Never anything bad to say about the service in the hotel.

It is an awesome place to go to however I think alcohol should be allowed on the floor and a smoking section brought back

I have been going to your establishment one or twice a week for the past three months. I used to b sent at a five dollar free play. I am not even given that anymore but It seems as if the more I spend and the more often I go the less u want to give as a free play. I don't usually win. The most I have ever walked out with is eighty dollars. I don't have thousands spent there or anything. I play what I can afford. Honestly I don't see a better place around massena to go.
But I do spend hundreds.

My wife and I have been going here for years. I've been to other casinos during this pandemic and they're not all the same. Akwesasne is really doing a great job to keep us all safe. I've read some reviews saying the slot machines don't pay out. We don't win all the time either. But we go for a good time to get away. It's gambling. They're doing the best they can and it's working for us. Go and enjoy your time. The food is good the machines are clean that's all that's important to us. Remember. #we're all in this together. I almost forgot, if you have a chance to stay over. Do it.. There hotel rooms are Awesome!

A very up-to-date casino with modern slot machines in $ USD and CAD. A generous Winner Club. Restaurants of good taste and good prices We like to go there regularly.

Sticks has some amazing wings and french onion soup, the buffet is always a good choice for their prime rib!

Had great time because....finally won a couple hundred on a slot( Last 3 years loose loose and LOST!) Very nice crowd of people and staff were great!

With the exchange of money it's really not worth going much better to our casinos in Quebec

The casino was fun. I dislike that people were would smoke in the none smoking zones. Overall good stay.

Before Covid-19 hit, I came weekly with friends to play bingo then play slots or other games when it was over. When things shut down, I think we all were eager to get back to the casino. I didn't start coming again until just recently. I find there are some days I come out ahead, but I come for the entertainment of gaming without the expectation of always winning. I usually come with a married older couple who recently were both chosen for the hot seat. I have not had the luck to be chosen but maybe someday. Always enjoyable when visiting.

We had to wait for two hours after ordering food and when the food finally came out, it was stale. The poor service and lackluster food really make it hard to give it a higher rating.

Smaller casino but very comfortable staff are always friendly and easy going

Ordered food at the new Sticks Book and Grill and had to take it "to go" because people were taking up all of the tables to watch the TVs that were not eating. Multiple tables had 1 person sitting at them that could potentially fit 4. They need less 4 person tables and more 2 person tables so people that want to eat there can. Valet forgot to write down our ticket number when we showed it to them. Waited a half hour for our vehicle just to find out they hadn't written down the number.

The smell of smoke is unbearable! So bad it made my eyes feel like they were burning! Gross

Nice machines. Staff was good. Buffet was average. Adjust your standards. The wait for eating is considerable so plan your time accordingly. The biggests drawback is that smoking permitted indoors so by default air quality is poor.

Only Canadians and out of towners win. They don't care about locals who spend money their...rigged

Spend a lot of money and never get anything in return sad you go to have good time and we go a lot and only get 15.00 free play wow like something big and when we want a room never have any sad but we go becuse we enjoy but should get something back

Went here for a wedding recently and they were very accommodating. Good food and staff. Would recommend stopping here if you're in the area.

We only went to the restaurant, and it was awful. The staff was friendly and did their beat to accommodate but, wow, was the food bad. And not as described on the menu.

Very nice and new. Some construction smells near entrance.. But very clean inside. Friendly dealers and good amount of slot machines

This place is so much fun the food is good and the hotels are a good place to stay also all around amazing for some good clean fun

tried to book a free night and the lady on the phone advised me that i'm eligible for 2 consecutive nights. so, i booked an extra day off work so i can take the kids from ottawa to hogansburg to go swimming in their pool. unfortunately, when i got to reception i was told i had to pay $75 for the second night. apparently, i'm not eligible after all. tried to explain what happened and they just offered me a 20% discount. after driving an hour and a half with a car full of screaming kids, i had no choice as they really wanted to stay a couple of nights. to me, this is unacceptable and if i was by myself, i would've just cancelled and never come back. very disappointed with this experience. if anyone else had a similar experience, please post.

Great this casino. I will go back often. a shock when I saw that had a lot of French and that even at the microphone he speaks French for the lots.

My favorite casino! Love all the things they offer! The hotel rooms are wonderful and so comfortable! The food is amazing! Workers are super nice! Lots of different events happens there! Great giveaways and prizes! Tons and tons of slot games and card tables! Bars and restaurants! So many things to do there! We love going and spending the night and weekend there!

Was a nice casino. The buffet was tasty and the room was very fancy. The casino floor has a side with smoking and for nonsmoking. It also contains a side for canadian money since it is so close to canada. Overall a good experience.

I have been going here for the past 2 years and never won nothing big. The rooms are nice. Comfy bed. However all the rooms I have had Sun on the faucets. Housekeeping needs to take more time in cleaning.

The crew was awesome keeping everything clean and were very nice. We had a great time.

Nice casino. Had their Monday night Senior buffet at half off. The line was not long but the wait was long. The people checking you in seamed to be confused (the food was very good though). Sticks Bar and grill...as usual was seated fast but never got waited on (typical left there and went to the Rapid Food Court and was very happy with a GREAT sandwich and nachos.
