when it is your turn you get called up, they have speakers so you just have to stay in the area you were told to wait in.
They can take pictures of you and there is a curtain that can be pulled if you are sensitive to showing off certain parts of your face for various reasons.
I saw her serving us as very solution oriented, and very nice.
