Called set a apointment for 1pm on Saturday. At 1:45 I called to check on status and was told that the person was on another call. No apologizes just saying they would call me when they are free. I had plans and couldnt wait and said they could of called and gave me heads up. Again no apologizes and when i said i couldnt wait they just canceled the apointment and didnt seem to think anything of my dissapointment.
