Al Areen Palace & Spa Review

Al Areen is a great get away for couples and the family. The villa is beautiful and seren.

Maintenance has improved tremendously from the last time we visited (5 years ago). Walking around the villas is really nice, with all the fountais and greenery.

We had reservations for a barbeque in the villa, and for some reason they forgot about our reservation. After calling them and realizing they had forgotten about our reservation, we went to the restaurant nearby. When the food & beverages manager, Arpan Bhattacherjee, realized the mistake, he came to us in person at the restaurant to apologize. I was pleased that he did not give nonsense excuses for their mistake. On the contrary, he extended our stay an extra 4 hours, reschedule our barbeque for lunch, added lobster to the menu, came in person to overlook the barbeque, and gave us more than 75% discount on the original price of the barbeque (without the lobsters). I am very happy with how he dealt with the situation.

Overall, the staff was really nice and accommodating. They were friendly and asked us if anything can be done to make the stay better.

A few things could be improved. For example,They have a kids club with a schedule posted can be adhered to. Also, in the colder months, the swimming pool could be heated in advance.

Other than that, I would definitely recommend for a relaxing break from your routine.

It was a great stay in this place, nice atmosphere, and good privacy, and i would like to thank all the crew overthere and specially to someone called Saiyed Ahmed as i think.. and I want to comeback there again and again. Thank you

My first visit to the resort was a wonderful resort and the service was fantastic and I would like to thank Fay, Iqbal, Iman and Amani for their good treatment.

One of the nicest places I visited in my life, but they have a simple problem Restaurants within the resort Tskr Badri on the 10 but in the services of 24 hours inside the villa openly deserves visits dozens of times

I had an a great experiance at saffaron restaurant in alareen palace, nice taste and presentaion. Margaret and Neamet,the staff was very friendly, lovely and professional.

I have a very nice day in Al areen, I highly recommend to visit Al areen Palace &Spa, especially good stuff and Miss Apple lovely lady.

The villa is sweet, and I can fit 7 people

Includes kitchen and sitting area

And a villa with a bathroom, a shower room, a bedroom, and a dressing room

And the second itself Bs increase the lounge

And swimming with text

But it's a shame there's no entertainment, no entertainment

There is no Shi Yunus, the ignorant, who is with you other than the swimming pool

And there is no supermarket, which means pocket your business with you

And for the flag of the resort, it overlooks the sea and has no sea

Nice clean quite private the breakfast is amazing and the staff of the buffet are great I will be back for sure

Beautiful villa, nice staff and service specially Surej, Himanshu and Hana. Pool and Jakuzi heated.
