It's not a game, it's not an app, it's not social media
It's the only one I trust when a warning light flashes and the "beep" makes my heart skip a beat in my 2007 MDX. Shamiza is the only one I trust with my Acura and helps the wrong go right at Airdrie Honda. The service department is very accommodating for my emergency calls and regular maintenance appointments. On bigger jobs, they have car rentals which means no waiting for the shuttle (which they also have) keeping your valued time valuable. I'm up to 310 000 km, so even when it's - 30 and you know gas station air pumps won't work...Shamiza says to drive in and she gets your tire filled. And when your car looks like a ball of mud, they wash your baby when possible. Like many, we have personal troubles and life hits you hard. On a fixed income, it's comforting to know that I can trust Shamiza when it comes to suggesting what work is necessary and what can wait. And on the one occasion when you see a Tim's Card on your passenger seat, so I can get a coffee and treats for the kids...you know she really cares for your mental well being and your happiness. To me she's the rock behind the service team at Airdrie Honda and the reason I go back and trust them with my car.
