Note that they don t open until 11am on Saturday. This is contrary to what is in their website and what is on the Aberdeen Mall website states.

idk how these idiots got my number but they call me every 2 days i blocked their number and now they leave me a message every 2 days do not do business with these jokers.
These people will not refund for an over payment that was transferred in error on Oct 5, 2015 for $2128.78. I've been trying in vain for well over a year now. Last time I talked to their staff, Nino, on Oct 19, 2016 @11:14 am, same experience as last time, they did not return my calls. I had my account manager from HSBC contact them, they did not respond to her.
Very disappointed with the service. The manager there (Ms Wang? in Richmond BC) was rude, nothing showed she has customer service experience.
I've been using their service for 15+ years, recently because the price was higher than cell phone service I decided to cancel, but I was already charged for another three months, so I said after three months I'll cancel, but I was shocked she actually cancelled my service right away even I already paid for it, and Ms Wang said if they open the account again I would be charged another $10. The worst thing is the way she talked was very rude, not professional at all. I wonder if a business can survive long with a manager like this!
Even for any reason Ms Wang misunderstood my request they shouldn't treat a 15+ years customer with this rude attitude.
I wouldn't recommend AIC to anybody.
Claim internet speed 25 Mbps, No way, Internet speed is slow like a snail. Unstable connection.
Poor Voice IP phone connection, constantly noise and drops during phone conversation. Cipher TV app. is slow and unstable, screen freezes or lags. Tech. service is a joke. 99% always "Leave message after beep".

I would suggest you to compare with other supplier before using this company, it is the worst company I have ever used.
I ordered the internet, TV and phone service from this company 3 years ago, I was asked to sign a 3 years contract. The internet is OK but the TV box couldn't not to serve channels 2 years ago as they were original, no local TV channels and cut down many other foreign channels as well, only a few normal channels left.
When you sign the contract, they would ask you to buy the TV box (now it is more than $200), but when you stop the service, it is can not be used.
When I go to return the modem and Wifi adapter, they ask you to pay the original package boxes which their installer throw away when came to install 3 years ago.
I just changed to another supplier CIK Telecom, this company is using the same high speed internet service as Shaw and their TV programs are much more and better than AIC, theirs program including many local TV channels and foreign channel, the internet speed is faster than AIC.
I am just a regular customer not their competitor, saying this because I felt AIC is the worst company I have ever used and I don't want other customer have the same experience without knowing them.
