Worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced!
It surprises me that the company still exists. Indeed, it is been a while since I've had a sollicatiegesprek in this business. This conversation will always stay with me, have never been treated so disrespectfully. I hope for the employees that they do not have this experience, otherwise it seems to me quite a challenge to have to work there ..
I went there and they wouldn't take the money. that is weird every company take money I missed 25 cents
Cleve Logistics, a company to never work with. company always have long waitingtimes and when they load, they loads wrong cargo. after solving their problem to bring the cargo back to their warehouse they wouldn't accept the costs, this message cames 5 minutes after unloading. so be carefull when you will work with Cleve and Zonen in Rotterdam.
Quotation differs from costs I actually had to pay.

Things disappear, getting in touch is difficult and people are hypocritical.
Horrible communication. Working with Cleve & Sons is a real loss to unexpected costs, poor instructions, delays. I wish I could give 0 stars :-)
Have sent a message for a quote no response but not friendly at all and start with the lady who answers the phone. Had already fed several people, from arrogant bad service company. But often you have to find out for yourself. Totally not helpful, friendly and service oriented. Too bad, but apparently their business is still going well and monopoly that's why nothing is being done about it. Until revenues decline.

The operators are dubious and operate pure Wegelagerei. That this company still exists,
borders on a miracle. It is urgent that the media and consumer centers become aware and put a stop to the machinations of this company.
1 BIG MISERY AND STUFF DISAPPEARED!
The party begins to wait outside in the RAIN. There are even more in front of you so be patient (read almost an hour) to sign up. Then you will receive a form that you have to sign before you can see your goods, later it turns out that it is not complete, you can whistle at your belongings.
Then again wait in the RAIN for a warehouse employee, take 1 to 2 hours for that. Not only rain, but you can wait next to the smoking den. We are legally entitled to a smoke-free workplace, but that does not matter to them.
The people in the warehouse are nice, but that's the only positive thing.
NEVER, NEVER will I let anything come in through them again.
Update: It seems to be a correct response from them from contact us. This response is only to appear neat (course followed probably) to people who read the review. Because of course I immediately sent an email to them, and that email was also opened 2 times but never seen a response.
