the thirst without having to go out to the hallway to get water from the water dispenser.
6. The plastic plants in the fake planters cheapen the look of the hotel. They are dated too. Better without them.

It really offers delicious meals. From the buffet to the a la carte all is great.

B-hotel is a good accommodation. The customer service is friendly, price-wise its a pretty good deal.

place was great value for your money. some staff were friendly overall. food was good snf reasonably priced. unfortunately, they had a false alarm eoth the fire alarm and it was obvious that they were untrained and unprepared.

We stayed at the B hotel for maybe about 15 hours only, and everything was perfect, accomodation was great, the foods are all perfect, I love the version of having different twist of the dilis (small fishes) cooked in Filipino and Korean way during our bfast, I loved seeing the water dispenser on our floor, cause I dont like seeing plastic bottles which is a big thumbs up for me, the place was so quite, like I was able to meditate and relax, i love the color of the room, had my perfect morning coffee this year at B Hotel...

Rooms are clean and big, staffs are friendly and accommodating, location is good.
Only matters to me is during my occupancy there was an earthquake inxident but no safety protocol executed during the incident its like nothing happened while other buildings nearby are having their emergency safety protocol.

Nice hotel but access to public transportation is couple of blocks away.

Dripping cold water inside bathroom area. Staff tried fixing. Maintenance staff said it was from airconditioning unit that was connected to speaker. Did not quite understand how that worked out, but there was a speaker in the bathroom (they said it was for emergency use). I did not sleep well due to dripping sound. Still dripping until morning.

Food can be improved
Hope you consider building a swimming pool :D

I first stayed in this hotel in 2017 and I was so amazed because of the cleanliness (this is my number one priority in a hotel) and I was really looking forward staying again. But I got disappointed during my second stay after 2.5 years; the hotel is not well-maintained in terms of cleanliness and facilities (ex. airconditioning is dirty, I found a hair under the comforter, bidet is leaking, side table not properly wiped)

Place is clean, staff are friendly but there's no pool. Their hot tub is not hot, and jacuzzi is not working

Took us a long time to wait for room service. Asked for a menu but didn't give us one. Ordered cappucino but it took almost an hour for it to be delivered to our room.

I visited the place for a business meeting and training. They have a basement parking and alert guards to asssist you. Training venue/ rooms are generally good. The food served quantity and quality, i might say on average, however, they have a good spaghetti served and i loved it.

The hotel accommodated us even though it was late, it was around 11pm to 12mn which is good. The problem is the room we were given was leaking the roof of the bathroom. So we moved to another king size room with a bed with a better view. Giving a quick resolution is not only good, it will tell me that there are no more king size beds available and only two single beds available when there are more.

Tin from the reception told me that there is no king size bed and only two single bed rooms are available. When I explained to her that I have a 7 month old baby who does not sleep in the crib and used to be next to us, she just gave us a king size bed. She didn't even want to at first kc she just wants to have a crib set up.

Why are you forcing my family and me into two single beds when you know we have a 7 month old baby with us?

I asked for a king or queen size bed, she said no then when she explained to me, it was also given. Why is that? It doesn't look good. The customer will lose confidence in the hotel everytime ssbhn nyu nothing because iicpin we are being abused or just hiding nyu xa.

And why hide the king size bed? when I am willing to pay for it. It will not be wasted because I will pay and my family and I will use it.

I was expecting ibbgay nyu ung best room or are the best rooms reserved for high profile persons only? We both pay, please be fair.

I only chose this hotel because this is the hotel I took for the wedding before. Our hotel is memorable for us as a couple. I hope you don't ruin it.

after a grueling work week schedule we had to have a place to escape even just a night to have a good nights sleep and where else to go but B Hotel. Been here a couple of times and sure enough had a great sleep to recharge. Staff was always helpful and friendly and the bed so inviting.
One thing we notice was the food choices at the breakfast buffet. It wasn't that great and as we come back from time to time we were a little bit disappointed. Don't get me wrong the food is tasty but the choices seems to be a tad ok not like before. Hope you can improve the selection on the breakfast. Thank you

Housekeeping staff are very good in servicing their room, delicious food and the all the staff are friendly and especially I had a great experience with B Hotel.

I just don t like the doorbell because you could hardly hear it. Please put it in a place where it could easily be heard or make it sound a little bit more audible.

The service staff did not understand the service first. I arrived in the middle of the night without a passport.
Totally unfriendly to foreigners, it may be different to Japanese.
Guests from China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan need not consider this hotel.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. This hotel is also in a good area walkable to restaurants and convenient stores.

A good value hotel in the city of Alabang.
The room was spacious, breakfast was surprisingly good, and it was good because it was close to golf courses.

My first time staying in this hotel. Its clean, very well maintained, breakfast was good, staff are very friendly and approachable. The best service so far. I am definitely coming back.

The hotel is good, room is clean, breakfast is okay but food choices are same everyday, and smoking area is only at underground parking area which is not so nice because the area is warm due to aircondition radiator location is all blowing the hot air on that area.

Function hall is located at the basement making an event to be kind of "unpleasant". For the price, guests deserve a better breakfast.

good nice hotel only thing is the room walls are thin you can hear other rooms and the hallway. but its not a big issue.
