Nick did a great job. He quickly understood what we needed and determined what the solutions would be. He worked very efficiently and the work was soon done. He was also friendly and polite. We are very satisfied with our experience with this Aiello serviceman.

I had a DIY issue and the electrician was at my home within an hour of the initial call and had my wiring issue corrected shortly after. They provided exceptional service, I couldn't believe it was resolved that quickly.

We lost water pressure in our home and called Aiello for an estimate on a new water pressure tank. They came out to the house the next day, reviewed the work that needed to be done and quoted us $2,000 for a new tank and pressure switch. This is an exorbitantly high estimate! Needless to say this didn't sit right with me knowing the average cost of this work. The technician was very nice and cordial, but he shouldn't be working at a place that gauges people. We got another estimate the very same day for $700, for the same exact tank and amount of work that Aiello would have done. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so awful that I felt compelled to warn other people of our experience. Be smart and get a second opinion!

Excellent job on my furnace. Technician was very professional, explained all work that needed to be done, gave me several options, priced out all options, answered any questions and waited patiently while I decided. Very thorough.

Both technicians conducted themselves professionally and gave easy to understand explanations regarding my inquiries.

Technician arrived on time, knew what he was doing.... Very friendly and efficient. But when scheduling this diagnostic visit the quote for visit was $69, but guess that does not include the actual diagnostic part which was an additional $125. So total for the visit was $225, in my opinion that is what should have been quoted for a diagnostic visit in the first place, not $69. Visit was complete in 20 minutes and estimate provided for repair (but I declined). If visit for diagnostic call is $225 TOTAL, then you should just provide that as the estimate when call is scheduled. Don't surprise me with an additional $125 fee at the end of visit.

Looking for a new service to do yearly maintenance as well as oil delivery.
Poor value. Have lost trust.

I had a bathroom fan replaced. The technician took his time to figure out the issues that I was having and gave us the results that we needed.

Rob the electrician was fantastic, fixed the trigger wire for my external air compressor. A gentleman. Pricing is not up to him, this 3 start review is reflective of Aiello. $240 (diagnosis fee + service fee) for 4 feet of 18 gauge copper wire, spliced and taped is just outrageous. Time spent was less than 20 minutes of labor.

The process was easy and I would recommend almost anyone do it great value

Aiello Home Services was great to work with. The office staff gave a clear description of what would take place during the service, and then shortly after, I received a call that a technician was available to come earlier than planned. I accepted the earlier appointment and the electrician, Mike, was at my house within the given time frame. Mike gave a very clear description of the diagnostic services available, and was able to show me all of this on an iPad - which was very efficient. Within minutes of my approval for the diagnostic services, he was able to diagnose the issue, and gave a visual demonstration of the sparking wire. He then gave me two options for remedy, and the exact price of each. I chose the option I wanted, and he went to work. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes (a faulty main breaker) - and Mike showed me the clearly damaged breaker he removed, as well as demonstrated the newly installed breaker in working order. This was all done with the kind of efficiency and pleasant customer service that any person hopes to receive when they have to navigate through some home repair or another that they more than likely have little knowledge of. I am sure that this level of service came at a premium - though I didn't receive any other price quotes to compare. It is well worth the money (I will give a range, between $400 and $700 for the services) for the peace of mind - knowing that the required work was completed, and it was done right.

Prompt and professional. BUT Horribly overpriced. What they quoted to bleed air out of heating system was 4 times higher than the local plumber.

Jason was the tech that came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave plenty of options with how to fix it and told us which is better in the long term. On the day they came out to fix it they were on time and worked the whole time they were here, didn't lollygag or none of that. Took the time afterwards to go through everything they did and made sure everything was working perfectly. Would highly recommend Aiello for their professional work and thoroughness.

After about a year-and-a-half in our new home and working with two other HVAC companies and service technicians, finally we have a company and service specialist we can trust and rely upon to do good work. Tom Szostek is a very knowledgeable and honest service specialist representing a company that provides excellent home service solutions at reasonable prices. We look forward to working with Tom and Aiello Home Services in the months and years ahead.

