They were nice until i signed the lease papers then they started giving me the run around. I leased a $52,000 SUV. They promised to give me 2 $10 coffee cups. Then said i have to give them a good review to get the cups. Even after i gave them the review, they still wouldn't give me the cups.

It is not about the stupid cups but that is not how you treat your customers if you want them to keep dealing with you.
The sad part, it was the manager who did that. the sales person was much nicer. what a great role model for your employees.
I should have stayed with BMW. They treat you very well no matter what.

I am not one to write bad reviews unless I have had a bad experience or the experience has changed from the initial interaction.
This is one of those times for the second.
I purchased a car (paperwork completed in the dealerships hand on 1/31), received the car on 2/7. I have not received some items that are due to me as of yet and today is 2/13. I don t want to go into details but I will if I don t get a resolution very soon. I have varied methods of contact with either a push to another day or no response at all. I know that dealership surveys are key but I can t complete mine until everything is resolved.

*update 2/15*
Progress is being made and the dealership is doing good. Sometimes things fall through the cracks but everything from Airport Infiniti seems to be getting resolved. I ll update more....

My husband and I went in to test drive a SUV after seeing it at the auto show. We ended up driving a different model as well. We both loved the models and with the help of Jesse Huber, found the one that best fits our needs. The help, service and overall experience was exceptional.

If I could give a negative star I would. In April 2019, I went a friend to look at a used car at this dealer. After negotiation, the vehicle was purchased. Repairs needed to be done to the vehicle that we agreed to prior to taking delivery.

We grounded a leased vehicle at the dealer, and got a loaner to drive. Everything seemed perfect.

After two weeks of waiting for the new steering rack and minor body work repair, the vehicle was delivered to our hometown. Again, everything seemed perfect. That is where things go south.

They replaced the steering rack, no issue. The body work was done and apparently driven in the rain the same day to us. Thus the clear coat bubbled. They re-repaired that. Here is where things go south.

At the end of the month of July, re possessors show up for the get the car we grounded. Infinity never processed the grounding of the leased vehicle. So the dealer was contacted and after 2 calls, they stopped taking our calls and or returning messages. They never responded to us on what the did with the vehicle. The leasing vehicle company wound up re possessing the vehicle from the dealer after we provided they information to the repossession company and the lessor. Now it is showing on lessees credit report as a repossession. After weeks of providing documents to the lessor, they are correcting that.

The gross incompetence of the dealers management staff is unbelievable, unacceptable and the lack of communication is beyond belief. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I would not trust a word they say and I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere.

How professional EVERYONE is, we were greeted immediately and was introduced to all department heads. Very pleasant atmosphere as well. In addition the team went the extra mile on the delivery of the vehicle, even though it was past closing they prepared the vehicle by having it covered and had me drive it out of the showroom, that was very memorable for me and I loved it!

I arrived at this dealership and had a welcome sign in the car waiting for me! The staff was extremely busy but very friendly. The car I purchased was a used Saturn Aura and it listed for $7400. But there was a sign that said $6994. I thought there was going to be a problem. However, my sales consultant, Adam Webster made sure I got the car for $6994. Adam, I can not thank you enough for all that you did. I also want to thank Rob Ashurst for his efforts on getting my paperwork done. He is an outstanding business manager. I also want to thank Victor, the receptionist, and Jane Barbee who made my appointment to s

Top notch care from service department to sales. I got the pleasure of experiencing both! It's never good when you get a phone call saying "this is the highest repair bill we've ever quoted". Not a contest you want to win...but these guys are fantastic and will take care of you. No nonsense...highly recommend. Stop iN and ask for Andrew Connor..extremely professional!

I bought a 2014 vw passat 2 years ago from here before the warranty expierd I called to talk to the finance manager to see about getting the warranty extended. I left several messages and was told he was out, or off or in a meeting everytime I called. Now my cars timing belt needs to be replaced and now I have to pay fully out of pocket. This car has been having issues since the second month I got it. Very disappointed.

