Excellent service! I go here for all jewelry and watch needs. And they give me delicious chocolates! Milk or dark!

They have always been fair with me on there prices and there customer service is wonderful!

I was recommended to go to Forever Young from a trusted friend and I am so glad I did. I brought in my wedding ring for a repair and they were extremely professional, very intelligent with what needed to be done, and did a FANTASTIC job! I couldn t be more pleased! I would recommend Megan and her staff to anyone looking for new jewelry or jewelry repair!

Mike was very easy to work with and super quick to respond. He was also very sweet and personal in making sure things were exactly the way we wanted. The time between meeting with Mike and having the custom ring finished was a very short time and the work was absolutely gorgeous!! definitely recommend!

These guys are awesome! I needed my wife's wedding ring diamond reset as the prongs holding the stone was loose. She had not been able to were her ring for months. Being a typical guy, I procrastinated fixing it until the last minute. It was Mothers Day weekend and her B-Day followed on Monday. (A busy time for good jewelers). I called Forever Young Fine Jewelers and they said to bring the ring in for a look to see what would need to be done to fix it. I did, they quoted the price (waving the rush fee to boot). They had the ring finished the next day which was Saturday before Mothers Day! My wife got the ring and it was a total surprise! She said the the ring looked better than when I gave it to her new! This store is beyond phenomenal. I came in looking at a very specific ring that I found on their website and with a very specific mindset of not going over a certain price point. I had tried going to a rival jewelry store in the area, but they left me with a bad taste in my mouth. With Forever Young, they kept me under my price point, but showed me options that would give me a better bang for my buck. In fact, once we decided on the ring, with a moissanite stone, she calculated the price, and she hesitated before she told me. She was visibly upset that we had gone over my budget... by about 35 bucks. She was upset that she couldn't make me 100 percent happy at every turn. That right there sealed the deal for me. She took it her work very seriously and the end goal was that I was happy. I would highly encourage anyone to go into this store. They are honest, helpful, not pushy and straightforward. I had to place a slight rush on the ring to get it in time, which was on me since my time table moved up, but the ring arrived when they said it would and even got sized incredibly quickly, way before the estimated time.

10/10 This was the first jewelry store we went to looking for a wedding ring. We checked many others and this one had exactly what we were looking for. Their customer service was amazing! I have never shopped somewhere where the owners and employees were so helpful and went above and beyond. The owner of the shop actually drove 45 minutes out of their way to drop off a resized wedding band for us, which was the kindest gesture, as we were leaving town and they helped us out greatly. My wife has a wedding ring that she treasures. It is a beautiful five diamond setting that fit perfectly on her finger but due to arthritis she couldn t remove it. We were very apprehensive about doing something to the ring and really had no idea what could be done. A visit to Forever Young Fine Jewelers helped us understand how the ring could be modified. They presented several options and we choose one. It was actually an engineering marvel in platinum. I watched in horror as the ring was cut off my wife s finger hoping that it would be as beautiful after the modification. The cost of mechanism was significant adding to my discomfort. I really didn t know what to expect. A few days later and ahead of schedule the ring was ready. You should have seen the look on my wife s face. The ring was absolutely beautiful and we could not detect anything about the modification that didn t look as if it was part of the original design. We were absolutely delighted with the craftsmanship and quality of the work done. A few weeks later we purchased a diamond pendant to celebrate our wonderful marriage. We would absolutely recommend Forever Young Fine jewelers to anyone needing their services. They are a wonderful group of people who will treat you right.

Wow. After being turned away from another jeweler in town, I was steered to Forever Young Fine Jewelers. My wife's ring needed repair and they sat me right down and took my information, gave me some chocolate and a bottle of cold water, and I had a estimate receipt with the promise of an estimate by the end of the week. They called a few days earlier than promised and gave me a reasonable quote. My wife is super happy with how the ring turned out. A week or so later I received a thank you card, hand written, thanking me for my business.

I was looking for an update to an heirloom turquoise watch bracelet and was really concerned in picking a jeweler. All the people at Forever Young were great. They even suggested ways for me to save money in buying a watch elsewhere and adding it to the bracelet. The work they did in fitting the bracelet with customizing the stretch portion and the spacing for the watch was better than I expected. My wife loves the update and wears it all the time. This Jeweler is AMAZING!!! I had my Mother's ring which she wore to the point the gold wore through and 2 of the diamonds were missing. They repaired this ring so beautifully it brought tears to my eyes. My Mother gave me her ring one month before she passed. It means the world to me to have it and wear it. Also, just before she passed, she gave me a gold pocket watch that had been passed down to her from her Grand Father, my Great Grand Father. I originally took it to another jeweler for repair. This other jeweler had the pocket watch for 1 and 1/2 years after which he passed away. My watch was never repaired and when I got it back it was in many many pieces. I held onto the pieces believing it would never be able to be repaired. I discovered Forever Young Fine Jewelers in St. George, Utah and to my pure joy they not only repaired my mother's wedding ring but they repaired my Great Grand Father's pocket watch. I am so pleased and happy with their work. They really put their heart and soul and love into their work!!!!! I highly recommend Forever Young to anyone who is looking for exceptional jewelry and exceptional service. Thank You Forever Young from the bottom of my heart!!!

