Very disappointed with the service. The manager there (Ms Wang? in Richmond BC) was rude, nothing showed she has customer service experience.

I've been using their service for 15+ years, recently because the price was higher than cell phone service I decided to cancel, but I was already charged for another three months, so I said after three months I'll cancel, but I was shocked she actually cancelled my service right away even I already paid for it, and Ms Wang said if they open the account again I would be charged another $10. The worst thing is the way she talked was very rude, not professional at all. I wonder if a business can survive long with a manager like this!
Even for any reason Ms Wang misunderstood my request they shouldn't treat a 15+ years customer with this rude attitude.
I wouldn't recommend AIC to anybody.
