I did not stay at he hotel. I went there to gamble in the casino. I had a great time.The workers are very friendly and do a great job.I have been there to see tribute bands. Each one I saw were very good and the ticket prices were reasonable. l

Not smokey, but smells of smoke everywhere. Enough to affect sensitive eyes and diminish a visit there.

Great casino. It's very clean and the restauraunt and small food court for fast food is very convenient. The waitresses serving drinks while playing the games is a great service.

Hello, I visited your Casino on Saturday, April 13th 2019. We are very dissatisfied with everything. We went to play Bingo and the payouts we're very small and the packages were very expensive. There were 19 of us that came from Utica, NY. Your prices are very high compared to our local Casino. There is more to offer at our local Casino- Turning Stone Casino. We will not be coming back unless there are changes made. Your Casino needs to lower your Bingo packages and increase your payouts.

Room was clean, staff is always friendly and helpfull. Only real attraction is its a casino. Pool nice, did not use fitness or beauty/ massage area. Casino has smoking and non smoking areas, onsite restaurants which i have not yet tried. Bingo hall as well. Parking is plenty with valet at door.

The resort was wonderful! Clean place, friendly staff, great food, fun entertainment! Highly recommend!

Pet policy really dosent explain that the pets have one person in the room at all times. So if your a couple forget about swimming or dinner together outside of your room. Avoid this place

Waste of time. They send you free room nights via players club but every time you call they somehow are sold out of the free rooms. Doesn't matter if you call first day of month. Stupid. Don't bother sending email if you aren't going to honor it

Craps table closed before midnight ? What is this ! Other then that....good variety of games, a lot of specials offers when you have a players card. The staff is kind of rude...

The service in the spa was excellent. Hotel service was excellent. Casino was very enlightened for all of us.

went there to try out the family buffet. it was ok food but a very limited selection for the price. Also even though its family dining your child can not use the restroom on their own and you must escort them i think this is ver poor design and they should have a unisex restroom in the buffet section for those with families who bring their children so parents do not have to leave the buffet area every time thier child needs to use the restroom.

Awsome place to gamble and great place to go eat pricing is a little pricy but great food and great that they offer free soda when u gamble and i love that place

A lot of smoke. I end up having eye infection lt is a smoking area and the non smoking it is still full of smoke. You cannot breathe and your clothes stink. I had called to complain . So what.

I've been coming here off and on since around when they opened in the late 90's/early 2000's. The dealers and bosses are a bunch of boring mooks. Most of them don't joke around or anything. They assume its your 1st time gambling before you even play as if they're the only casino in America.

On the plus side I will give them credit for doing comps. And you can usually find a blackjack table or spot at craps.

Great casino,cedars coffee is amazing only place to get Starbucks in the North Country. Hotel rooms clean and affordable. I love Cascades Bar. Also have table games, poker and bingo.

Pool and spa. Very clean rooms in the casino, restaurant with good food

Casino is typical. Employees are not too friendly. Not too many hellos or greetings. Sea food buffett on Friday is good, but refilling popular items like crab legs is slow.

Comps are ridiculous unless you're native they don't care about your opinions on any aspect of improving the casino or hotel is any way. Employees don't even know who the GM is or they pretend not too. They send out comps in the mail $10 to $20 to high limit gamblers but send $100 to $150 to penny slot elders that spend maybe $100 - $250 on entire visit. Almost all dealers and pit bosses are ashamed of management. Use to go weekly and play high limits now go elsewhere. Everything went downhill when the main VIP host Tony retired. He knew how to treat good players....

This is the nicest casino I've been to in NY. The buffet is great!! Table games. Slots. A hotel. Lots of parking. And the people who work there are really nice and helpful.

I love my one night getaways. I shop at JC Penney then go to hotel to use whirlpool. The rooms are always spotless and the beds are so comfortable. Of course the fun of gambling on so many different games are the highlight.

It was ok they were very professional with the Covid restrictions. I wasn't impressed with the poutine but their chicken tenders were good.
Seemed like a lot more Canadian money slot machines than before, odd considering the border is still closed. Maybe it's just a perception because they removed a bunch of them for the social distancing thing. I am glad they're not allowing smoking inside these days.

I like to do the slots. Then get a bit to eat. Good food. Slots are good too..

Now if winning would happen at least once in a while!
