Jon Paris at the Buick store has always been great to my family. We have been buying from him for 26 years. He is kind, proffessional and personal. 2 months after vehicle was purchased I could not drive. Had to go without for 2 weeks before I was offered a rental to pay for. They "fixed" the issue after trying to charge me thousands of dollars for something that was supposed to be covered by my warranty,...and a week later my engine light came right back on. I would never recommend anyone to come here

Had a safety recall on chevy trax. Inquired yesterday was told needed to be inspected. Made appointment then was told they couldn't because replacement parts are not available til after July 1st. The service advisor was confused, but I don't blame them. They have ALWAYS treated me well.

Very good. Dealing with the owner of a brand new car that has problems is not always easy. Everyone did all they could to get a new part and get my car fixed right. I do appreciate the time and effort they put forth. I did tell Brian in Service that I did not want to see him again before it was time to change my oil.

I have been dealing with Al Serra Chevrolet of Grand Blanc for the last two years. I purchased my CPO Chevrolet through them and have taken it in for all routine and unplanned maintenance. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional! Additionally, they went out of their way to find out an issue was covered under warranty when at first it appeared to not be covered. I will never go anywhere else! 10 stars out of 5!

Had some issues with my recently purchased Traverse. What appeared to me, actually wasn't. It appears that the Service manager Ben Taylor is a Customer Service Superstar. Remedy done thanks to Ben. He's worth his weight in gold.

It was one of the easiest things I've ever done. We stopped in one day and talked to Karla Burza about turning in our lease early. She took our information so she could check the pull ahead list for our name. The following month we weren't on the list, but she asked me what color I wanted because Al Serra was willing to buy my Equinox. The next day we were driving home a new Equinox. Loved working with Karla, thanks so much for getting the job done.

Jon Paris is absolutely amazing and gave us the best experience picking out a car all three time.

The first time I brought my car to this dealer, they managed to get DEF fluid all over the inside of the trunk and on the bumper( I have a diesel cruze). I figured they deserved a second chance... worst decision ever... dropped the car off at 8 this morning and still do not have it ready yet. Let's see what excuse they come up with for having my car for over 9 hours and not being able to accomplish a simple oil change. FML

Brought my car there to get service and was offered to get body work done and now my car is back to looking beautiful thanks to Jacob in Chevy service and Brian over at the body shop thanks guys you are the best I so greatly appreciate you all over at al Serra

Greg White and Al Serra are top notch! I walked in with a trade and a target payment and they beat that target by 100 dollars! It felt painless, especially after the three other dealership visits that I already had that same month.

Great service. Went far beyond what I expected after someone finally came to help Had to wait for a while to get someone to actually notice me and come and help. After that the service was great. Even though I scheduled incorrectly they took my vehicle in and completed the work very quickly. Will continue to get my car serviced at Al Serra Chevrolet and recommend their service to others. Meh. Bought a used car from them a few months ago. Having the SOS right there is pretty nice though, I'll give them that. Friendly enough but I would take my car elsewhere for anything aside from warranty work.

As soon as I walked in I was instantly greeted and even though I was 40 minutes early I was helped right away. I had an amazing experience and Kristen Smith was an absolute pleasure. Kristen was fast, efficient, and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I am so in love with my new truck and I think the Chevy team for all the help and always having a smile on their faces. I will always use Al Serra and I for sure will be going back to Kristen!!

Purchasing could not have been made easier. I worked with Glenn Libtow and not only was the initial price he gave me the best I could find after I shopped it around - but he was willing to work with me through email and phone so that all I truly had to do was show up and sign the paperwork. I would highly recommend the Serra Dealership and especially Glenn in sales.

Sales men Mike & Brian were both very friendly and helpful. Having a problem with returning my lease with paperwork but I am in love with my new Trax.

The first thing was they told me it was going to take all day to do the job, and then they called me before I got home and told me my truck was ready now I was suppose to get a oil change, tire rotation ,mpvi and perform bg transmission flush,and a bg fuel induction service and a ethanol treatment they said it would take most of the day to do this and they called me to pick it up within 1 hr of dropping it off. I check some things and the oil cap was not tight, and the tire pressure in tires had 4 different pressures so no telling what else they missed not happy with my service

My husband and I went there today to see a couple vehicles we had saw online, and we had the WORST experience. We were told we would not be shown a car until we brought in our trade in (which we were not even sure we would WANT to trade it at the time).My husband then said, take the trade in out of the equation and we will put a cash down payment down, still refused to show us any vehicles. We can only imagine it was because we were in search of a used vehicle and our budget was set firm at a certain price. Maybe Brian felt we did not deserve his time to show us some vehicles within our price range, I'm really not sure. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. My husband works local in the area and we will surely let everyone know about our experience and how we were treated. We also left a message for Glen the manager to call us back, still have not received a call back.I have never left a review on google, or a negative review for anything before. But this situation right here absolutely blew my mind. We also traveled almost an hour to get there with a 6 month old baby to see these vehicle's, only to be told he would not show us any. So unless you have 30K or more to spend, I do not think this is a business that will treat you fairly, unfortunately.

Unprofessional and unknowledgeable salesman. Manager stepped in and made things right in the end, but a lack of good communication between internal departments made the car-buying process a less than ideal experience for me. Had to go to the dealership multiple times to get everything straightened out, but in the end wrongs were made right. A more experienced salesman would have made the experience much better.

The service center employees are always fast, friendly, and helpful.

Chevrolet parts staff has been extremely helpful to me and my friends - especially Kevin. If they don't have it they'll get it. They have a large inventory of parts on hand and seem to be very organized & connected when you need a part ordered.

I waited until my 2016 lease was up because I didn"t think I could like another car as much as I did that one, but thanks to Robbie this one is even better. I leased a trax August 24, 2016. The service was great.Although I would rather have an equinox, I couldn't afford it. Today there was a TV ad for AlSerra for a 2016 Equinox, no money down, $155 a month, which would have been more affordable for me. I know I can't do anything about my deal for my Trax, but had I known a better deal was a couple weeks later, I would have waited. I love coming to All Serra. Jeff Saber was our sales person whom we've known quite a while. He's awesome to work with and very courteous. I do like the Trax. My payments are $199.80 a month. I would recommend All Serra to my family and friends. Thank you very much.

I was in an accident recently and I took my 2010 Chevy Cobalt to Al Serra's Body Shop to have the damage fixed. They did a great job and it only took four days. They arranged a rental car for me also. Ended up taking the car back a couple weeks later due to a cam shaft sensor that was set off probably by the accident. The Chevrolet Service Center did an oil change, fixed the cam shaft issue, and my Maintenance I Transmission Service within a day. I love taking my vehicle to Al Serra and I know the work will be done right. My vehicle runs great and I don't ever have to worry.

Excellent dealership. They bend over backwards to help you purchase a vehicle with a low payment. I've traveled over an hour to buy my car from there.

Worked with Josh on our wants and needs. He had a variety of options to look at when we arrived at the dealership. He worked well with our lack of decisiveness, and got us into two great vehicles.

Brought my truck in for a front end alignment.
Drove it home and it was worse off.
Called the manager and he tried to blame the bad alignment on my tires, which are brand new.
Good place to stay away from.

Update 7-1-18 went back to buy another in Feb 2018 Malibu and was just back buying another last week again both thru Kyle and couldn't have been happier once again. No trying to up sale no bs period both in Feb and June. He got the car both times I wanted exactly and even had all the paperwork/contract filled out so I showed up test drove it and went to signing wasn't even there 2 hours.