We had the air conditioner and air handler replaced today. The crew of Zeke, Mike, and George did a great job. Always willing to answer questions and provide updates on the progress of the installation. They did a good job cleaning up during and after all the work was completed.

Bobby, Bruce, Scott, Brody and the team did an incredible job over the course of a very long day to get me up and running again. The Aiello team identified a collapsed sewer line and dig out the old pipe, before replacing it with new drain all in a days time. Bruce, the excavator did an incredible job of maneuvering around the property, including digging under a 60 foot oak tree to run sewer line. I am beyond amazed and thankful for such an astounding job well done.

Had an emergency situation. Shawn came in, diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired it very quickly, but properly and thoroughly. You could really sense his knowledge of our system and understood that I wanted to learn about it as we are the new homeowners of our property.

Our technician showed up on time with carpet booties in hand, we had a baseboard heating problem on my second floor and he was able to narrow down the problem within half an hour. He provided us with two options and was willing to listen to our concerns regarding the extensive repair cost of the boiler (since we are selling our property), in the end he recommended we only do the one absolutely necessary repair and wait to decide on doing the costly repairs or replacing our twenty year old boiler all together. We highly recommend Aiello for all your heating concerns; their techs are fast, personable, and above all else very knowledgeable.

I know nothing about heating and air conditioning and every time something big breaks in our house I panic because the first thought that comes to my mind is not the price but is it going to be fixed correctly and or is there something I was not told about that is going to lead to another problem in the very near future leading up to an even bigger cost. That has happened a few times. Therefore we met with 3 company s to get estimates. All were good company s but when I met Tim from Aiello right from the start I felt comfortable with him. He showed up 5 minutes early and had all the answers for us. He looked at our furnace and explained how everything worked and what was going to need to be done. We then looked at the a/c unit and he gave us a very good explanation of how it works and how today s technology makes the new ones run more efficiently. He made sure we understood everything that needed to be done. We did not decide right then and there. He understood and thanked us for his time. We were not pressured into having to make a decision. He thanked us for our time and told us to call with any questions. After reviewing all quotes Tim came in with the best price.I called Tim later that day and told him we were going to use his company. He emailed us a complete breakdown of everything that was going to be done with every part and everything matched up. Once the work was done he even came by to see how it came out and even did a follow up call to make sure we were happy. Now that is service!! I recommend Tim and Aiello to anyone who needs to have work done on their heating, a/c or plumbing. They are great guys and if I could give them more then 5 stars I would! Thanks guys!

Stephen arrived on ahead of scheduled and was very courteous. First thing that really caught my attention was that he didn't enter our home without putting on protective coverings for his work shoes...This was our first service/tuneup call to Aiello for our furnace. Stephen performed a few test on our system, and reviewed the numbers that he received through his instruments...No adjustments were made to correct any issues or concerns that we had...
We were given a quote to replace some of the items that he felt needed to be replaced or defective. The amount we were quoted seem very high and this lead to another appointment being scheduled to evaluate for a replacement system. It is my belief that the initial quote that was given was to encourage us to replace the entire system, which leads me to believe that the checkup was just a ploy to see if we would upgrade..Yes our system was installed in 1988 but we have had no problems other than the ones that I explained to Stephen...I agree that we might need to replace with a more energy efficient system but the tactics used don't sit well with me at all...Okay we will find out the cost of a replacement system tomorrow...If all goes well and if the price is right,we might consider an upgrade...Hopefully the so call check/tuneup amount we paid will be deducted if we upgrade..Thanks

I use Aiello for maintenance on my furnace and for oil deliveries. Have always been exceptional service for both.
Today I had the misfortune of having my hot water tank explode. Basement flooded and to add insult to injury, my house was built in 1932', the size of the basement (where the hot water tank is located) is very tight, low ceiling and a cement ledge at the base of the steps that makes it very hard to navigate around. I called Aiello, and within the hour they had a guy (Shawn F) at the house to assess the damage and my options. Shawn explained my options thoroughly. The tank was ordered, delivered and installed (no easy task in this house) in a matter of hours. Service is amazing and Shawn's work was exceptional! Definitely sticking with Aiello.

