First time to zip line. A good starter, not extreme. Tour guides Elroy and Joe made it an awesome experience! Beautiful scenery to indulge your eyes.

This was a great experience! We zip line wherever we can but this experience has been one of the best. All the guides were pleasant and very experienced. Other than my husband and I, everyone in our group was a first-timer. These guys got them to feel like professionals from the very first line. I can't wait to go back and do it again!

My daughter & I zipped on 10/29. Daughter is handicapped and I am just 73 years young. Elroy took extra special care of both us, staying with us the entire Amazing Experience. Couldn't be more pleased with his patience and confidence building. We had the time of our lives!!!!!

Went zip lining during our cruise so we booked through carnival. It was amazing. The staff were very courteous and patient. The place was really nice and looked legit. When we first arrived we were introduced and informed of safety rules. We were then given a chance to use the restrooms because afterwards we were to be harnessed for about the next 2 hours. Next we were fitted into our harness and hard hats, the staff were super patient and helped us with all the equipment. You had to have close toe shoes - we were walking outside in dirt, up stone stairwells, up stairs for each zip line location and even across bridges. You were allowed to wear backpacks, and video/take pictures during your zipline, 1 family with us had a little boy and he was allowed to ride tandem with an adult. Next we were off to begin. First we had an introduction with a mock set up of the zipline with cables and how each time before we were sent off we would receive an inspection from the staff - all about safety. Then we began our zip-lining fun. We had 6 stations. Being that I had never zip-lined before I was really apprehensive and afraid I would make it across - all for nothing, they stated that in the case that you did not make it all the way across the staff was prepared to come and reel you in. The zip line experience was really cool, It was nice passing through the trees and seeing views of the ocean at some spots. The only scary part was crossing the bridge - it really swayed a lot. The further you got the more daring the take off became - the last three you could actually run and jump off into the zip. The 2 basic positions they taught us were the cradle like a cannonball position and lazy chair position. Midway they had a quick snack station which was nice because even though there was a nice breeze it was still warm. The last post you were able to go backwards and forwards and then they retrieved you and we returned to the beginning. I would definitely recommend the tour. As I said the staff were really nice, made it enjoyable, very informative about the island and making you laugh the entire time. I really had fun

Absolutely fantastic experience! I am very glad me and my wife spontaneously ticked this box during our honeymoon cruise! A perfect mix between adrenaline, hiking/OCR and amazing treetop views!

This was by far the best excursion we have went on. The guides BJ and Francis were excellent! They made us feel so safe and comfortable. They were very informative what to expect for us first time zip liners. You will not be disappointed Awesome views as well of beautiful St Thomas

I had an awesome time here. I loved my tour guides Keon and Francis. They were very kind and patient as we had a person who was afraid of heights who needed extra attention and encouragement. They were funny and listened to great music. I hope to see them again someday!

Frances and Makil were the best. Very safety conscious, with lots of tips, and visuals for proper zip lining. They had a five point inspection that was reviewed before each jump and guidance for steps off and assistance in landing (slowing you down, if needed, before you landed on the platform).

Our tour guides, Malcolm and Frances, were top notch! I highly recommend this trip. Loved that we could rent a go pro!

Caesar and Caddabra were our tour supervisors, who were the most entertaining, hysterical and overall great professional people for the job. With breathtaking views and 6 really fun zip-lines you can NOT go wrong with this!!

Loved it! The views are incredible, the staff is top notch and so much fun! This is my second zipline excursion (the other in San Juan) and this one is a 5 star experience with no trees to run into or braking to do!!! I felt very safe and the staff took care of all the details, no worries! The team set out to be the best and they have done it!

This was such a kick...I am normally scared of heights but Brooke and Jose were so good at making sure all safety precautions were observed. They put us all at ease and after that first step off the platform I was hooked. So much fun. It was a highlight of our cruise experience.

We loved this excursion!! One of the best of our trip. My wife and I have ziplined before, but it was the first time for our Aunt and Uncle and the guides, Francis and Sharon, were so helpful and supportive and funny and engaging. The scenic views are great, the ziplines are really safe and fun, and we really enjoyed the whole experience from when we got picked up at the Port to when we got dropped back off at the Port. Highly recommend! Make this place a part of your adventure in St. Thomas.

