Atif and Marites in midsummer cafe in BSB provide very good service and they are so very kind.

Saffron restaurant is a very nice and quiet place , food is amazing , the waitress zahran is really helpful and sweet , the place is really clean and tidy, i really loved the place and food , I recommend this place for all the visitors of alareen spa

We absolutely loved the place , its clean ,big and comfortable . The staff were kind and helpfull especially apple and margaret who were exceptional . The place is Isolated and quiet which makes it the perfect place to hide and enjoy life without the noise .

Super calm and amazing place to relax. Very romantic and in winters it is a must go place. If not staying at the place atleast enjoying the yummilicious restaurants at the site. My favorite is Keizo. Saffron is also nice and rimal i havent tried yet.

I came to Kiezo for the unlimited sushi promotion. At first I was a little apprehensive but when the food came I was amazed. All the food was just good And the staff there are so sweet and helpful. Thank you everyone. will visit again for sure.

Al Areen Resort & Spa in Al Bakhir Zallaq .. The location is far and isolated .. We have a honeymoon package that includes two meals and decorate the villa for the occasion with roses and balloons .. The place is very large and has a large number of villas .. The independent villas system provides complete privacy with a large bedroom and living room. With two separate rooms for sleeping guests or children and a private dining room .. A private Jacuzzi is available in each villa and steam bath

Great weekend getaway in Bahrain. High quality secluded villas that provide all amenities. You are all by yourself without any external disturbances. Serves personal pool and Jacuzzi in each villa. Separate smoking room, sitting room facing the private pool. Living are, bed room and massive bathroom are separated. Bathroom is massive and has 3 separate sections including steam room. Rooms

This is highly recommend for families with children. Those who love privacy.

The list of TV programmes could be improved. Attentiveness of restaurant staff could be improved.

Nice place, however the food and catering service was terrible

When it used to be Banyan Tree managed it was perfect. All high quality and made the diference. Niw its just commercial. The owner should rethink to make it a perfect place for tourists. Its only a faceless profit center. Very sad.

Visited their for the first time in my 5 years in Bahrain. What an amazing place it is,Luxurious & Beautifully maintained. But its nothing without the amazing employees they have. Can't recall the name of all we met but John, Fay & Rose were so professional yet really friendly too. Will definitely recommend to visit at-least once.

The quiet and comfort of the place is very excellent and the staff at Shushin and especially Ahmad Alawi have explained to us the finer details in the resort

This 4 star property is as good as a 5 star in teems of services. The staff is very courteous and the manager is very helpful and charming. The rooms are spacious with good amenities. The fitness room is well equipped with essentials. The food is brilliant. Overall a cool experience staying here.

The spa is very good but needs maintenance and upgrades.

I loved the food and services there also very good arrangements with henna and face painting for kids. Vert nice concept and theme with food from . different countries. Please look for Sumon he will take care and pamper you till you leave the resort. Also Zaran was very kind and helpful everytime we need anything at the table. Must reccomended place for a visit.

as usual that this hotel is our second home and we feel welcomed and recognized by our receptionist fay who remember our names and welcome us with her beautiful smile like she is really happy to see us coming back even if only we meet her while leaving, we never get an delays or issues and finding ways to help us having a pleasant stay, that s the reason we choose alareen for everytime we visit Bahrain becoause we are recognized as VIP

The villa is wonderful and clean and its area is excellent. The swimming pool is wonderful and it has heating, transportation is always available, there are multiple restaurants, and there is also a spa. It is a small center for children's toys needs more renewal and attention to cleanliness and this was the only observation, was a special experience and we return God willing

Enjoyed live your life spa staff they were very kind, their visit to batelco was very informative. The dietitians were very helpful in consulting.

Saffron restaurant the best biryani in bahrain tje service ladies margarita and ghie were so professional and welcoming they made us feel so comfortable thank you ladies we will come soon.

My only comment is on the food menu. More variety of food would be warmly welcome. Gigie and Margarita were amazing waitresses. Great hospitality and we really enjoyed our anniversary . The band and the hall was perfect for the occasion

Hi, actually I used to have a lovely time in keizo restaurant specially when the sushi offer was there, it was really encouraging & attracting us to be there ... I think it is a good idea to keep it raining.

This is a nice hotel with a special location and away from the noise of the city. I recommend it for recreation. We spent a wonderful time, the massage was excellent and the staff were very helpful. I thank the employee Amani at the Call Center for her cooperation, especially with the time of the Jake Ott and receptionists Fay, Iqbal for their treatment and God willing we will visit again.

One of the best resorts in the Kingdom of Bahrain and a very suitable option for recreation. It offers a range of villas with private pools in addition to facilities (fitness club - kids club - health center - restaurants - massage - and rest places)

It is preferred to visit him during offers to gain discounts on accommodation

I posted almost 1 year ago , excatly last ramdan about alareen .. and as i recall my writing that the food is delicious and everyrhing is remakable except for the band ..

