I am not one to write bad reviews unless I have had a bad experience or the experience has changed from the initial interaction.
This is one of those times for the second.
I purchased a car (paperwork completed in the dealerships hand on 1/31), received the car on 2/7. I have not received some items that are due to me as of yet and today is 2/13. I don t want to go into details but I will if I don t get a resolution very soon. I have varied methods of contact with either a push to another day or no response at all. I know that dealership surveys are key but I can t complete mine until everything is resolved.

*update 2/15*
Progress is being made and the dealership is doing good. Sometimes things fall through the cracks but everything from Airport Infiniti seems to be getting resolved. I ll update more....