Each staff member seems to make their own safety rules and not adhere to the standard course safety rules (in an attempt to get better cash tips from the guests). The zipline course isn't that great. One of the main staff members named Cesar made a derogatory statement in regards to redheads and when I called him out on it he didn't apologize or even seem to acknowledge that he had made a prejudice statement.

One of the most thrilling experiences! Eddie and Emmitt were AMAZING guides! We had a blast and HIGHLY recommend this adventure for everyone!

Amazing time zipping through the rain forest taking in the beautiful views of the islands. BJ and Leron were the best guides! They made it fun all while ensuring safety. We will definitely be back and will ask for them by name! Highly recommend this adventure.

The day of our booking it was raining and blowing very hard. If I could have cancelled I would, but their policy was rain or shine they are zipping. Man am I glad I didn't cancel it! Even with the rain and the wind it was so amazing zipping through the RAIN forest! There were times we couldn't even see Magens Bay because the clouds were so thick! Our guides BJ and Frances were amazing, they were great in making my daughter feel safe and in good hands. She was really afraid to go, but had a blast! I would do this again and highly recommend doing this rain or shine! I work in this same industry and I was blown away with their professionalism and experience. Thanks so much!

Instructor AMAZING!! Did not like that it wasn't a straight one line zip. Instead it was 6 short zips.

Malikai and Liz made this experience awesome. They are very attentive to safety and entertaining as well . They provided us with an education about the area the plants and the wildlife. Cant thank them enough for an exhilarating experience.

Best surprise of my trip last yr.
After coming down for Carnival week I stayed and extra week to visit with family and lounge on the beautiful beaches. As I was flipping though a tourist magazine (while on the beach) I came across an advertisement for zip lining and thought tht looked fun. So I called a cousin up and asked her to show me were it was. We found our way and navigated my way to one of the funest times I've ever had. The price is as steap some of the lines but worth it. The friendly and informative odd couple of a young island native and an adopted middle-aged one, (Gary and Jamal?) Don't quote me on those names lol, was perfect. Taught me things about the island I didn't knw and pointed out great views. Definitely will be going back and left a big tip in the tip box. Thanks guys

The Zipline facilities is great, from the top you have a remarkable view of St. Thomas and surrounding islands. The best part of all the Zipline experience is the staff, kudos for Liz and Anna are awesome and made our day.

Such a wonderful, fun, breathtaking, exciting experience!! Even though we came a little late to the party, Cesar & the staff got us caught up & got us on our way. Our guides Christian & Tahree made the experience relaxing, comfortable & fun. I highly recommend them. The beautiful views looking over parts of the USVI are gorgeous & you learn & see so much! I'll be back guys! Thanks again!

Myself and my two 10 year olds visited in June. We had a great time. Bianca and Nevin were wonderful guides. They clearly put safety first but ensured that everyone had a great time.

Emmet and Elroy are the best. Very safe and very fun.

I would highly recommend this excursion for anyone going to St. Thomas. The guides were wonderful and funny; very laid back. We had an 8 year old that dug in his heels about the first jump and the guide had nothing but patience with us while I "coaxed" him into jumping off. The views are amazing as well. Safety is their top concern, as well it should be. An excellent afternoon.

Great time. Did this last week on excursion from a Carnival ship. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable; you can tell that safety is a top concern. My only previous experience with ziplines was in Roatan and involved wearing heavy gloves to self-regulate speed...none of that here...it was hook-up, jump and enjoy the ride. The views were incredible and the speed through the course allowed plenty of time for gawking at the views of Magen's Bay.

The guides Liz and Bret were awesome, and the experience awesome! Learned alot about St. Thomas, its history, and natural environment along the way!

My wife and I visited in March of 2014. What an awesome experience! My wife is scared to be on the 2nd floor of the house let alone zipping through the tree's but the staff always made you feel safe. The staff's personalities were top notch and I don't think we stopped laughing the entire time. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great experience that the memories will last forever. Capt Caos if your still there you rock my friend!