I have used Aiello for Electrical services as well as plumbing. They are quick to get a hold of and the job gets done right.

Copper pipe broke in basement. Tech called and said "oh you're kind of far we really only service in hartford area" . so why advertise statewide if you can't make it here.

I had a very good experience with Aiello Home Services Service Specialist Patrick Cane. He gave me answers to all my questions.

They took advantage of me . The plumbing problem isn't fixed. I was charged $800. & I'm told it was my fault .. I asked to have my sinks & shower unplugged & the toilet water comes out of pipe in the basement to be fixed. NOT FIXED. DIRTY WATER DUMPING OUT ONTO FLOOR. SEEN BY THE AIELLO PLUMBER. MY FAULT THE MANAGER TOLD ME. HE SAID I JUST WANTED MAIN LINR CLEARED. DUH ! THAT WAS THE MAIN PROBLEM I CALLED ABOUT..WHO WANTS DIRTY TOILET WATER DUMPING ONTO UR FLOOR. THAN I SAW A SPECIAL AIELLO ADVERTISEMENT ONLINE FOR $93. I PAID $800. TOILET STILL NOT FIXED. KITCHEN SINK BLOCKED UP !! I CANT AFFORD TO GET IT FIXED. IM SO UPSET WITH AIELLO TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME.!!!

Called set a apointment for 1pm on Saturday. At 1:45 I called to check on status and was told that the person was on another call. No apologizes just saying they would call me when they are free. I had plans and couldnt wait and said they could of called and gave me heads up. Again no apologizes and when i said i couldnt wait they just canceled the apointment and didnt seem to think anything of my dissapointment.

Mike is very professional, courteous and quite capable. Mike has done work in our home before and are always pleased with his work. Would recommend him and Aiello to anyone!

Had new tub and shower installed along with new plumbing. The job was done in a very timely manner and although we had a few issues, restitution was made. Aiello definitely is expensive, BUT they stand behind their work and do their utmost to be sure their clients are satisfied.

I would like to commend Technician Rocco Capobianco for his great professionalism & knowledge of his job. He explained all my options in thorough details. I would like to note a SCALE OF 10. I hired Aiello to install a new Boiler in my home. They Sold me the most expensive boiler that they represent so my expectations were very high given the level of investment. Tim Lynch was my salesman. Given that I am an outdoor sales rep. Just like he is, I had high expectations of him. He was on time, courteous and negotiated a good deal for me. He also allowed me to make the decision on my terms, with my timeline and without any pressure. I'd say Tim is an excellent salesman which allowed us to work out a deal so we started off very well. On installation day the first members of the crew showed up around 7:30, as they were supposed to. They were there all day long until the job was completed at about 6:30 that evening. I inspected the job at the end of the day and noticed that an isolation valve for one of the zones was missing. I mentioned this to the install foreman and he was Frank and told me that they forgot it. I wasn't going to ask them to do it at that time as it was so late in the day. When my salesman Tim followed up with me after the install I told him that I was disappointed about the forgotten isolation valve. Tim told me that he would bring it to the attention of his supervisor and set up a time for me to meet with him. I met with the sales manager Joe B. at their office. I shared my disappointment and Joe had a simple reply of "we'll take care of it as soon as possible". Two of their guys Jack and Mark showed up as scheduled a few days later and installed the isolation valve in less than an hour. They also include a new CO2 detector with the new boiler purchase. The one I got was faulty. So I let them know about it and they gave me a new one which was faulty also! Third time was the charm as that one worked. As I mentioned my expectations were extremely high given the level of investment and they absolutely met them. Five stars for the Aiello team all day long! Thanks Guys!

Doug was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The work completed was well worth the cost.

I had Aiello do an oil to gas conversion in Windsor CT and had a very bad experience in general.
First of all, I had to constantly reach out to the Replacement specialist to get an appointment long after the gas company had installed the gas line. Barely got any response from him. And I was told by the replacement specialist that my oil tank would be drained as a courtesy and they reneged on that as well on the install date.

