I haven't been back there in about 3 weeks now. I didn't even have any free slot play. What a rip off. I definitely won't be back for a long. Long, time.

They take all my money and I just keep coming back! Food is good too.

We really enjoyed our time at the casino. We enjoy the food at sticks. The rooms in the hotel are very nice and comfortable.

Very nice casino. Ate at the buffet, so so for 20 bucks. The spa is very nice. 80.00 for a 50 min massage. Massage was great and there is a shower for you to clean up afterwards.

They allow people to get out of hand ...Over intoxication and yelling...just being obnoxious...should not be tolerated

I've eaten here three times. The buffet is a great deal with lots of good quality choices. The sports bar Sticks is hit-or-miss.

So the casino is open now but they have set the machines on lowest pay outs possible on the machines. They're hurting for money. So they have set all machines on to lowest winnings possible. They don't care about the people that come to play they're only caring about their own pockets at this casino. The reason I state this is bc look at all the machines and you'll see that all mini's and minor and max on them all all connected to 90 percent of all machines so the actual chances of winnings are down because you are competing with everyone in the building and also connected to other machines to other casinos as well. Just play and find out for yourself the percentage of really winning anything to be proud of if extremely slim compared to what you spend. The casinos all have the right to change out the percentage of giving from any machines and it's very low for hand pays. Good luck and be safe on these days about covid-19.

Very nice quaint spot. Only 2 pur getaway for my wife and I.

Was a great place but they changed a bit not giving birthday meals anymore unless you play and earn 25 points cheaper to just pay the 21 bucks. You spend more and get less points. Even tables changed there greying cheap. You would think the money people spend at tables they would offer complimentary drink to have you keep playing nope all good with the price of exchange and we know who to thank, I'll spend my money else where

Fun place to visit,food is good and accommodations are very good. it could get expensive unless you are real lucky with machines.

We had an excellent time! Stayed in the campground where we had a small yard, water and electricity, felt safe and secure. The casino was clean and games were newer. Buffet was good and was a good value. We ate at the maple ale steak house inside as well and that was excellent! The pool and hot tub were clean and kept.

Need to do something about the heavy smoke that comes into the poker room. Smokers leaving there cigarettes lite on the other side of the wall while they check Thier hands. Need better ventilation in that area or a fan that blows the smoke out of the poker room.

Wish they would instil a no smoking policy. There is a no smoking area but there are no physical barriers therefore you breathe in and smell the second hand smoke.

Wouldn't let me in, I dont have a licence, I dont drive, I have a gaming card, bingo card and everything else for identify and still wouldn't let me in.and very rude to my mother which had her licence, and very bad bedside manners to me.I do t want to ever go back.

It was fun we went to play the slots. But not s winner this time.

Great on weekends. Slow on weekdays. Won as much as I lost...so I broke even. Compares to any other casino I've been too equally.

Good food. Perfectly clean throughout. Playing area, washrooms, restaurants. Everyone extremely polite and helpful.... Could not do enough for us to further enjoy our visit.. we enjoyed the Harvest Buffet Lunch with friends and sat in the restaurant or over 3 hours.. No bother or rush to leave... Great Visit....

It was nice even though I lost only down side was not one person asked if u needed something to drink

Don't book a package or hotel stay with these people, unless you want them to mess it up last minute and ruin all your plans.

Enjoyed our visit had a wonderful meal at harvest buffet good was hot and we'll maintained by staff and had fun playing slots. Also staff was very friendly and attentive to all patrons over all enjoyed our visit will recommend to anyone visiting or passing through

Like the fact it has $5 tables, for cards, has a decent rewards card system

Can't do anything about the smoking but wish there were more $5 blackjack tables. Otherwise had a great time :) Dinner at Sticks was great!

Worst casino ever !! These machines pay NOTHING!! the gaming commission needs to be called on this place ! Way too smokey waitstaff was rude. I'm all set with ever returning. Was here on a business trip. Never again!!

Went to the casino for New Year's Eve bingo it was well organized and I had a really fun time. The staff were very helpful with us newbies :)

I enjoy coming to this casino. I think it's just the right size for a weekend getaway.
However, I will NEVER, repeat NEVER, stay in their hotel again.
We were with friends and had a total of 3 rooms. One friend's room was very dusty. Not too big a deal but, not exactly clean. Our other friends room had hair in the shower, dozens of dead bugs on the window sills and she had to ask that a vacuum be brought to her room to clean the carpet. Not clean at all but, could have been an oversight. But that was not all...
My experience was a little more disturbing. I had placed the privacy card on my door in the morning when I went to the casino. When I returned around 1:00, the privacy card was still in place. I decided to nap so my husband left the room to go back downstairs. He checked to make sure that the privacy card was still in place. I awoke at 2:30 to my door slamming shut. Scared me half to death. I jumped out of bed to find no one there and the privacy card was now just inside the room on the floor.
I was asleep in my underwear and someone came into my room and they weren't even supposed to be in there!!! The housekeeping manager initially tried to blame us saying we must have had the service sign up. When she realized that my husband and I both saw it was on privacy they basically said sorry for the inconvenience we can offer you free dinner at the buffet. (Which we did not accept)
Last time I checked, people are supposed to buy you dinner BEFORE they see you half naked.
I am extremely angry, embarrassed and I feel totally violated.

Clean, spacious rooms-- took awhile to get food from Sticks-- but only bc they were short staffed. Really good food!!

Casino was good fun, won some moola so no complaints. Hotel was very clean with an awesome pool... Just the lady at the check-in desk was rude and awkward.

Totally not worth going until Covid is over. Everything except for The Tavern is closed. No drinking no smoking no tables. Just tight slots.

Good food, friendly staff, comfortable beds but a little dust!

I have stayed here many times . usually the rooms are ready by 3:00 to 3:30 although now a sign says 4 pm. My friend and I were told our handicap room would be ready in 5 minutes, which then turned into 15 more and finally they said there was a situation with our room so we asked for another. Mind you I'm on crutches and my friend is also handicap. Our room we got was not a ask room it was at the end of another long hall, after the first one that you take to the elevators. Very frustrating because if they had just said there was a situation that would take so long we would have kept luggage locked up and sat and just played more. I know this is probably sounding petty but when you get hurt and can't afford to cancel because you'll lose your money, its upsetting. Many hotels would have comped something be it a later checkout or play or even a good item but instead they were very understand and very rude. Now the rooms are why I gave a r. They are roomy, comfortable and you have many choices for pillows. The buffet was absolutely awesome. The beautiful woman who served us while playing was great. The machines are tight for the most part. And everyone was saying this . many people were talking about the non payouts or extremely low ones. I've noticed this the last two months. As far as the promo games online you can win, but if you choose a free play they cannot be combined. Not everyone lives close by the casino so for those that travel its a loss of many things you win. Taking a little break from here for a while as it seems that its not as great as it was

Love this place food is so filling and fancy! The people are friendly there as well.