My experience with Airport Infiniti was exceptional. Marcus was my salesman and was very knowledgeable and answered my questions without being overly aggressive in trying to close a deal. Matt, the Sales Manager, was easy to work with and did a great job with accommodating a request that I made that was outside the norm. Overall I had a great experience with Airport Infiniti and would recommend this dealership (especially Marcus and Matt) to others.

I found my vehicle online and called to confirm they still had it. I spoke with Jesse on the phone and informed him about the terrible process I had been through while buying a vehicle. Jesse confirmed they had the vehicle and he made sure it was still there when I arrived. Upon arriving, the van was washed and pulled to the front of the business. Jesse was polite and eager to answer my questions. The sales process was one of the best I have ever experienced while buying a vehicle. I appreciate Jesse Huber/Pete Mapp for valuing a customer and treating me fairly. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to buy from again.

Airport infinity was great, Daniel Walker was a fantastic person to buy my truck from. He answered all questions I had promptly and honestly. Once I arrived at the dealership I felt as though I was the only customer there, even though the were relatively busy. The whole team worked well to make my experience perfect. I was at the dealership for around two hours including my test drive and I was on my way with my new truck. I would definitely recommend Daniel Walker and airport Infiniti to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Buying a minivan at an Infiniti dealership seemed unusual, but they had the vehicle I wanted.
I found a similar van at 3 other dealerships, but Michael at Infiniti responded quickly to any questions that I had and ultimately offered the best price.
The paperwork went smoothly and everyone at the dealership was polite and professional.

My experience was the worst i had ever been the sales representative treat me like i was non existence there he was working with like 3 more people and i felt ignored not value as a customer should be. I tried looking my representative that was working with me he pitch me that he was working on my deal to have a sit like i was a little kid. Then when he came back to talk about my deal he told me that my down payment was $29,000.00 dollars a laght so hard ive never been treated like ever. I felt discriminated. Id had a BMW, And a Cadillac Cts, so i gave my buisness to the Lexus down the street from them they treat you with respect they really care for the customer so Metro Lexus worked with me and gave me a brand new IS 300 with a down payment of zero down so i pulled to the infiniti dealer and i showed my representative guys an told them what they did and told him more practice to your customers loyalty us. The owner replied to this i hope that it was very useful of getting my information i only wrote on here SR. Is because i was with my mother and she did not want to leave a reply to your dealer so sorry for your time but ill will never buy a car from you guys the way the treated my mom here but im really glad you were looking for my info. So i hope he dont think it was another dealer down the street lol. And thanks really happy with my new Lexus Is 300. Your team should never treat anyone like this the salesman should just say we dont wanna deal with you.

Excellent Customer Service!! Everyone that we came in contact with at Airport INFINITI treated my husband and I with the utmost respect. I initially made an online inquiry and the salesman Corey promptly followed up with us and from there they far exceeded our expectations. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. The first vehicle that we test drove was over our budget and in no way did they pressure us to make a purchase. Corey contacted us a few days later and was able to sell us a newer vehicle with less miles that fit within our budget. If the way that we were treated during the sale, is an indication of how they' ll treat us during the servicing of our vehicle, they'll have us as customers for life!!!

Great experience with Airport Infiniti dealership. Dan Walker was truly exceptional. Responded quickly to every email and was able to meet all my conditions. Very kind, friendly, and courteous. This is 2nd time I've leased a car with them, first in Nov 2014 and again in Aug 2017. They were able to get me into a new lease 5 months early. Steve and Andrew were great in finance. GM Bob was very accommodating with turning in my old leased car and provided me with loaner car while awaiting my lease turn-in appraisal. Service department has also been great since I've dealt with them for 3 years with previous lease. Flexible scheduling, fast service and always have loaner car available if I need it.

