My husband and I went there today to see a couple vehicles we had saw online, and we had the WORST experience. We were told we would not be shown a car until we brought in our trade in (which we were not even sure we would WANT to trade it at the time).My husband then said, take the trade in out of the equation and we will put a cash down payment down, still refused to show us any vehicles. We can only imagine it was because we were in search of a used vehicle and our budget was set firm at a certain price. Maybe Brian felt we did not deserve his time to show us some vehicles within our price range, I'm really not sure. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. My husband works local in the area and we will surely let everyone know about our experience and how we were treated. We also left a message for Glen the manager to call us back, still have not received a call back.I have never left a review on google, or a negative review for anything before. But this situation right here absolutely blew my mind. We also traveled almost an hour to get there with a 6 month old baby to see these vehicle's, only to be told he would not show us any. So unless you have 30K or more to spend, I do not think this is a business that will treat you fairly, unfortunately.
