I would suggest you to compare with other supplier before using this company, it is the worst company I have ever used.
I ordered the internet, TV and phone service from this company 3 years ago, I was asked to sign a 3 years contract. The internet is OK but the TV box couldn't not to serve channels 2 years ago as they were original, no local TV channels and cut down many other foreign channels as well, only a few normal channels left.
When you sign the contract, they would ask you to buy the TV box (now it is more than $200), but when you stop the service, it is can not be used.
When I go to return the modem and Wifi adapter, they ask you to pay the original package boxes which their installer throw away when came to install 3 years ago.
I just changed to another supplier CIK Telecom, this company is using the same high speed internet service as Shaw and their TV programs are much more and better than AIC, theirs program including many local TV channels and foreign channel, the internet speed is faster than AIC.
I am just a regular customer not their competitor, saying this because I felt AIC is the worst company I have ever used and I don't want other customer have the same experience without knowing them.