Forever Young and their staff are fabulous! I am beyond happy with the fine work you did redesigning a diamond solitaire ring that was passed down to me. The original ring was not my style and was not comfortable for me to wear. I brought it into Forever Young hoping they could help me decide how to make it better. I had several rings with different stones that I wanted to be made into 1 ring. They listened to my ideas and gave me advice on what would look best. My favorite part was the computer generated picture of exactly how it would look before the work began. I would highly recommend Forever Young Jewelers.

I wanted a ruby set in a setting and did not have a lot of money to pay for high quality gold (as in 18 karat). They spent time with me patiently to find a solitaire that my unusually shaped ruby could fit in. It is a 10k beautiful setting and it was at a price I could afford. My ruby ring is absolutely stunning and I've gotten a lot of compliments since I picked it up. They are very friendly and I will purchase all my jewelry from them in the future.

I have never felt so comfortable making a huge purchase like this in my life. I went in and was greeted by two kind employees. They went right to work looking for the ring that my beautiful soon to be wife wanted. They had a beautiful selection but they didn't have the EXACT ring that she was looking for. Megan who is actually one of the owners jumped right onto the computer (which we could both see when she was searching on a large TV in the show room). The other employee grabbed a book full of different options. Between the two we found the EXACT PERFECT ring that my lovely bride to be wanted. Megan ordered it in and let us know when it was ready, it was here within a couple days. We went in to see the band before the stone was placed to make sure it was what she wanted and she LOVED it! I was so pleased with the service and kindness that was shown to me. Each visit we were given chocolates and treated like royalty. I will continue to shop at Forever Young Find Jewelers and no where else. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I appreciate the exceptional service and care provided to my wife and I. I took my wife there for her birthday not really having any idea what to get her. When I arrived, I explained what I was willing to spend and then they proceeded to give us ideas within our budget. Before we left, not only had they helped us customize a mother's ring and arranged to repair my wife's wedding ring, but they had also resized by wedding band and cleaned it at no additional cost. I had no idea my ring could be resized to fit better. It feels great! And my wife loves her mother's ring.

Employees very knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy at all, you can take your time making your decisions. They want you happy with your decisions. They have an in house jeweler who does their work too. Love it.

Be warned if you take gold or white gold or platinum in because you want to sell it out because you're not using it anymore (my parents have been long-time customers there and raved about them until this) they do not accurately weigh it and underestimate the weight amounts on every single item. This will shortchange you on the overall buyout amount.

I buy and sell a lot of my own jewelry and I have three different very accurate jewelry weight scales. Thank goodness my parents did not take their offer, because I compared every item they estimated the weight on and then weighed on my three different scales (all of my high-end scales are three different brands) and each were exactly the same.

I estimated they would have shortchanged my parents about an 1.5 oz. That's not exactly chump change when you consider the price of gold.

Also my parents stopped going there because they took jewelry in to be replaced or repaired, including a watch that they had for weeks and weeks claiming they were waiting for the parts. They brought it home and it immediately fell apart. So this may be a family business that's been around in St George for a long time and their customers trust them. I guess it took an outsider with all the evidence to question their practices. Be warned just because they're friendly doesn't mean they're not a business and they're not doing you favors.

My experience with Forever Young Jewelers could not have been better! From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted with smiles and were given one on one time the entire time we were there. Megan is very knowledgeable and you can tell she genuinely cares about you as a customer. The rings we got were quality and we love them! Everyone in the stores goes the extra mile to make you happy.

I know my last name is McArthur but I married the name and we are distant cousins of the original name on the building. We purchased my ring at McArthur Jewelers almost 14 years ago and when they closed I was worried where I would take it. After hearing the Young's would open a new shop in the old spot it was a no brainer for me especially since Jeremy Young had worked for Tom McArthur. It took me a long time but I finally took my ring in to be cleaned and re-rodium plated. It looks better than it did the day we bought it 14 years ago! So shiny and sparkly! I didn't realize how yellow I had let it get instead of white gold. They had my ring back to me in less than a week and the price was super reasonable! It's less than the price I paid at McArthur Jewelers even with the "family discount".
Megan Young is so friendly and cheerful! If you need your jewelry taken care of or want something new-Forever Young Fine Jewelers is the place to go. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with Forever Young! I had lost my wedding ring and we decided to get new rings for both of us so they would be a better matched set. Each employee that helped us, as it took me several visits to make decisions, was knowledgeable, kind, and personable. They made it a really fun experience and were so patient and helpful with my indecisive nature. They showed us computer rendings, physical samples of diamond sizes and clarities, and made customization easy. They helped us make decisions and adjustments on what would make us happy and end up being affordable for our budget. We could tell that they really care about their customers. My husband and I went to several other jewelers when we began the process and there just wasn't the same good feelings and care we received at Forever Young.
