Place is really great and its service worth the money , stuff are so helpful, Rainum was nice he offered us a free drink for the Christmas event.

Had a great experience at staying at alareen and we had a special occasion birthday and the staff were amazing and did great celebration with Micky mous the cheif Rabiah made a delicious and special chess cake, the waitress Marrgert, apple,Hajar and Mintess made the occasion more special with there interaction and kindness.

Horrible experience they have a serious mosquito problem they are everywhere
and the rooms could be a bit cleaner

edit i am currently being medicated for my bites they need to remove the water features as that is where the mosquitos live i will NEVER COME AGAIN !!!

My first visit to the resort is amazing. Everything is beautiful here, from the entrance to the gate, taking your car and downloading your belongings for reception and then heading to the villa. What I liked was that they took a deposit and it was not mentioned in the reservation. The villa is the most important place. The time is right for you to be annoyed by insects because it is an open place. There are three restaurants in the area I tried the restaurant Saffron Indian and advise you ..

Me and my wife got a honeymoon massage in here it was an amazing experience the staff was so accommodating and so kind they really checked on us from time to time thank you for our masseuse nur and Joanna it was really a professional touch for sure we will be coming back.. thank u also to jahangir and rafik for us assistant of the usage of garden hamam.. Jacuzzi and sauna after massage was really great

I would like to the thank the management's for the noticeable and continuous improvments in the GYM specially with coach Ahmed AlSayed .. who supporting us to benefit the maximum from the facilities. I am a bit late in posting this review to assure the continuity of improvments. Please keep it up!

Al Areen Palace Resort is luxurious and includes large villas. Each villa has a large private swimming pool. The villa is open from the top and a swimming pool Jacuzzi. The building has a luxurious living room, bedroom with double bed and a very sophisticated bathroom with a bath and steam bath suitable for the family and newly married. The presence of insects and its price is very, very expensive

Really an amazing, stunning palace! Worth of long trip, and relaxation. Navigation on Google is not correct it will take you to the military part of dessert. Just follow the directions for Lost Paradise Aqua Park, it's next to it. Such a lovely place, and nice Ramadan tent. Villas are amazing each one is smelling on lemongrass aromatic oil.

I love this place. It is an escape from life. Enjoyed the spa and special thanks to Thanya for her professional massage

Environment is very good , poeple are very friendly, service is excellent ,Marites really made us feel welcoming, the food was very tasty , The cheff Santa and Lucky offered very good BBQ.The desserts were very tasty ,thanks to Cheff Ranjit

The resort has beautiful privacy, cool air conditioning, very good cleanliness, tried the Indian restaurant and the biryani was good meat and the fries medium and the grills were not delicious, the lentil and hummus soup was excellent and I thank the supervisor Pardib and for the excellent service and the smile .. The breakfast at the sand restaurant is good.

The negatives .. Chalet doors are dilapidated and what is closing.

Luxurious on the other is a fine service, I got a stand if I broke my stick and one of the employees repaired it himself and returned it to me, all the employees deal in a friendly and uplifting outpost, from the reception you feel like you are at home, especially the restaurant The Egyptian manager is very special and very sophisticated, and you are counted by your family

5 star hotel, speedy service and the staff are all very accommodating, heated swimming pool with a separate hot tub and steam room/shower, bed is comfortable, the only things it lacked were clothes hangers in different areas around the villa and power outlets by the bed for charging your devices. The breakfast was Ok, not amazing. And is considerably expensive.

It's a great getaway for a couple.

I would recommend having dinner in the Japanese/ Thai resturant where chef Rani and Rio will pamper you with their impecable service, smiles and beautiful spirits... the food was made and put on the table with love

as a place its beautiful but some stuf dose not work and in terms of service hmm good and when we come to the food its really expensive!!! for nothing its the worst food ive ever eaten the woooorst im surprised!! u pay a lot of money for a beautiful place only!!! Done

A beautiful resort suitable for wedding, and not suitable for small children. The resort stands with your car upon reception, and you are taken on a cart to the private villa in you. It consists of a bedroom, an outdoor swimming pool, a hot Jacuzzi bath, and inside the resort there are two restaurants only for food, but the prices are very expensive. There is a zoo outside the resort near it.

I really like the place and the class given by oue instructor Ms. Grace, she is really good and professional, always smiling and funny, the class is so much fun. Will recommend with my friend to join the class. Highly recommended.

The resort is great and beautiful, the staff as a whole is outstanding, very comfortable, the location is a bit remote but worth the effort, the prices are high but worth the experience (the nearest supermarket to the location is 15 minutes away)

A very good place to be. From the privacy of the Japanese restaurant .. Just one flaw (flies)

Margaret a very nice waitress. She welcomed us warmly and with and excellent service , such a fine lady we was so glad to meet her.Lot if thanks for her (ms arleen the cook)to surprise us with an ice cake for my husband birthday.

I don t have the chance to rent a villa because I passed the place when I back to Saudi Arabia, it s looks very nice!

Keizo restaurant food is the best over here and big thanks to Margaret for the great service

The place is very good but staff attitude is area for improvement, also the restaurant was not as expected the below picture during the breakfast with my family I found fly insect inside the food!!!! My wife was affected and could not finish her breakfast, I already communicated with one of the restaurant Waiter and he didn t even say sorry!!!!! pictures was taken for the Insect inside my wife dish.
Then, during the checkout it was communicated to reception lady her name is HANNA, she said it will communicated to Alareen management and will come back to me?? I m disappointed.really I was shocked for this bad experience during my stay in Al Areen. The Areen management response was also not as expected.

Yesterday we had a great time during aftar party.... food was delicious.... staff also very good..we enjoyed the aftar party.thanks all Al Areen staff.
