Very friendly and knowledgable sales staff - they have been able to locate all kinds of things for me - sometimes just based on a photo. They have an incredible amount of product, excellent product knowledge and this has become a one stop shop for myself and my clients. Highly recommend!

He is incredibly helpful when it comes to guiding my customers through the selection process and always manages to find great materials for people that fit their budget, even when they are looking for the 'expensive look' we all want but cant seem to afford... I stumbled upon The Floor Club about a year and a half ago. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The showroom is always in good order. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful - Evan is one of a few reps I deal with in the interior design industry that I consider to be outstanding!

They have great product lines and a lot of them and are familiar with the nuances of all of them and are willing to ask and answer any questions about any of them. I realize that sounds like what reps are supposed to do, however, that's not what always happens.

It's not the problem, it's how you handle it. There are always going to be problems with things. Hopefully, they are minimal and far and few between. There is no way to predict or avoid problems in many cases, but how problems are handled is how I determine the strength of a company and The Floor Club has always exceeded my expectations.

Selection and pricing are great! Making selections with homeowners is much easier with the Floor Club. Everyone is helpful but Jessica is the best.

The Floor club and Evan Fowler are amazing! Evan makes the whole design and completion process so much easier! From picking out tile, ordering tile, and picking up tile, Evan is on top of it!
