Great experience n great service provided by nice staff(jaydip) as well as good location n excellent values..!!

Great place for couples ..
Not that great for families because it needs more facilities

The staff are attentive & the place is huge! The Desert Villa with Private Pool is great. The steam room + jacuzzi are a good add to it. The breakfast is delicious & it suits everyone.
Highly recommended for solo, couple & family travelers.

I planned two surprises but they ended up in four!
The keizo restaurant looks so romantic, I surprised my best friend the moment we saw the roads outside, to the gulf car, to the beautiful scenery, to the romantic dinner set up. There were more flowers than I had expected, and they timed the cake very well. Mr.Rio and Mrs.Gigie was made our night MORE EVENTFUL. The food prices are a shocker (in a good way) and extremely delicious. So lucky to have found this hidden gem!

Thank you chef Joel, chef Santa, chef Ranjeet and chef Rabia and most of all Maritus and Rajindra for the amazing food and service tonight, we all loved it....

Fabulous service by Mr. Himanshu Pandey. The front office staff. Beautiful private pool and large suites. Total value for money. and mr. Ahmed was also nice man.

Excellent food and service special thanks to the staff. Pradeep and zaran both are very helpful and fast. I recommend everyone to have food in saffron and enjoy the beautiful ambience and great service.

Ramdan tent is one of best .and it's amazing design .there is one staff also he is really helpful not for us he try to help all actually his name iqbal. We like how he take care for alot even he is one person and there is more staff . HOF bless hem and all .

Loved the place. It's really very romantic and beautiful.

We visit Al Qaser tent for Iftar the staff was so friendly specially Ms. Margarita and Hajer. Also, the place was quite and the buffet was huge you can found everything you need and more.

It was amazing to be there , I like their kindness of hospitality, it was fun time and friendly with the crew of the palace

Had a massage as well, Nur was the therapist perfect pressure on point. Also, my wife had a massage as well. Intira, she recommends her.

Overall, fantastic but if you run in low budget you can do half a day.

I do like the place, relatively expensive comparing to compitetors in G.C.C with same concept. Breakfast was very nice and room service was excellent. Buggy service is an issue during my stay. Not too much activities inside the Areen, you should go outside to explore the nature.

The resort is very nice and the privacy of all the needs but the food they have somewhat but the Indian restaurant .. and needs Almntah for renovation

The place is wonderful in all respects, the staff treated very sophisticated everywhere from arrival to departure, the villa is spacious with a wonderful swimming pool, the breakfast was special and the employee Margarita was very attentive in terms of service quality and speed. Overall the experience is worth repeating, especially as the resort is in a place far from the city noise, and is a convenient place to relax with family members.

All I can say is thank you for the good hosting and paperwork .. A very beautiful and wonderful place, reception, service and treatment is more than wonderful .. This is not only my opinion but my family's opinion and even my guests .. And we will repeat the experience, God willing, times and times.

I am a student in the British school of Bahrain and I wanted to write a review on employees called tabrej,Mohammed amin, atif and marites. They are amazing employees which provide top customer service and special food items.

Very good but the pools need cleaning after each guest. This was disappointing given the high standards of the hotel. Also at the check in we waited for a very long time. This cannot be accepted at 5 star hotels

The place is amazing for family gathering and the waiters there are very kind and positive specially Mr.M THAKREEM and Mrs.magaret. food is delicious and have many varieties.

It is one of the best resort in middle east.The place is very good for the peoples who like a calm and quite stay for some relaxations.A nice person sayedahmed did our checkin and explain everything related to the stay and he introduce prasnt for our dinner orders and it was nice

The service was wonderful, and the staff was especially friendly and welcoming ( Amin and Tabrej made the experience even more enjoyable!) The iftar buffet is our fav , we have been visiting for the past 5-6 years and they have never failed to impress!

Jamiel is very, very, very beautiful resort in Bahrain.

The place was excellent, the atmosphere was quiet and the villa design was sophisticated and the receptionists were helpful and especially thanks to the Bahraini brother Ahmed Al-Alawi for his good morals

Maintenance is bad and the quality of the hotel, staff and food became so much worse.

It was a great experience and for sure will be visited again. The staff are so kind and helpful from the reception desk and parking lot till the breakfast team specially Ms. Margaret the waitress, Mr. Yassine, Ms. Hajjar and the food prepared by chef Suhash.

Went here for an Iftar dinner. A vast variety of food and it was delicious. Staff were extremely friendly. Just be mindful the drinks are not included and service charges also need to be paid extra.

If you do not visit this hotel, do not say that you have seen a hotel in your life that is one of the best hotels that you have visited. This is supposed to be a landmark of Bahrain. And I would like to thank Sister Shaima in the restaurant for the good reception and the excellent service. I shared a simple clip of the hotel.

While attending guest Ashif is fantabulous also he is co-operative with his supporting staffs like zaran and arpan.

Staff were very friendly. Especially, those who work at Remal restaurant and in the spa. My mother had a relaxing massage by Elizabeth, a beautiful Kenyan masseuse, and she loved it so much. Although my mother had arthritis, Elizabeth was professional enough to massage her without causing any pain + she helped with the muscular tension my mother had in her back. She is very sweet and professional I can't thank her enough for the lovely experience.

Breakfast was good and sweet waitresses.
Even those who work at the buggy service were kind.

The transportation from the resort is extremely expensive ( if u ask for a cap). if you need any, book your ride from Uber or Kareem earlier to save your money.

I know that smells can be highly subjective, but the scent of ginger and lemon in the resort lobbies can be a little strong. I hope the administration can make it softer or change it with another one e.g. Cotton, floral, ...etc.

Hope that resort would plan for exciting activities during the week and not only for children (ballon night). Or have good offers for spa, water park,... for residents.

I only gave it 4 stars because of its location and the expensive prices.

Great place for stay or fine dine in restaurants....for indian travelers they prepare all our special dishes in the best way possible.

Wonderful royal place stayed in frequently and every time it is perfect in all aspects. Love sunset walk around seeing all the facilities they have, very clean water in the larg pool in our villa and in the main one outside. The food very nice and special with variety to select from and enjoy. The staff are always smiling and ready to serve anything we ask for. Can't wait for next stay there every time i see their adverts and photos. Special thanks to Cris for her follow up during our stay there.

We always love coming here with the family for private swimming and a good breakfast buffet! The staff are especially tentative, we were served by Atif and Margret. Iqbal from the juice bar made a great apple, watermelon and pinnaple blend!