Well this time is different..

I will start from the begining ... Red carpet nicely arranged side lights costumaized of radman month .. The warm welcoming as the doors opened for u by one of the staff .. friendly faces with smile .. large non smoking hall with buffet in and out ..

Food:
Starters are from everywhere and what ever u wish i couldnt take pic as i wanted to enjoy more than capturig it ..
Main course .. i almost find it arabic food such as thareed and lamb qozi i think and there are more..
Sweets are international..
Drinks are mostly arabic and ofcourse if u with for fizzy deinks its available ..

Somking area is bigger , nicer, remakable , unforgetable , it shows the effort of whom decorate it .. really i loved it ..

The band this year is the best .. the songs and music they played are really good ... the sound of it wasnt very high like last year .. sk j can hear my friend clear she doent need to speak load in order to hear her ..

Lastly we enjoh the ice-cream man funny pranks..

Both of us enjoyed this year iftar .. it is truly unforgetable.. j also recomended my friends to have iftar there ..

The palace is far away from the hustle and bustle a strongly recommended place for hideout which make you feels like staying at

What an amazing place.!! It's the best please for getaway from Life. We stayed at the Villa with two bedrooms. To simplify our experience it was luxury, elegant, fascinating and best service you can ask for from the professional staff with a big smile on the face all day. there are three restaurant you can choose from and of course the room service 24/7 with actually great variety of food and drinks to choose from with reasonable price. you all need to try the spa in this place they have different packages that suit for all. We had so much fun and unforgettable experience we definitely will come back again to this amazing please. Shout out to Nurul the best bellman. Enjoy the photos down below

Everything was just perfect !! Except for the buggy service, for us it was really slow and it took me almost 20 minutes to wait for someone to pick me up for breakfast ! . I called 3 times and no one came , finally i stopped one buggy outside and asked him to take me there.

Al Areen Palace & Spa is a wonderful place to be, it was like living in a Royal Palace, it was a beautiful experience the service it extraordinary the staffs there were very friendly and nice especially a staff called Thakreem he was very nice and we got excellent service from him, he is indeed an excellent staff also the Chef Nidhin who made delicious cakes. over all excellent service by Al Areen Palace & Spa. Very bad very bad reception and management and place I come to SPA reception and I find Lorna receptionist then I order the private pool SPA then I told to check the pool before the payment
I noticed Lorna is Lazy and slow and provocative and she didn't know about her work sites and not suitable for a sensitive position as that. And found a significant imbalance in the management of her colleagues in the SPA where she can't manage them. She asked them to carry out some tasks and they ignore her which wastage costomers time she asking her colleagues to prepare the private pool and they not responding for her because her poor management, which wastage the customers time. The place is totally unformatted. Then I asked Lorna if all the functions of the private hydro pool are working . She said: "Yes, I asked her to be sure, and I request to turned on the hydro pool and the Jacuzzi to make sure it is working and Lorna refused and said everything is OK then she request the payment from me then I pay the money. After that I entered the private pool then I found that a main parts of the pool are not working such as the Jacuzzi the I returned to Lorna and tell her about the jacuzzi does not work, she said she did not know about the place.
she had to be aware of what is in place and not to give false information about the place. Then I asked for return my money back and Lorna refused to return my money on the grounds that I was paying with the Visa card. Then she said I would take permission to return the money from her manager then she trying to contact him and he did not answer, however she was supposed to have the authority to return the money without referring to the manager and then kept me for one hour and The manager did not respond for her and then I asked to go all to the main reception of the place and then found a Indian manager and we asked him to refund of my money and he refused to return unless he deducting 5% percent without right, and then I took the cuted money and the manager did not apologize even for what happened to my time and cut off my money. it was really bad place to visit and feel now that any standard in this place are fake.

Their session is elegant and their division is very arranged. I recommend it to families and use applications that answer discounts such as the ENTERTAINER

I am afraid words cannot express this place, i stayed the night at their desert villa with a private swimming pool. Believe me it was magical would highly recommend there especially during romantic event with the spouse.

A beautiful place with a very elegent service and a happy staff. Its my first casual visit to the place but I love it. The lobby music is very relaxing and soft. The approach of concierge manager and a coffee man I dont know the names at 11:00am were very positive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with high expectations.

The stay was an incredible escape from the current hard times during the pandemic.

the service was great and the staff and super nice. I loved the breakfast variety and the staff was very engaging and always smiling which felt welcoming. I would like to thank ATIF for his lovely service and kindness and Margaret who is quite a lovely person and went out of her way to serve us. it was also nice meeting Mahmoud who was a local bahraini that made sure we were having a good time.

at the end we would like to extend a huge thank you to all Al Areen Palace and Spa staff and management who were always available to serve and make it a wonderful experience!

It was a great experience, the staff in Keizo are all warm and friendly. The christmas brunch buffet, offered different varieties and all taste good.