After they finished the installation I had to call them back the very next day because there was an apparent GAS LEAK in my basement. Someone did not tighten a bolt.
Eventually I discovered ANOTHER leak outside in the connection that leads to my house. Someone did not put in enough plumbers tape. Called them again to fix it.

I also complained about the pipes that they used for my new installation which were old with severe CORROSION and was told someone would contact me to replace it that day.
Never heard back!

I used Aiello for the conversion because I thought as a bigger plumbing/hvac company, that they would have their process down with the best professionals. I was quite wrong and very disappointed!

Had a faucet issue in the kitchen...cartridge was broken. They came in same day and took care of the issue very quickly. Nick, the plumbing tech, did a fantastic job. Thanks!

My Technician was Shawn F. I found Shawn to be extremely professional and personable. He is very knowledgeable and has the capability to explain things and make sure I understood. He offered tips and recommendations but was not "pushy". I would recommend Shawn to anyone.

Stephen S. serviced my 1960's furnace. As a recent first time home buyer, he spent the time to explain every detail about my furnace. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, I would call Aiello in a heartbeat again if everyone is as wondeful as he was.

I placed a call for AC service. I was told that they would be out to my home in the morning but may come that day if a technician was available. No problem! Received a call at 9am the next day stating the next available technician would be dispatched. Patiently waited until noon. I ended up calling a different company who was at my house within the hour. Aiello called me at 2pm, long after the other company left. Bigger is not better, just more expensive and lacking customer service. Will not be calling Aiello again. Sorry!

I just had Aiello come out to install a new AC and furnace unit. Mike and Chris did a great job. They were hear on time, professional, and really nice. They got everything installed, checked, tested and then went through and showed us what was done and how everything works. They left the work space very organized and clean. I hope that I don't have to buy a new AC/Furnace anytime soon, but if I did I would like to have Mike and Chris do the install again.

Cindy and Kevin both did a wonderful job in dispatching and setting up the service appointment quickly and efficiently following my phone call .thank-you! The time slot that the technician stopped by was even earlier than what they stated. When the technician Matt showed up I was confident he would get the job done after talking with him a few minutes. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable and he immediately got to work and found out what the issue was. I also asked if he could perform some system maintenance which he took the time to explain to me what would be best to do and provided a detailed breakdown of how much it would cost. I asked if he could take the time on this call to perform the maintenance and he said yes even though it was not part of the original request. My experience was nothing but positive and would highly recommend Aiello with complete confidence to anyone. I will definitely be using them in the future for additional services.

Well, it is that time of year again to get our heating system all checked out before winter comes. And surprise- surprise - it was Aaron again who was sent out to check out our heating system this year. Aaron had already come out a few months back to check out our AC system. Once again- Aaron came exactly at the designated time- 7:30 to 8 AM. We exchanged Greetings and he went right to work. Went downstairs to the basement- and he explained all that he was going to do. He spent a little over an hour taking care of the system. We tested the system after he finished and the heat started to come out of the vents. Before he left- Aaron told us to keep an eye on our system as it is nearly 18 years old. It is a Lennox System - and it is still working fine - so far! He told told me all the upfront charges- and that was it. Like the last time- he did a very good job . Looks like we are good for another year! Thanks Aiello and Thanks again Aaron-

Very responsive. Had a technician out to clean and service our oil burner very quickly. Then when we discovered an oil leak on a Sunday night, an hour after my Sunday evening phone call, a technician was at the house cleaning it and fixing the issue.

Not much to share, the electrician was very informative but I am limited with the condo and how it was built back in 1979. It would be triple the original budget to redo all of the Sheetrock as well. I also feel that their prices are too high and will be comparing to other companies and self employed electricians. They are professional at the appointment so no complaints there.

Had a meeting with Tim Lynch Replacement Specailist about replacing oil boiler to Natural Gas. Tim was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. He spent explaining the different opitions offered by Aiello. Tim also took time to explain about the policies and work ethics. Execellent sales rep.
