These people will not refund for an over payment that was transferred in error on Oct 5, 2015 for $2128.78. I've been trying in vain for well over a year now. Last time I talked to their staff, Nino, on Oct 19, 2016 @11:14 am, same experience as last time, they did not return my calls. I had my account manager from HSBC contact them, they did not respond to her.