We went in after a soccer game with 2 kids and my husband and the service was fantastic. I knew what car I wanted but was not sure of all of the packages of each level of car. Lauren took the time to go through all of them and showed me. They gave a fair price on my trade in. I had already gone online to know what price to expect for the new car and the trade. They were very fair on both. I was very specific about the color car and all the details that I wanted. They had to get the car shipped from out of town and when the car arrived Lauren took a picture and texted it to me.

I was unsure of the technology package prior to buying the car therefore Lauren had brought one to my house for me to drive for the day and they came back to pick it up. They have kept in touch with me thoughout the entire process and after.

I have had my car for 1 week and I love it. Thanks to Lauren & Airport Infiniti!

Was one of their customers for years. 2 different ownership groups. Had a JX35 and a Qx80 for over 7 years. They always made me feel inferior and like i was bothering them. I wanted to get a new QX80 (2nd Qx80), but decided to go somewhere else. Never again at this place.

I went in to test drive a car I found online, I work in a body shop so I walked in wearing a work uniform after a days worth of work. I was very impressed with the amount of respect (given my appearance lol) I was given by my salesman Shawn Chambers and the rest of the staff, Including the General manager. Awesome sales experience !!! They even ran next door to get my daughter cookies. Will definitely recommend to all my friends. To bad the others judged my appearance and lost the sale of a $50,000 car

What a great experience at Airport Infinity and we highly recommend you check out this dealership and ask for sales consultant Meagan Muniz-here's why:
We went to this dealer to see what they had after a trip to a nearby Lexus dealership where we had bought a vehicle a few years ago. The sales consultant we were told to see at Airport Infiniti was not working that day but our good fate had us meet sales consultant Meagan Muniz and what outstanding service she provided- from finding us a car in the Collection Group that fit our parameters to working for us to finalize the purchase. Additionally she made herself available so we could phone/text her with questions we had before as well as after the purchase. Then she was willing to come to our house the day after purchase to get the title and extra keys to our Lexus that we used as a trade. We opted to save her the trip and went to the dealership the next day with those keys and title because we had so many questions about the technological features on this Q50S AWD Hybrid. Meagan made sure that she answered all of our questions, showed us features that we didn't even know about, and said that anytime we had questions to call her or bring the car in and she would take time to answer our questions-not like other sales consultants we've experienced who would say "it's in the owners manual". That was definitely superior customer service for those of us who are not technically savvy.
Everyone else at this dealership, including Pete Mapp, Bryan Escott, & Deane Jones to name a few, welcomed us as if we were friends for a long time and made buying/leasing a vehicle seamless and somewhat pleasant. Airport Infiniti you've made us friends for life and we'll be back next time we are in the need for another vehicle. Friendly, excellent customer service!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AIRPORT INFINITI, CLEVELAND. My advice is to stay FAR away from Infiniti Airport, very dishonest. This is one of my first ever online reviews but my experience was so bad that I feel I need to let others know. After finding the vehicle we wanted to buy and after two trips and 4 hours travel to Inifiniti, my husband and I signed the financing/credit application to purchase a pre-owned Ford Escape. We were working with Marcus. We indicated we wanted to secure the Escape. He said he would have it detailed and we could pick it up the next day. The last thing we asked before we left was if we needed to do anything else to secure the vehicle and we were told no. No call the next day and Marcus could not be reached. The following day we were told it was sold to someone else. Marcus was very dishonest and misleading - this was not an issue of miscommunication. Management (Greg Figueroa) offered no solution and was not receptive to feedback. I was told he is trying to run a multi-million dollar business and he didn't have time to take my multiple call attempts -- STAY AWAY

My windshield was shattered on the highway and I immediately drove it to infiniti. They were very kind, helped calm my nerves, and worked with my insurance company to get the repair done in one day. They even offered me a loaner car in lieu of driving to the rental car location down the road.
I am grateful to have them. Great experience!
