This builder is just like hundreds of others, taking money for bookings and not completing project on time and then not refunding even a single rupee despite numerous requests and attempts to do the same. STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEIR PROJECT, STAY AWAY.

good commercial project with bank guarantee and assured return till possession.
I visited the site of Unnati group in sector 144 Noida to check on progress. THERE IS NO WORK WHATSOEVER HAPPENING THERE. The work on villas has stopped some time back, the commercial is nowhere near starting and the offices have closed. Only a security guard is around.
Met the customer relations people in the office in sector 67. No money available for refund. Maybe in March if some plot of theirs is sold.
Advice all to take legal recourse
Unprofessional & poor response towards investors. More over no accountability of any one...... Project delayed to an extent that don't see any hopes of delivery in near future. Process in cheating general public because of inexperienced work force & wrong strategy. Wish they should be more service oriented & sensitive towards there customers.
There has been delay in their projects and not satisfied with their service. They cannot get the home loan sanctioned from any nationalised banks.

FRAUD CRIMINAL CHEATER BUILDER...took money in 2013 and promised to give possession in 2017 but no construction has been done until today. The management behaviour is immodest and arrogant. They even threatened the buyers when they visited the site alone or called them to get an update on the commencement of the construction work. The builder (Anil Mithas) himself is not even ready to meet and discuss about the delayed possession with the hundreds of distressed buyers. In short, it's a SCAM..DON'T INVEST YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY WITH SUCH FRAUDSTERS WHO CHEATED AND LOOTED INNOCENT BUYERS.

The group which is totally non committed. Not sincere. Bad office. Bad decor. Not so professional staff. Bad in payments to vendors, suppliers etc. A group with zero respect and cannot earn it even if they pay heavily to media. Folks pl do not call into their trap in any way.
