Contacted them- I asked for a 45 day lock-they asked why I wanted that long. I said just to be safe. They were very pro-active in requesting information. I supplied everything within a day of them asking. Closing occurred in 3 weeks- very nice experience and low closing costs.

We have used Aim Loan in the past to refinance properties. We used them on 2 home purchases and all went well. I would recommend them because they have good rates, they are responsive and they close on time.

I actually switched to AimLoan during the process of buying our first home (scary, I know) and AimLoan honestly came through on all fronts to meet the somewhat compressed timeline. Donna was our processor and she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting everything arranged that we needed. Of course, had to expend some effort to make sure everything progressed well, but given the timeline, rather expected.
She even defended us when the seller's agent mentioned how delayed this was getting even though we had been waiting on well tests for a week+ from the seller and which they could have gotten done far in advance.
Ultimately, they simply were great to work with. I was concerned about switching to an online lender and they put that well to rest. No problems with the loan servicing either!
They have the best rate and they will do their best to get your loan closed. We had such a great experience with the loan officer and the loan closer during our recent refinance. They are very responsive and have good coordination within their team to make the process goes smooth. I also like their constant update to make me aware of the status. Great company, great worker!

The loss claim process at AIM is utterly disappointing. While all others in our neighborhood recently struck with a damaging hailstorm have all simply had their insurance claim checks endorsed by their mortgage companies within a day of receiving them and with no further strings attached, AIM finally sent the 1st of 3 checks, 3 weeks after I submitted the 6 forms of required paper work and they misspelled the roofing company so now I get to wait another week. They require all kinds of endorsements and inspections among 3 separate disbursements. I have a damaged roof waiting for the AIM process. I know who I will not go to for our next mortgage!
I have chosen AimLoan twice, once in 2010 for a refinance, and just recently for a purchase. Both times I chose them because of their low rates, but both times I was blown away by their level of service during loan processing. During the 2010 refi, everything went smoothly and I noticed that they streamlined most of the paperwork online. But for my 2014 purchase, their attention to detail and hard work was impressive! I was "advised" by local brokers not to choose AimLoan for a *purchase* because (1) an Internet loan company cannot get it done fast; and (2) their advertised rates might be inaccurate. Both assertions turned out to be incorrect -- and I did check their rates multiple times to verify, because I don't like giving business to crooks. To make a long story short, my purchase was very complicated due to inspection issues and unconventional allocation of costs between buyer and seller. This caused countless delays, none of which were the fault of the lender. AimLoan was actually the brightest spot within the deal. The loan processor communicated superbly to manage the listing agent, selling agent, and occasionally even the inspectors. The sale closed two days early, even with the complications. Absolutely outstanding.
All associates were very polite and personable. All were also willing to listen to what I wanted and needed and were able to promptly make useful suggestions and changes that needed to be made. Oh, and Great Rates!!!!

I must state my dissapointment with aimloan. They would not process my loan application because my business received a $2K Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) from SBA. This is not a Paycheck Protection Program that other business received. A lender would not lend money to you because your business receives government assistance for your business's overhead. What type of discrimination is this? No other lenders has this guideline.
AIMLoan was so much better and easier than I expected from a mortgage lender. Their rate on a VA loan began and stayed low. Their people were friendly, courteous and professional; immediately responding to calls with respectful assistance. Combined with the patience and perseverance extended to me, it produced good success.
From the very beginning all the associates were very timely in their responses. I feel associates tailored all the responses according to our loan very well. They were very thorough in obtaining necessary documents. I don t really think they could have done any better. Each of them were great.

AIM Loan consistently has the best refinance rates when I've searched multiple websites and they always have the lowest fees from what I've seen. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was very quick to respond to emails/questions we had.
