i have invested in Airwil in AURAM Project. and i paid them 22 Lacs.
and soon they scraped the AURAM project, and did'nt notify to investor.
a similar project-"WOW (Mohan Nagar)" is also started by Airwil , they sold it arround 35%, but as per there well planning they scraped that project also. and start the humiliating the investor. by not attending call, if u visit to sec 16 noida office , then u just waiting from morning till evening,
and i strongly believe soon they start some new projec, and after selling it by 30 to 40 % , they will scraped that project,
this strategy is applying the AIRWIL.

From their services to the quality of work, everything has proved to gratify my needs and preferences.
Very fraud company always do fake promises of possession not in the stage of possession less than 40% work completed by them since 2011.....

Pathetic.. After waiting for a long time (4 years) still not getting my flat in Green avenue, whenever talked they used to commit false dates, they are simply buying time nothing else, its my poor luck that i went to this company to buy my first home. Looks like Green avenue will be always in under construction state.

Airwil is governed by idiot and gunda directors ready to take law in hand and time while negotiations with existing customers. Their junior staff are also like viz anita son hod intelcity. Wile making personal represention at office npt allowing to meet decision making person. they act like criminal with power chair. My sincere advise to all air wills staff start searching alternate job as all the director will behind the bar for their illegal activity in aiwel project. Never go for properties with Airwil Infra. These people are facing money problem, even not refunding the money if someone wants a refund. They are not paying my clients Rs.400000/- for last two years. giving false commitments and never follow them. Mr vikas bhagat, is director but he never entertain any person who seeks refund.

I m an unfortunate buyer in greeb avenue project of airwil, unfortunate is because i Gamble on a new builder because at that the time of booking they showed me some promise to be reliable company in future so i invested in their project in 2012 but till now project is only half complete and they had already taken 90% of money. And still they said possession will not be before 2018 and that too in a rude way. They said after 4 years that we will refund your amount to one of the fellow buyers. I m paying for my trust like many other buyers but for those people who considering to go with this companies projects please check carefully before investing otherwise you to will be writing a review here after few years

SHE MADE AN ARGUMENT WHEN WE ASKED THAT IN 6 MONTHS YOU WILL ASK FOR ANOTHER 20% PAYMENT AND TILL NOW NOT ONE BRICK HAS NOT BEEN PUT. This is a note to all future buyers that do not buy property with Airwil. They have not been able to deliver to the promises made by them till date. We have waited for over 6 years but the project, Green Avenue is not even 50% complete. They claim that they will give our possession in December 2017 which was supposed to be given in 2015 and expecting us to live in a society while 90% of it is under construction. It is so upsetting to realize that our hard earned money is stuck with this deceitful developer, It is almost suicidal! 0 is the appropriate score for them.
Seems they will never ever deliver any of the Project, look at Green Avenue despite 7 years it is still 60% raw completed, builders just launch new projects but they won't be able to complete any project whereas see OASIS HOMES Group they launch small Project and deliver them and totally respect the coustomer
Please stay away from this company as this is a chor company. They are in the real estate market to loot public money by showing them dream on papers but in real they don t have any intention to complete any of the projects. I am one of the unfortunate buyer in their Green Avenue project and stuck with them since last 4.5 years where I have paid 90% of the money and the project is not even 50% complete with no construction progress since last 1.5 years on this project. Most of their old employees have left this company and this company is on the verge of shut down.
Big liars and cheaters of real state. Totally fraud company. Not able to deliver the green avenue after 6 yrs. Dont trap in their cunning and fraud plans.
